Abstrak :
The Arabic language is one of the major languages that has little attention in character recognition field by Arab researchers in particular and foreign researchers in general. Due to the highly cursive nature of handwritten Arabic language, Arabic character recognition is considered one of the most challenging problems in contrast to working with Latin, Japanese or Chinese character recognition. In this paper, we proposed Arabic off-line handwritten isolated recognition system based on novel feature extraction techniques, a back propagation artificial neural network as classification phase. The presented work is implemented and tested via the CENPARMI database. Competitive recognition accuracy has been achieved 96.14%. This result motivates us and other researchers in this field to employ the features extraction techniques that we have used in this research with other Arabic character shapes.

The focus of this study is the distribution and frequency of ameloblastoma according to histopathologic features and age in oral surgery clinic in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital period January 2002 - July 2008. This research is a quantitative and retrospective research with descriptive design. The results prove that ameloblastoma are most frequently found in third and fourth decade of life; while the most frequent histopatologic features are plexiform and folicullar pattern.

Latar Belakang: HER2 merupakan protoonkogen menjadi dasar pemberian terapi sel target pada adenokarsinoma gaster stadium lanjut. Penelitian hubungan antara gambaran klinis, endoskopi dan histopatologi dengan ekspresi HER2 masih menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda. Penelitian tentang HER2 sebagai prediktor kesintasan juga menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gambaran klinis, endoskopi, histopatologi dengan ekspresi HER2 dan hubungan antara ekspresi HER2 dengan kesintasan dua tahun. Metode: Penelitian kohort retrospektif pada subyek adenokarsinoma gaster yang baru terdiagnosis, berusia ³ 18 tahun di 4 rumah sakit di Jakarta, berobat dari 2015-2019, memenuhi kriteria inklusi: memiliki rekam medis yang lengkap, hasil pemeriksaan gastroskopi, blok parafin hasil biopsi. Slide biopsi diwarnai dengan pewarnaan imunohistokimia HER2 dan diinterpretasi dengan kriteria ToGA. Analisis statistik deskriptif dan bivariat dengan menggunakan chi square/tes fisher untuk menilai hubungan antara gambaran klinis, endoskopi, dan histopatologi dengan ekspresi HER2. Analisis kesintasan, bivariat dan multivariat dengan Cox-regresi menentukan pengaruh ekspresi HER2 terhadap kesintasan dua tahun. Hasil: Ekspresi HER2 positif ditemukan pada 12,3% subyek (15 dari 122 subyek). Ekspresi HER2 cenderung lebih tinggi pada metastasis ke hati, klasifikasi Borrman tipe I/II, diferensiasi baik/sedang, tipe intestinal berdasarkan Klasifikasi Lauren memiliki dengan proporsi masing-masing: 17.6% RR(IK95%)=1.726 (0.665-4.480), 16.1% RR(IK95%)=1,768(0,670-4,662), 14.3% RR(IK95%)=1,304(0,505-3,363), 13.9% RR(IK95%)=1,389(0,505-3,817).Ekspresi HER2 positif tidak berhubungan dengan kesintasan dua tahun, HR (IK95%)=1,12(0,609-2,058). Simpulan: Matastasis hati, klasifikasi Borrman, letak tumor, diferensiasi tumor dan klasifikasi Lauren tidak berhubungan bermakna secara statistik terhadap ekspresi HER2. Ekspresi HER2 positif tidak berhubungan dengan kesintasan dua tahun pada adenokarsinoma gaster. ......Background: HER2 is a proto-oncogene which important for administering of target cell therapy in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma. Research on clinical, endoscopic, and histopathological features shown conflicting in association with HER2 expression. Studies on HER2 as a predictor of survival still show different results. This study aims to determine association of the clinical, endoscopic, and histopathological features with HER2 expression and association of HER2 expression with 2-year survival. Methods: A retrospective cohort study on newly diagnosed gastric adenocarcinoma subjects, aged 18 years old at 4 hospitals in Jakarta, receiving treatment from 2015-2019, meeting the inclusion criteria: having complete medical record, results of gastroscopy examination, and paraffin block tumor biopsy results. The biopsy slides were stained with HER2 immunohistochemical staining and interpreted according to the ToGA criteria. Descriptive and bivariate analysis by using chi-square or fisher's test assessed the relationship between clinical, endoscopic, and histopathological features with HER2 expression. Survival, bivariate and multivariate analysis with cox regression method were used to determine the effect of HER2 expression on 2-year survival. Results: Positive HER2 expression was found in 12.3% of subjects (15 of 122 subjects). HER2 expression tends to be higher in metastases to the liver, Borrman classification type I/II, good/moderate differentiation, intestinal type based on Lauren's classification has the respective proportions:17.6% RR (95%CI)=1.726 (0.665-4.480), 16.1% RR (95%CI)=1,768 (0,670-4,662), 14.3% RR (95%CI)=1,304 (0,505-3,363), 13.9% RR (95%CI)=1,389 (0,505-3,817). Positive HER2 expression was not associated with 2-year survival with HR (95%CI) =1.12 (0.609-2.058).

Tesis ini membahas tentang business coaching yang dilakukan oleh penulis ndash; berkolaborasi dengan kelompok dari Sekolah Manajemen Yale - dengan Du 39;Anyam, LSM yang memproduksi dan mendistribusikan kerajinan anyaman seperti tas, clutch, sandal, dan wadah, yang ditujukan untuk memberdayakan ekonomi dan memperbaiki kesehatan perempuan di pedesaan Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan pemilik dan pelaksana penjualan, Du rsquo;Anyam yang hanya memiliki beberapa tenaga penjual dihadapkan pada proses penjualan manual yang memakan banyak waktu dan tenaga, dinilai sebagai urgensi untuk merancang penjualan secara online. Maka tujuan dari tesis ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan penjualan Du 39;Anyam melalui perancangan pengembangan situs web yang ada. Pengembangan situs web ditekankan pada perancangan fitur-fitur yang sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan LSM dan pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil business coaching akan terlihat melalui efisiensi proses pembelian customer Du 39;Anyam.
ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the business coaching conducted by the author collaborated with the team from Yale School of Management to Du rsquo Anyam, NGO that produces and distributes wicker crafts such as bags, clutch, sandals, and container, supposed to economically empower and improve woman rsquo s health in rural Indonesia. Based on discussions with the owner and sales executor, Du 39 Anyam which have only a few salespeople facing manual sales process that takes a lot of time and effort, valuated as the urgency to design online sales implementation. The aim of this thesis is to increase Du rsquo Anyam rsquo s sales growth by designing the improvement of its existing website. Website improvement is emphasized on the designing the features that fit the conditions and needs of NGO and customers. Data were gathered using observation, interview, and questionnaire method. The result of business coaching will be shown in efficiency of Du rsquo Anyam rsquo s customer buying process.

ABSTRAK
Klasifikasi emosi manusia merupakan salah satu topik hangat yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang, baik medis maupun militer. Emosi manusia sendiri dapat diklasifikasi dengan berbagai metode, salah satunya adalah Machine Learning (ML). Machine learning merupakan proses pembelajaran computer untuk menyelesaikan task tertentu, dengan menggunakan metode ini hasil yang didapatkan akan lebih akurat dan konstan. Dalam tesis ini akan dikembangkan sistem klasifikasi emosi manusia berdasarkan sinyal EEG dari DEAP yang berbasis ML dengan berbagai studi metode ML, seperti Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN), k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN), Support Vector Machine (SVM) hingga Random Forest (RF). Sistem klasifikasi kemudian akan dikembangkan kembali menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa nilai recognition rate yang dihasilkan hanya berkisar 50% dengan nilai maksimal 62%. Sistem juga diberikan feature selection layer untuk memaksimalkan recognition rate, namun penambahan ini tidak memberikan hasil yang signifikan. Dengan demikian recognition rate pada sistem klasifikasi menggunakan sinyal EEG sangat bergantung pada pemrosesan sinyal raw.
ABSTRACT
The classification of human emotions is a hot topic that can be utilized in various fields, both medical and military. Human emotions themselves can be classified by various methods, one of which is Machine Learning (ML). Machine learning is a process of learning computers to complete certain tasks, using this method the results obtained will be more accurate and constant. In this thesis a human emotion classification system will be developed based on EEG signals from DEAP dataset using various ML method studies, such as Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN), k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN), Support Vector Machine (SVM) to Random Forest (RF). The classification system will be developed again using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. From this study it was found that the value of the recognition rate produced is only around 50% with a maximum value of 62%. The system is also given a feature selection layer to maximize recognition rate, but this addition does not provide significant results. Thus the recognition rate in the classification system using EEG signals is very dependent on raw signal processing.

Proses permesinan sangat bergantung pada model yang dibuat, semakin rumit model yang didesain makan semakin sulit dan mahal proses permesinannya. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan identifikasi dan rekognisi fitur prismatic dan fitur slab yang telah diklasifikasikan oleh Jong-Yun Jung. Metode identifikasi fitur hybrid graph dan rule-based yang memanfaatkan file dengan ekstensi .STL yang dikembangkan oleh Sunil dan Pande digunakan sebagai metode dasar untuk mengidentifikasi fitur. Hasil identifikasi fitur kemudian akan diekstrak datanya untuk digunakan dalam menghitung nilai indeks kompleksitas produk dari model yang diteliti. Indeks kompleksitas produk dihitung menggunakan model yang dikembangkan sebelumnya oleh ElMaraghy. Validasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil hitungan dari perangkat lunak dengan metode penghitungan indeks kompleksitas dengan metode STEP oleh M. Sholeh, kemudian perangkat lunak ini diuji untuk menghitung nilai indeks kompleksitas fitur gabungan. Penggunaan 8 slot dan 8 pocket sebagai acuan pembobotan nilai bentuk memberikan nilai indeks kompleksitas produk yang lebih akurat
ABSTRACT
The machining process is very dependent on the model created, the more complicated models, designed dining increasingly difficult and expensive process of its machinery. In this research, identification and recognition prismatic features and features slab that has been classified by Jong-Yun Jung. Feature recognition method hybrid, graph and rule-based which used .STL extension file developed by Sunil and Pande is used as a basic method to identify features. The results will then be extracted from feature recognition data to be used in calculating the index values the complexity of products on the model that is being studied. This research used complexity index of product which is a model developed earlier by ElMaraghy. Validation is done by comparing the results of the count of the software with complexity index calculation method with STEP method by M. Sholeh, then this software is tested for calculating the index values the complexity of a combined features model. The use of 8 slots and 8 of pocket as a benchmark scoring on shapes give more accurate complexity index product.

Gamification menjadi bentuk marketing yang mulai banyak digunakan oleh berbagai bisnis, tidak sedikit perusahaan dan bisnis di Indonesia yang mulai menerapkan sistem gamfication, karena dianggap merupakan cara yang dapat meningkatkan engagement para konsumennya dan juga equity dari brand tersebut yang terdiri dari awareness dan loyalitasnya, salah satu perusahaan tersebut adalah Shopee dengan fitur gamifikasinya adalah Shopee Games. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pemain Shopee Games di Indonesia, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang diberikan oleh gamification feature terhadap brand engagement dan brand equity, data dianalisis menggunakan Teknik PLS-SEM dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan gamification feature, yaitu immersion, achievement, dan social interaction related feature berpengaruh terhadap masing- masing dimensi brand engagement, yaitu emotional, cognitive, dan social brand engagement. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan emotional dan cognitive brand engagement berpengaruh terhadap brand awareness dan loyalty, namun social brand engagement tidak berpengaruh terhadap kedua dimensi brand equity, peneliti juga melakukan analisis terhadap hubungan gamification feature terhadap brand equity, dengan hasil analisis tidak adanya hubungan yang signifika antara gamification feature terhadap brand equity. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh gamification feature terhadap brand engagement yang juga berpengaruh terhadap brand equity. ......Gamification became a marketing technique that many businesses already using, there’s a lot of companies and businesses in Indonesia that start using gamification, because it can increase the engagement of their customer and the equity of their brand that consists of awareness and loyalty. one of the companies that used gamification are Shopee with their gamification feature known as Shopee Games. this research was conducted on Shopee Games players, to know the effect of gamification features on brand engagement and brand equity. data were analyzed using PLS-SEM and SPSS, this research has shown gamification features that consist of immersion, achievement, and social interaction-related feature had a significant effect on each brand engagement dimension, that is emotional, cognitive, and social brand engagement. this research also shows there's a significant effect of emotional and cognitive brand engagement on brand awareness and brand loyalty, but social brand engagement doesn't have any significant effect on brand awareness and brand loyalty. the researcher also analyzed the effect of gamification features on brand equity, the result showed no significant effect of gamification features on brand equity. this research study showed the effect of gamification features on brand engagement was significant and consequently affecting brand equity.
