"Pembangunan terowongan jalan merupakan hal baru di Indonesia dan menjadi proyek pertama di Pulau Kalimantan. Tantangan utama dalam proyek ini adalah karakteristik tanah podsolik/ultisol di perbukitan dan tanah gambut di dataran rendah, yang memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap stabilitas tanah dalam konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengendalikan potensi bahaya serta risiko melalui perencanaan safety plan, serta mengevaluasi dan mengembangkan Rencana Keselamatan Konstruksi (RKK) yang sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri PUPR No. 10 Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup wawancara dan expert judgement, dengan pendekatan analisis kualitatif dan deskriptif berdasarkan regulasi terkait. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi 57 variabel bahaya dan risiko serta pengendaliannya dalam safety plan berdasarkan masukan dari para pakar yang disesuaikan dengan metode kerja proyek. Penelitian ini juga mengungkap perlunya pengembangan format tambahan dalam dokumen RKK guna memenuhi kebutuhan lapangan dan meningkatkan efektivitas keselamatan konstruksi. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rencana Keselamatan Konstruksi yang komprehensif dan sesuai regulasi mampu secara signifikan mengurangi risiko dan ketidakpastian pada proyek. Pendekatan ini mendukung pencapaian target zero accident dan berimplikasi pada penyediaan referensi yang relevan bagi penyedia jasa, secara khusus di wilayah dengan tantangan geoteknik seperti Kalimantan.

The construction of the road tunnel was new in Indonesia and the first project in Kalimantan Island. The main challenge in this project is the characteristics of podzolic/ultisol soil in the hills and peat soil in the lowlands, which has a high risk to soil stability in construction. This research aims to identify and control potential hazards and risks through safety plan planning, as well as evaluate and develop a Construction Safety Plan (CSP) that complies with the Minister of PUPR Regulation No. 10 of 2021. The research methods used include interview and expert judgment,with a qualitative and descriptive analysis approach based on relevant regulations. The results of the research identified 57 hazard and risk variables and their control in the safety plan based on input from experts adapted to project work methods. The research also revealed the need to develop additional formats in the CSP document to meet field needs and improve the effectiveness of construction safety. The research conclusion shows that a comprehensive and compliant Construction Safety Plan (CSP) is able to significantly reduce risks and uncertainties on the project. This approach supports the achievement of zero accident targets and has implications for providing relevant references for service providers, particularly in geotechnically challenged regions such as Kalimantan."

"Tugas Karya Akhir ini membahas penghakiman massa dan upaya pengendaliannya berdasarkan pendapat dari para ahli. Pendapat ahli dalam tulisan ini digunakan sebagai data, yang mana diperoleh dari penulusuran melalui media massa elektronik. Pengendalian sosial menjadi pembahasan utama dalam tulisan ini, bagaimana penghakiman massa dapat dikendalikan dan diminimalisir. Teori collective behavior menjadi teori pendukung untuk menjelaskan penyebab penghakiman massa terjadi di masyarakat. Berdasarkan identifikasi penyebab penghakiman massa, maka terwujud upaya pengendaliannya. Pengendalian penghakiman massa dapat dilakukan secara informal (melalui masyarakat) dan secara formal (melalui keterlibatan penegak hukum dan kebijakan). 

This paper examines collective violence and the control efforts based on the perspective of the experts. Expert judgments in this paper are used as data which obtained from electronic mass media. Social control is the main discussion in this paper; how to collective violence can be controlled and minimized. Collective behavior theory will become supporting theory that explain the cause of the collective violence. Based on the identification of the cause of collective violence, then the control efforts arose. Collective violence control can be done informally (through community) and formally (through the involvement of law enforcement and related public policies)."

"ABSTRAK
A successful project requires a convenient cost estimation. The fragmentary of a construction project starts with an imperfect cost analyze and estimation. This paper is discussing about the analyze of cost estimation with different methods, the study is conducted by two different cost estimation coefficient which is SNI Indonesian standard MPW Ministry of Public Work 2016, price journal DKI Jakarta 2017 and private contractor perspective Expert Judgment . The work of raft foundation is a construction project with repetitive work activities. In this research, there were two analyses, namely comparison the cost analysis Identifying aspects, which makes different in cost analyzing result. This writing will compare the analysis of construction costs for raft foundation that done in the field with the value of the contract, so in this paper we will see the difference of cost estimation based on Indonesia standard MPW 2016, price journal of DKI 2017 and expert judgment with contractor.X who complete this project. The analysis done in this research is to study the use of coefficient value or index and unit price and wage on a materials, tools and workers in cost analysis at raft foundation job. The method used is a case study conducted at the Pesona City Mall Project. The data collection done by collecting the documents, materials and labor, then analyzing the data. The analysis done by comparing the contract value on raft foundation job with the result of project cost analysis using MPW 2016, Journal DKI Jakarta price list and expert judgment. So that obtained comparison of Analysis of Construction Cost between contractors values with project cost based on MPW 2016, Journal 2017 DKI Jakarta and expert judgment to identify the method and aspects, which affect cost estimation. In result the cost estimation based on Expert judgment have lower price than MPW 2016 coefficient and Jakarta price list 2017, but still it is higher than contractor.X price.

"Instalasi pengolahan air minum (IPAM) Citayam dalam proses pengolahannya akan menghasilkan residu berupa lumpur (sludge). Menurut beberapa peraturan disebutkan bahwa penyelenggaraan SPAM (Sistem Pengolahan Air Minum) melaksanakan penyelenggaraan sanitasi seperti pengolahan limbah untuk mencegah pencemaran Air Baku dan menjamin keberlanjutan fungsi penyediaan Air Minum. IPAM Citayam yang belum melakukan pengolahan limbah dari proses pengolahan air minum, melainkan hanya melakukan pembuangan secara langsung ke sungai Ciliwung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa karakteristik lumpur serta merencanakan instalasi pengolahan lumpur.
Dari hasil analisa karakteristik lumpur, maka akan direncanakan beberapa alternatif sistem pengolahan lumpur yang kemudian akan dipilih dengan analisa SWOT, metode Expert Judgment, dan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Dengan debit instalasi sebesar 120 L/detik, IPAM Citayam menghasilkan jumlah timbulan massa lumpur sebesar 1353,81 kg/hari dan timbulan volume lumpur sebesar 283,15 m3/hari.
Berdasarkan karakteristik lumpur serta hasil pemilihan alternatif maka dipilih sistem pengolahan lumput yang terdiri dari 1 bak ekualisasi, 1 unit gravity thickener, 1 unit chemical conditioner, dan 1 unit belt filter press. Hasil pengolahan berupa dry cake lumpur akan dibuang ke landfill dan supernatan akan di resirkulasi menuju unit pengolahan air minum yaitu unit koagulasi.

Water treatment plant (WTP) Citayam produced sludge in a large quantity. According to several regulations, it is stipulated that the implementation of SPAM carries out sanitation operations such as waste management to prevent raw water pollution and ensure the sustainability of drinking water supply functions. The sludge generated from WTP Citayam is directly discharge into stream Ciliwung. The aim of this study is to analyze the characteristics of sludge and to plan for sludge treatment plant.
From the results of the analysis of sludge characteristics, several alternative sludge treatment systems will be planned which will then be selected by SWOT analysis, Expert Judgment method, and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. With an installation discharge of 120 L/sec, WTP Citayam produced sludge is 1353.81 kg/day and 283.15 m3/day.
Based on three method, will be selected sludge treatment plant which has 1 equalization basins, 1 gravity thickener, 1 chemical conditioner, and 1 belt filter press. The processing results in the form of dry cake sludge will be discharged into landfills and the supernatant will be recirculated to the drinking water treatment unit, it is the coagulation unit.
