Abstrak :
Material organik dalam batuan sumber hidrokarbon mengalami transfomrasi membentuk hidrokarbon. Transformasi ini berupa perubahan struktur dan komposisi kimia material organik di bawah pengaruh temperatur dan waktu. Proses pembentukan hidrokarbon tersebut merupakan proses kematangan material organik. Kematangan tennal material organik pada batubara diamati, melalui simulasi dengan metode hydrous pyrolysis pada sampel batubara Fonnasi Brenggang, Gombong, Jawa Tengah. Metode ini digunakan untuk memperoleh pirolisat yang memiliki karakteristik sesuai dengan produk dari proses pembentukan minyak bumi di alam. Simulasi kematangan teraial pada sampel batubara ini dilakukan dengan variasi temperatur 250°C, 300 °C, dan 320 °C. Dua gram sampel batubara dimasuklcan ke dalam stainless steel bomb bersama 10 mL air deionisasi dan dialirkan gas N, inert. Kemudian sampel dipanaskan selama 72 jam untuk setiap temperatur pemanasan. Produk dari setiap sampel dianalisis dengan Icromatografi gas, penentuan karbon organik total, dan pirolisis rock-eval untuk melihat perubahan komposisi material organik yang terjadi akibat proses kematangan termal. Dari simulasi ini dapat dilihat bahwa proses kematangan tennal terjadi dengan penambahan temperatur pemanasan. Hasil simulasi juga menunjukkan bahwa sampel batubara Formasi Brenggang merupakan batuan sumber hidrokarbon yang potensial dengan kandungan material organik kerogen Tipe III yang diperoleh dari kontribusi tumbuhan tingkat tinggi dan alga sebagai produk sekunder

This study brings a new perspective to a pivotal debate: the causes of the English Revolution. It pinpoints the economic motives behind the opposition to the crown, and shows their connection to the changing mind-set and political transitions of the time. Distinctively, it identifies the radicalism of the mercantile sphere, and the developing claim of 'freedom of trade,' the basis on which parliament challenged the king's fiscal prerogative. Freedom of trade was associated with rights of consent, which were asserted as a guarantee of economic interests, and as a political principle. This informed the constitutional changes pushed through by parliament early in 1641, establishing freedom of trade by parliamentary control of the customs, and giving the assembly an automatic place at the center of affairs, the first requirement of representative government. Crucially, it was not the crown but parliament that appropriated the state interest, through an independent definition of national priorities. As England coalesced into a political and commercial unit, the open and communal patterns of medieval times were overlaid. The land itself came to be perceived and used in a different way. Freedom of trade had an agrarian aspect. An extended class of gentry and yeomanry occupied consolidated farms, displacing the smallholders from the common lands. With intensified marketing, the old moral restraints on trade and property died away. A more exploitative ethic undermined the balance of relationship with the land. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia di Puskesmas Bambanglipuro. Desain cross sectional dan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner digunakan pada 180 orang responden yang dipilih secara multistage random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 73,3% responden memanfaatkan posyandu, dimana faktor jenis kelamin (p=0,004), pengetahuan (p=0,001), sikap (p=0,001), ketersediaan posyandu (p=0,001), jarak (p=0,012), dukungan keluarga (p= 0,001), peran petugas (p= 0,001), sikap petugas (p= 0,011), peran kader (p=0,001), sikap kader (p=0,010) dan kebutuhan (p=0,001) berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia, untuk itu perlu ditingkatkan sosialisasi, pembinaan, pengembangan dan penyediaan sarana posyandu, pelatihan dan reward kader, jadwal dan rutinitas kegiatan, kemitraan, dukungan dan penelitian lebih lanjut.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this study was to assess factors related to utilization of early integrated health service post/posyandu in the area of Puskesmas Bambanglipuro. Cross-sectional design and interview with questionnaires was used on 180 elderly that was selected by multistage random sampling. This study showed that 73,3% elderly people use the elderly posyandu. Sex (p=0.004), knowledge (p=0.001), attitude (p=0.001), availability of posyandu (p=0.001), distance (p=0.012), family support (p=0.001), the role of health worker (p=0.001), attitude of health worker (p=0,011), the role of cadre (p=0.001), attitude of cadre (p=0.010) and need (p=0.001) related to the usage of elderly posyandu. Based on the result above, socialization of posyandu lansia should be increased, beside to improve the capability of personel and facilities of elderly posyandu and give the reward to the cadre.

Based on the concept of corporate social responsibility, this book analyses modern approaches adopted by mining companies that could minimise negative impacts of mining and enhance positive benefits to corporate stakeholders. Using a case study of two mining sectors (gold and diamond mining) the book evaluates policies and practices of mining companies within four key areas of corporate social responsibility: environmental protection, health and safety, employee relations and community development. Also included is an assessment of three models for community development that are developed within the mining industries: company-led approach, establishment of corporate foundation and tri-sector partnership. The study analyses management of corporate social responsibility issues with specific reference to mining in the Russian Federation and provides a comparison with global mining companies
