Abstrak :
Cloud Computing merupakan suatu perubahan besar yang terjadi di dunia komputasi dan internet. Teknologi Cloud kini sudah banyak diaplikasikan pada jaringan riil salah satunya yaitu Private Cloud. Pembuatan Cloud Computing dengan memilih layanan Private Cloud dengan membuat simulasi nyata pada jaringan fisik menggunakan Eucalyptus dengan sistem operasi CentOS 6.4. Pengujian dilakukan suatu variasi terhadap jumlah pengguna yaitu satu dan tiga pengguna. Selain jumlah penggunanya, besaran ukuran file juga diuji yaitu 100 MB, 200 MB, dan 300 MB dengan perbandingan sebelum dan setelah penyerangan Denial of Service (DoS) untuk proses data upload dan download. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa dengan melakukan pengukuran Quality of Service (QoS) dengan menggunakan packet loss, delay, dan throughput yang dilakukan pada saat uji coba pengiriman data menggunakan aplikasi File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Hasil pengukuran menunjukan bahwa serangan DoS cukup berpengaruh untuk pertukaran data untuk proses upload terutama untuk 1 user daripada 3 user dengan masing-masing penambahan packet loss, delay, dan pengurangan throughput terbesar memiliki persentase 169.57%, 22.79%, dan 20.08%. Kemudian pengujian berdasarkan proses download, serangan DoS cukup berpengaruh untuk 3 pengguna dengan persentase penambahan packet loss sebesar 36.51%, penambahan delay sebesar 148.48% dan untuk penurunan throughput didapat pada pengujian 1 user dengan persentase sebesar 21.25%. Dari persentase ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses download memiliki sedikit pengaruh terhadap serangan DoS.
Cloud Computing is a big change happening in the world of computing and the Internet. Cloud technology is now widely applied to real networks one of which is Private Cloud. Development of Cloud Computing with select the Private Cloud services make a real simulation of the physical network using Eucalyptus with operating system of CentOS 6.4. Testing is done with the variation of the number of users is one and three users. In addition to the number of users, scale file size also tested is 100 MB, 200 MB, and 300 MB with comparison before and after the Denial of Service (DoS) attack to process data upload and download. The results found that by measuring Quality of Service (QoS) by using packet loss, delay, and throughput is conducted at the time of trial data transmission using File Transfer Protocol (FTP) application. Based on upload process, measurement results showed that the DoS attack is quite powerful for data transmission one user than three users with additional packet loss, delay, and reduction of throughput have a percentage of 169.57%, 22.79%, and 20.08% with a file size of 300 MB. Then testing based on download process, DoS attack quite influential for 3 users with percentage with additional packet loss in athe amount of 36.51%, increase delay time is 148.48% and for reduction of throughput obtained on 1 user testing with percentage is 21.25%. With this percentage we can get conclusion that download process have a few influence with DoS attack.

Recently, there was an increase in demand of biomass pellets as an alternative energy source. However, it is necessary to reduce the size of granular materials during the pelleting process. The size reduction of eucalyptus bark occurs in the industrial processing of biomass pellets production, using a hammer mill together with three sieve sizes of 3, 4, and 5 mm and the sieve speeds of 900, 1000, 1100, and 1200 rpm, respectively, which have been examined at a feed rate of 80 kg/h. The aims of this study were to determine the important parameters, namely rotational speed, to determine suitable sieve size for reducing the size of eucalyptus bark, and to analyze energy usage in the size reduction process by using a hammer mill. The results have shown that using a 5 mm sieve size at 900 rpm sieve speed resulted in the best operating conditions in order to offer the highest capacity and lowest specific energy consumption. Moreover, the average particle size of 0.15 mm was an acceptable value. This study could be very beneficial in the development process to produce biomass pellets.

Kanker serviks termasuk salah satu jenis kanker dengan tingkat prevalensi kasus yang tinggi di Indonesia. Berdasarkan GLOBOCAN 2020, ditemukan 36.633 (36% dari total kasus kanker pada wanita) kasus kanker serviks baru dan 21.003 kematian. Pengobatan terhadap kanker serviks saat ini masih menimbulkan efek samping seperti resistensi obat pada sejumlah kasus sehingga diperlukan alternatif pengobatan. Salah satu senyawa yang memiliki potensi antikanker, yaitu Eucalyptol. Eucalyptol adalah senyawa utama dalam tumbuhan eukaliptus seperti Eucalyptus globulus. Studi pengaruh konsentrasi eucalyptol terhadap viabilitas dan deteksi apoptosis sel HeLa dilakukan dengan konsentrasi 25, 50, 100 dan 200 μg/mL. Uji viabilitas dengan WST-1 menunjukkan bahwa variasi konsentrasi eucalyptol tersebut belum dapat menekan viabilitas sel HeLa (p>0,05 dengan uji ANOVA). Selanjutnya, deteksi apoptosis (menggunakan pewarna Annexin V-FITC) dengan mikroskop fluoresens menunjukkan bahwa variasi konsentrasi eucalyptol dapat menginduksi apoptosis dibandingkan nekrosis. Meskipun demikian, belum dilakukan pengamatan pada sel hidup sehingga tidak diketahui persentase sel apoptosis dan nekrosis dalam populasi total. Pengujian lanjutan dengan pewarna DAPI yang mewarnai sel hidup dan metode kuantifikasi lainnya untuk validasi hasil pengamatan dengan mikroskop fluoresens diperlukan. ......Cervical cancer is one type of cancer with a high case prevalence rate in Indonesia. Based on GLOBOCAN 2020, found 36,633 (36% of total cancer cases in women) new cervical cancer cases and 21,003 deaths. Treatment of cervical cancer is currently still causing side effects such as drug resistance in a number of cases so that alternative treatment is needed. One of the compounds that have anticancer potential is Eucalyptol. Eucalyptol is the main compound in eucalyptus plants such as Eucalyptus globulus. The study of the effect of eucalyptol concentration on the viability and detection of apoptosis of HeLa cells was carried out at concentrations of 25, 50, 100 and 200 g/mL. The viability test with WST-1 showed that the variation in eucalyptol concentration had not been able to suppress HeLa cell viability (p>0.05 by ANOVA test). Furthermore, detection of apoptosis (using Annexin V-FITC dye) by fluorescent microscopy showed that variations in eucalyptol concentration could induce apoptosis rather than necrosis. However, no observations have been made on living cells so that the percentage of apoptotic and necrotic cells in the total population is unknown. Further testing with DAPI dye that stains living cells and other quantification methods for validation of observations by fluorescent microscopy is required.

Abstrak :
The genetic improvement of Eucalyptus species in Thailand has been developed at clone or variety levels. Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehn. Clone A5 and Clone D1 are two of the most planted varieties at Sa Kaeo province in the eastern region of Thailand. Thus, the selection of clones which emphasize economic traits is not sufficient anymore. Wood density and leaf functional traits should be emphasized also because these characteristics directly affect yields of plantation. The studied area was a six-year-old clone A5 and D1 plantation with spacing of 3 m. x 3 m. in the village of Sa Kaeo Province, in eastern Thailand.

The basic wood density (WD) of A5 and D1 was 0.7364 and 0.6345 g/cm3, respectively. Stem volume was 0.0512 and 0.0577 m3/tree and the stem dry mass was 28.10 and 26.50 kg/tree, respectively. Although the stem volume of A5 was less than Dl, their WD had significant statistical differences (p < 0.05) because the WD of A5 was higher than Dl. Furthermore, the A5 provided more stem dry mass than Dl, equal to 30.95 and 28.40 ton per hectare, respectively. For the leaves slenderness, A5 and Dl were 1.18and 1.19 respectively, which had insignificant difference (p > 0.05) and the specific leaf weight was 0.0135 and 0.0120 g/cm2 .respectively, which had a significant statistical difference (p < 0.05). These results indicated that the leaf thickness of A5 was more than Dl. It was affected positively by photosynthesis The results suggest that wood density of stem and thickness of leaves in this study could be used further to improve the genetic Eucalyptus.

Private Cloud merupakan pemodelan teknologi Cloud Computing yang hanya memberikan layanan kepada pengguna tertentu. Kebutuhan akan performa server yang baik, tentunya mempengaruhi layanan yang ditawarkan suatu provider cloud kepada penggunanya. Oleh karena itu, pembuatan Cloud Computing dengan memilih layanan Private Cloud pada skripsi ini dilakukan dengan membuat simulasi nyata pada jaringan fisik menggunakan CentOS dengan Eucalyptus di dalamnya. Metode instalasi menggunakan konfigurasi Cloud in a Box. Lima pengujian diimplementasikan untuk mengetahui performa server Private Cloud ini. Instances dibuat sibuk seolah-olah menjalankan sebuah aplikasi sehingga terlihat kinerja dari server cloud. Parameter pengujian yang digunakan untuk pengukuran performa server adalah Load Average, CPU Usage dan Memory Usage. Dari hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa parameter Load Average dengan load tertinggi sebesar 4,35 satuan proses dan CPU Usage tertinggi mencapai nilai 95,04% ketika seluruh instance aktif menjalankan aplikasi. Memory usage server mencapai 4740,95 MB dan untuk seluruh instance menggunakan memori sebesar 29,37% dari penggunaan memori pada server. Tiga parameter di atas menunjukkan kesesuaian server cloud dalam menangani pengguna pada jaringan privat IaaS ini dengan konsep Cloud IaaS pada umumnya. ......Private Cloud is a technology model of Cloud computing that only provide service to a particular user. Requirement for a good server performance, of course, affect the service offered to the user of a cloud provider. Therefore, making cloud computing by choosing a Private Cloud service in this thesis was to create a simulation of the real physical network using CentOS with Eucalyptus in it. Installation method using configuration Cloud in a Box. Five tests are implemented to determine the performance of the server's Private Cloud. Instances kept busy as running an application and visible the performance of the server cloud. Testing parameters used to measure the performance of the server is the Load Average, CPU Usage and Memory Usage. From the measurement results indicate that the parameter Load Average with the highest load of 4.35 units and the highest CPU usage reaches 95.04% when all active instances running the application. Memory usage of server and to achieve 4740.95 MB memory instances amounting to 29.37%. Three parameters above indicates suitability of cloud servers to handle the user's private network to the concept of Cloud IaaS IaaS in general.

Skripsi ini berisi mengenai konsep dasar, perancangan dan implementasi enkripsi data dengan RSA yang diterapkan pada private cloud Infrastucture as a Service (IaaS). Tujuan dari skripsi ini menganalisa keamanan pengiriman data dan waktu dari implementasi kriptografi RSA pada sistem Eucalyptus private cloud. Pengiriman data pada sistem virtualisasi private cloud membutuhkan enkripsi untuk mengantisipasi serangan dari man-in-the-middle sehingga penyerang tidak mengetahui isi data dengan mudah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu eksekusi program RSA dipengaruhi oleh ukuran data dan nilai kunci RSA yang dibangkitkan. Peningkatan ukuran data akan mempengaruhi peningkatan waktu eksekusi program RSA. Peningkatan waktu eksekusi untuk format .txt sebesar 31,44%, untuk format .doc sebesar 24,83% dan untuk format .pdf sebesar 24,85%. Nilai d untuk kunci privat RSA yang besar akan sangat mempengaruhi waktu eksekusi karena membutuhkan waktu dekripsi yang lebih lama. Sedangkan nilai e yang besar untuk kunci publik RSA tidak terlalu signifikan mempengaruhi waktu enkripsi menjadi lebih lama namun tetap berkontribusi terhadap waktu eksekusi RSA. Keamanan pengiriman data pada sistem private cloud dibutuhkan terutama dengan RSA 2048 bit dan sistem padding, namun pada skripsi ini hanya digunakan enkripsi plain RSA.
This thesis contains about fundamental concept, the design and the implementation of data encryption using RSA which is applied on private cloud Infrastucture as a Service (IaaS). The purposes of this thesis are to analyze the the data transfer security and the time of RSA cryptography appliance on Eucalyptus private cloud system. Secret data transfer on private cloud virtualization requires encryption in order to anticipated the attack from man-in-the-middle so that the attacker won?t know the contents of data easily. The result of this research prove that RSA execution time influented by the size of data and the value of the generated RSA keys. Data size increment will influence the execution times of RSA. The increment time for .txt is 31,44%, increment time for .doc is 24,83%, and increment time for .pdf is 24,85%. Large values of d for RSA private key greatly affect the execution time because need a longer decryption time. However, the large value of e for public keys isn?t influence the encryption time significantly but still contributes the execution time. The security of data transfer on private cloud system is needed especially using RSA 2048 bit and padding system appliance,however this thesis only implement plain RSA encryption.

Kapsaisin (8-methyl-N-vanillyl-trans-6-nonenamide) merupakan senyawa aktif utama pada ekstrak cabai genus Capsicum yang diketahui memiliki aktivitas terapeutik sebagai analgesik dan anti-inflamasi. Pada aplikasinya, kapsaisin seringkali dikombinasikan dengan minyak esensial seperti eucalyptus oil yang mengandung senyawa terpen. Namun, minyak esensial telah dilaporkan memiliki kemampuan dalam meningkatkan penetrasi suatu obat sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kadar kapsaisin yang terpentrasi melalui kulit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh eucalyptus oil terhadap penetrasi Gliserosom-Kapsaisin. Preparasi Gliserosom-Kapsaisin dilakukan menggunakan metode hidrasi lapis tipis. Gliserosom-Kapsaisin yang dihasilkan berbentuk sferis, memiliki struktur unilamellar dengan ukuran partikel sebesar 60,42±0,131 nm, PDI 0,133±0,002, dan zeta potensial sebesar -33,9±0,153 mV. Uji penetrasi dilakukan secara in vitro menggunakan sel difusi Franz dengan membran kulit abdomen tikus terhadap Gliserosom-Kapsaisin tanpa eucalyptus oil dan Gliserosom-Kapsaisin dengan penambahan eucalyptus oil pada konsentrasi 0,25%; 0,5%; dan 0,75%. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi eucalyptus oil berkorelasi positif dengan jumlah kumulatif dan fluks obat. Konsentrasi eucalyptus oil 0,75% memiliki jumlah kumulatif dan fluks yang paling tinggi. ......Capsaicin (8-methyl-N-vanillyl-trans-6-nonenamide) is the main active compound in chili extract which is known to have therapeutic activity as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory. In its application, capsaicin is often combined with essential oils such as eucalyptus oil that contain terpene compounds. However, essential oils have been reported to have the ability to increase the penetration of a drug so that it can influence the levels of capsaicin that penetrate through the skin. This study was conducted to examine the influence of eucalyptus oil on Glycerosome-Capsaicin penetration. Glycerosome-Capsaicin preparation was carried out using the thin layer hydration method. The resulting Glycerosome-Capsaicin is spherical in shape, has a unilamellar structure with a particle size of 60,42±0,131 nm, PDI of 0,133±0,002, and zeta potential of -33,9±0,153 mV. Drug penetration test was carried out in vitro using Franz diffusion cells with rat abdominal skin membrane. The cumulative amount of penetrated drug and flux of Glycerosome-Capsaicin without eucalyptus oil and Glycerosome-Capsaicin with the addition of eucalyptus oil at a concentration of 0,25%; 0,5%; and 0,75% were evaluated. Results showed that the concentration of eucalyptus oil tended to correlate positively with the cumulative amount of penetrated drug and transdermal flux. Eucalyptus oil at 0,75% exhibited highest cumulative amount of penetrated drug and transdermal flux.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kemampuan minyak eucalyptus 75 dan eucalyptol 100 dalam menurunkan kuat rekat geser bahan adesif bis-GMA pada debonding breket metal. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental laboratorik. Sejumlah tiga puluh gigi premolar atas dibagi secara acak menjadi 3 kelompok, yaitu kelompok minyak eucalyptus, kelompok eucalyptol dan kelompok kontrol. Gigi premolar direkatkan dengan braket Gemini 3M Unitek, Monrovia menggunakan resin adesif Transbond XT 3M Unitek, Monrovia . Kelompok minyak eucalyptus, kelompok eucalyptol dan kelompok kontrol masing-masing dioles minyak eucalyptus 75 Naga Mas, Indonesia , eucalyptol 100 Cerkamed, Poland dan akuades di sekitar braket selama 10 menit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok eucalyptol dan kelompok kontrol p.
ABSTRACT
This study conducted to examine the ability of 75 eucalytpus oil and 100 eucalyptol to decrease the shear bond strength and facilitate debonding of metallic bracket bonded with Transbond XT. The study design is experimental laboratoric study. Thirty upper premolar teeth were randomly divided into 3 groups control, eucalyptus oil group, and eucalyptol group. The premolar teeth were bonded with Gemini brackets 3M Unitek, Monrovia using Transbond XT 3M Unitek, Monrovia . Each groups were lubricated by 75 eucalyptus oil Naga Mas, Indonesia , 100 eucalyptol Cerkamed, Poland and aquades around the bracket for 10 minutes.
