"This is about an ethics on care of nature and the surrounding environment. Man may have good or bad actions when they are challenged to appreciate, care, love, and watch on nature and its surrounding. Nature is understood ontologically, epistemologically, and axiologically. The three philosophical aspects, directly or indirectly, give a contribution to man in order to appreciate nature and its organisms. Learning about Deep Ecology needs to be developed and socialized through education where both human and nature rights may walk harmoniously."

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to find out the corelation between comprehension of ecology concept and environmental ethics with student's participation in environmenal conservationt. Research was accomplished in several State Senior High Schools in Bogor in 2012 with randomly with 139 samples. Methods used survey and data analysis technique using correlation regression, Result are: there is a significant correlation between comprehension of ecology concept and students' participation with regression equation of Ŷ = 59.174 + 1.871X1 and correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.4725. There is significant correlation between the ethics and students' participation with a regression Ŷ = 48.116 + 0.491X2 and correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.5453. There is significant correlation between comprehension concept and ethics with students' participation with regression Ŷ = 33.2467 + 0.9654X1 + 0.3954X2 and correlation coefficient ry120.2234. Based on above, it could be conclude that students' participation might be improved through comprehension of ecology concept and environmental ethics."

Gillespie, Alexander
"This second edition of International Environmental Law, Policy, and Ethics revises and expands this groundbreaking study into the question of why the environment is protected in the international arena. This question is rarely asked because it is assumed that each member of the international community wants to achieve the same ends. However, in his innovative study of international environmental ethics, Alexander Gillespie explodes this myth. He shows how nations, like individuals, create environmental laws and policies which are continually inviting failure, as such laws can often be riddled with inconsistencies, and be ultimately contradictory in purpose. Specifically, he seeks a nexus between the reasons why nations protect the environment, how these reasons are reflected in law and policy, and what complications arise from these choices."
