Abstrak :
Concrete is a favoured building material due to its ease of production and use. Even though the concrete mix is designed to have a uniform strength throughout the entire member, casting, as well as the basic characteristics of the concrete materials, could yield a non-homogeneous constitution, resulting in a concrete strength gradation as a function of the depth of the member. A functionally continuous and smooth strength gradation of the concrete member along its axis or section is defined as graded concrete. The objective of this research is to analyse the influence of two different concrete compressive strengths that composed the graded concrete member. The study is split into two parts: the experimental work describing and identifying the mechanical properties of functionally graded concrete and the finite element analysis implementing these property variations in a model. The results showed that the concrete gradation influenced the ultimate strength of a member negatively and altered the stress distribution and displacement response of the specimen.

Pemulihan rasa percaya trust repair berperan penting dalam interaksi sosial, karena dengan terperliharanya rasa percaya suatu hubungan akan mudah terjalin. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh pemberian kompensasi serta bagaimana norma sosial berperan dalam pemulihan rasa percaya seseorang. Dengan menggunakan desain eksperimental randomized 2 kompensasi: kompensasi besar vs. tanpa kompensasi x 3 norma sosial: norma sosial consistent vs. norma sosial dissonance vs. tanpa norma sosial, penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 187 mahasiswa aktif Program Sarjana S-1 Universitas Indonesia. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan memodifikasi trust game dari Desmet, De Cremer, dan van Dijk 2010 dan dijalankan dengan program z-Tree. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kompensasi dan norma sosial setelah terjadinya pelanggaran rasa percaya trust violation tidak memengaruhi perilaku pemulihan rasa percaya seseorang. ......Trust repair plays an important role in social interaction, because with the well maintained trust, it will be easier for a relationship to be established. This research aims to examine the effect of compensation and how social norms play a role in repairing one 39 s trust. By using a randomized experimental design 2 compensation large compensation vs. no compensation x 3 social norms consistent social norms vs. dissonance social norms vs. no social norm, this research was conducted to 187 active students of Undergraduate Program S 1 University of Indonesia. Measurements were made by modifying the Trust Game from Desmet, De Cremer, and van Dijk 2010 and run by z Tree program. The results of this research suggest that compensation and social norms that given after trust violation, do not affect individuals trust repair behavior.

Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan permintaan maaf merupakan cara untuk memulihkan rasa percaya seseorang Lewicki Brinsfield, 2017 . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kompensasi dan variasi permintaan maaf terhadap pemulihan rasa percaya. Desain penelitian ini ialah randomized 2 besar kompensasi: kompensasi kecil vs tanpa kompensasi x 3 permintaan maaf: permintaan maaf lengkap vs permintaan maaf parsial vs tanpa maaf between subject. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan memodifikasi trust game Desmet, De Cremer, Van Dijk, 2010 dan dijalankan dengan menggunakan program z-Tree. Partisipan terdiri dari 184 mahasiswa/i aktif Universitas Indonesia jenjang S1. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun partisipan yang mendapatkan kompensasi kecil dan permintaan maaf parsial pemulihan rasa percayanya paling tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok eksperimen lainnya, namun secara statistik tidak ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian kompensasi kecil dan variasi permintaan maaf terhadap pemulihan rasa percaya. Hasil tersebut dapat ditinjau dari perbedaan individu dan aspek budaya.

Researches showed that compensation and apology were means to repair one rsquo s trust Lewicki Brinsfield, 2017 . This study aimed to explore the effect of compensation and apology toward trust repair. Research design of this study was randomized 2 compensation small compensation vs. no compensation x 3 apology full apology vs partial apology vs without apology between subjects. This experimental study modified trust game Desmet, De Cremer, Van Dijk, 2010 run by using z Tree program. A total of 184 students of Univeristas Indonesia participated in this study. The result showed that despite of the group who got small compensation and partial apology had the highest trust repair, no statistically significant effect was found on small compensation and apology toward trust repair. This results could be evaluated from the individual differences and cultural aspect.
