"Agriculture in Indonesia is still an important sector in the economy, while for several outer provinces it constitutes the most important economic activity. However, there exists a wide discrepant in agricultural development between in particular Java/Ball and the eastern part of Indonesia. This is the very central issue which the author intents to capture the attention of policy makers in the field of agricultural development. The most advanced region for agricultural cultivation is highly concentrated on the island of Java, while in many parts of eastern Indonesia agricultural cultivation is still underdeveloped in terms of number of plant varieties, product quality and productivity. And these backward farmers belong to the poor group in the population. This wide discrepant in agricultural development is being demonstrated through a number of tables and personal observations by the author. Soil condition, climate and inputs do of course determine the volume, quality and kind of output, but know-how about agricultural technologies is no less important, and this is lacking in the Eastern regions. Unfortunately, thus far the central as well as the local governments do not put much attention to regional agricultural development. Therefore the government should change this attitude or rather its negligence about the problem, because through education in agricultural technologies and extension services the farmers in the outer regions could improve their agricultural technical know-how, contribute to regional development and hence their income."

"Analisis praktik residensi keperawatan medikal bedah merupakan karya ilmiah akhir Ners Spesialis. Bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara umum proses pelaksanaan praktik residensi keperawatan medikal bedah yang dilaksanakan dalam dua semester. Analisis ini terdiri dari kasus kelolaan utama pada gangguan sistem neurologi dengan kasus astrositoma dan 30 kasus resum menggunakan pendekatan model adaptasi Roy, penerapan evidence based nursing (EBN) dan proyek inovasi. pada kasus kelolaan masalah masalah ketidakefektifan perfusi cerebral teratasi dan pada 30 kasus resum diagnosa terbanyak yaitu risiko jatuh dan ketidakefektifan perfusi cerebral. untuk peneraan evidence based nursing tentang Tongue stretching exercises (TSE) pada pasien stroke dengan gangguan menelan dan terbukti dapat meningkatan gerakan lidah dalam proses menelan. Untuk proyek inovasi melakukan tatalaksana perawatan pasca stroke terkini. Banyak manfaat yang didapatkan selama proses praktik residensi diantaranya melatihan berpikir kritis dalam mengelola kasus sulit, melatih keterampilan praktik, dan menerapkan intervensi berdasarkan bukti ilmiah. Diharapkan bagi bagi perawat untuk memberikan intervensi keperawatan berdasarkan bukti ilmiah dan selalu berlatih dalam berpikir kritis agar memiliki tingkat sensitifitas dalam melihat fenomena masalah pada pasien.

Analysis of practice medical surgical nursing residency is the final scientific work of Specialist Nursing. The aim is to provide an overview of the process of implementing medical surgical nursing residency practices that got in two semesters. This analysis consists of cases of major management in neurological system disorders with astrocytoma cases and 30 cases of rums using Roy's adaptation model approach, application of evidence based nursing (EBN) and innovation projects. The case of managed cerebral perfusion problems the problem is managed and in 30 cases the most common diagnoses are the risk of falls and the ineffectiveness of cerebral perfusion. For evidence based nursing information about Tongue stretching exercises (TSE) in stroke patients with swallowing disorders and is proven to increase tongue movement in the swallowing process. Innovation projects carry out the latest post-stroke care management. Many benefits got during the residency practice process include training critical thinking in managing difficult cases, practicing practical skills, and implementing interventions based on scientific evidence. Hope is expected for nurses to provide nursing interventions based on scientific evidence and always practice critical thinking in order to have a sensitivity level in seeing the phenomenon of problems in patients."

"Kehidupan masyarakat perkotaan yang semakin modern tanpa sengaja telah mengubah gaya hidup masyarakat, termasuk kebutuhan pangannya. Perubahan gaya makan yang dikonsumsi mengakibatkan masalah gout arthritis yang menyebabkan hambatan mobilitas fisik pada lansia. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah akhir ini yaitu menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada keluarga lansia dengan hambatan mobilitas fisik. Intervensi unggulan yang dilakukan adalah latihan range of motion (ROM) pada lansia. Intervensi ini dilakukan selama 2 minggu. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa intervensi unggulan yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan fleksibilitas sendi, kekuatan otot, dan meningkatkan mobilitas klien. Latihan ROM disarankan untuk digunakan perawat untuk membantu lansia meningkatkakan fleksibilitas sendi dan kekuatan otot sehingga dapat meningkatkan mobilitas fisik di pelayanan keperawatan keluarga.

The life of urban communities that is more and more modern has accidentally changed people's lifestyles, including their food needs. Changes in the style of food consumed have resulted in the problem of gout arthritis which causes immobility physical in the elderly. The purpose of writing this final scientific paper is to describe nursing care in elderly families with immobility physical. A feature-type intervention is the Range of Motion (ROM) exercises for the elderly. This intervention was carried out for 2 weeks. The results of the evaluation showed that the intervention can improve joint flexibility, muscle strength, and increase client mobility. ROM exercises are recommended for the use of nurses to help elderly improve the flexibility of joints and muscle strength so that it can increase physical mobility in family nursing service.

"ABSTRAKKerja atau olahraga merupakan salah satu pencetus yang efisien untuk menimbulkan serangan asma. Dalam batas-batas tertentu penderita asma dapat melakukan olahraga tanpa menimbulkan bronkokonstriksi yang membahayakan sewaktu dan sesudah olahraga. Pada penderita asma, gerakan olahraga yang dapat meningkatkan kekuatan otot pernafasan, sangat penting, sebab penderita asma kronis umumnya mengalami penurunan kekuatan otot pernafasan.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan nilai parameter fungsi paru serta kekuatan otot pernapasan pada penderita asma, sebelum dan sesudah 3 bulan mengikuti senam asma. Metoda yang digunakan adalah dengan mengukur FEV1, PEFR dan tekanan ekspirasi maksimal pada 30 penderita asma sebelum dan sesudah 3 bulan mengikuti senam asma.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah penurunan FEV1, peningkatan tekanan ekspirasi maksimal (bermakna) dan peningkatan PEFR (tidak bermakna) sesudah 3 bulan mengikuti senam asma.,br>Kesimpulannya setelah tiga bulan olahraga terjadi penurunan FEV1, peningkatan PEFR dan tekanan ekspirasi maksimal . Hasil pengukuran parameter fungsi paru tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, kecuali hasil pengukuran tekanan ekspirasi maksimal.

ABSTRACTThe Effects Of Exercise On Lung Function In Asthmatic Patients It has been noted that exercise is a most efficient stimulus for inducing asthma. Asthmatics can exercise up to a certain limit without developing life-threatening bronchoconstriction during or after exercise. Exercises that strengthen the respiratory muscles are important because patients with severe chronic obstructive lung diseases have reduced respiratory muscle's strength.The purpose of this study was to asses the effects of exercise on FEV1 (Forced Expiratory Volume one second), PEER (Peak Expiratory Flow Rate ) and maximal expiratory pressure in asthmatic patients.FEV1, PEFR and maximal expiratory pressure were measured before and after three months exercise in 10 asthmatic patients. The results showed a significant decrease in FEV1, significant increase in maximal expiratory pressure, but no significant increase in PEER after 3 months exercise. These results were not as expected, except the maximal expiratory pressure."
