ABSTRAK
Pariwisata merupakan sektor terpenting bagi beberapa negara karena memengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Festival sebagai bagian acara pariwisata dapat digunakan sebagai penarik kedatangan turis. Untuk kesuksesan festival, beberapa persyaratan harus dipenuhi seperti pengalaman yang berkesan, kepribadian festival yang menarik dan reputasi yang baik. Pine dan Gilmore 1998 mendeskripsikan terdapat empat dimensi dari pengalaman ekonomi experience economy yaitu; edukasi, hiburan, pelarian dan estetika. Dengan Structural Equation Modeling SEM pada data Festival Makanan Kampoeng Tempo Doeloe 206 sampel, studi ini ditujukan untuk menemukan dampak dari empat dimensi pengalaman terhadap kepribadian festival, lalu menganalisa pengaruh kepribadian festival pada reputasinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hiburan, edukasi dan estetika secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepribadian festival. Hasil lainnya juga menunjukan bahwa kepribadian festival berpengaruh positif secara signifikan pada reputasi festival. Penelitian ini berguna bagi pemerintah maupun pengelola acara pariwisata dalam mengelola festival.
ABSTRACT
Tourism is one of the most essential sector for several countries because it affects the economic growth. Festival, as a part of event tourism, can be used as tourist attraction. To achieve success in festival, some conditions have to be fulfilled i.e memorable experience of festival, keen festival personality and its reputation. Pine and Gilmore 1998 described four dementionals of experience economy which are education, entertainment, escapism and esthetic. Using Structural Equation Modeling SEM on Festival Makanan Kampoeng Tempo Doeloe 206 samples, this study conducted to determine the effect of four experience dementions on festival personality and the influence of festival personality towards reputation. The result are showed that entertainment, education and esthetic have the significant positive effect on the festival personality. This study also reveals that festival personality have a significant positive influence on reputation. This research can be useful for government or tourism event organiser while organising festivals.

Industri pariwisata di Indonesia merupakan salah satu industri yang paling berkembang serta menjadi salah satu sektor penyumbang devisa negara terbesar. Pada skripsi ini membahas tentang bagaimana pelaku bisnis dapat meningkatkan loyalitas serta dapat me-recall kembali tempat wisata tersebut terutama jenis wisata adventure tourism. Hal ini diukur dari pengalaman pelanggan mengunakan 4 elemen experience economy yang terdiri dari education, entertainment, escapism serta esthetic. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer loyalty dapat dipengaruhi oleh education dan esthetic sedangkan untuk dapat me-recall kembali (mempengaruhi memori konsumen) dapat dipengaruhi oleh entertainment dan esthetic. Sehingga bagi pelaku bisnis wisata petualangan (Adventure tourism) harus lebih fokus dalam memberikan pengetahuan-pengetahuan serta hiburan selama kunjungan pelanggan serta menjaga kelestarian tempat wisata tersebut agar terus dapat dinikmati oleh pelanggannya. In this thesis discusses how businesses can increase loyalty and can recall back tourist destinations, especially kinds of adventure tourism tour. It is measured from the customer experience using 4 elements experience economy consisting of education, entertainment, escapism and esthetic. This research uses descriptive research design. The results showed that customer loyalty can be influenced by education and esthetic while to recall back (memory affect consumers) can be influenced by the entertainment and esthetic. ABSTRACT
Pemerintahan Republik Indonesia memfokuskan pariwisata sebagai penghasil devisa utama untuk meningkatkan daya saing Indonesia. Selain itu, pada saat ini mulai terjadi pergeseran nilai ekonomis yang berawal dari Untuk meningkatkan daya saing, pemilik objek wisata dapat menciptakan memorable experience. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan design thinking, yang difokuskan kepada pengunjung Galeri Indonesia Kaya. Berdasarkan wawancara dan pengamatan, ditemukan karakteristik, sifat, keinginan, dan kebutuhan pengunjung yang dipetakan dalam beberapa peta visual. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah alat dan sebuah alur yang dapat meningkatkan interaksi pengunjung dengan objek, serta meningkatkan kunjungan kembali dan rekomendasi.
ABSTRACT
Government of Indonesian Republic has focused its tourism as the main producer of its foreign exchange to increase their competitiveness in South East Asia. At the same time, nowadays, there is a phenomenon of economic value shift from commodities to experiences. To increase a country competitiveness, one can create a memorable experience in their attraction. This research is done with the design thinking approach that focused on the visitor of Galeri Indonesia Kaya. Based on empathy, it has been found the characteristic, behavior, needs, wants, and the trait of the visitor then mapped through various visual tools. The result of this research is an equipment and experience that can increase visitor rsquo s interaction with the attraction, which can result in increase in loyalty intention of revisit and recommend.
