Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses perkembangan entrepreneurial ecosystem sebuah wirausaha dari Stam dan Spigel (2016) dengan mendasarkan pada entrepreneurial human capital yang dijelaskan Skuras dkk. (2005). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menggali perkembangan entrepreneurial ecosystem yang digerakkan oleh entrepreneurial human capital yang dimiliki oleh seorang individu wirausaha perempuan, yaitu pemilik bisnis Martha Tilaar Group (MTG). Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan entrepreneurial ecosystem dari MTG dapat terjadi karena interaksi dari elemen-elemen yang ada dalam ekosistem. Interaksi antar elemen ini dapat terjadi karena peran sentral dari pemilik MTG ini. Pemilik MTG memiliki entrepreneurial human capital yang mendukungnya untuk bergerak membesarkan wirausahanya. Entrepreneurial ecosystem berkembang dari sederhana dengan keterbatasan ketersediaan elemen hingga menjadi kompleks sesuai dengan ukuran wirausaha yang terus berkembang. Inovasi hadir dalam setiap aspek di entrepreneurial ecosystem. Pemilik MTG berperan sebagai activators, browsers dan creators dalam entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The objective of this research is to analyze the development process of entrepreneurial ecosystem of an entrepreneurship which is based on the theory of entrepreneurial human capital. This research uses qualitative method to analyze the development of entrepreneurial ecosystem that is influenced by the entrepreneurial human capital owned by the owner of Martha Tilaar Group (MTG). This research reveals that the development of entrepreneurial ecosystem occurs because of the interaction among elements in the ecosystem. The interaction among elements is materialised as the result of the role of the entrepreneurial human capital owned by the owner of Martha Tilaar Group (MTG). The entrepreneurial ecosystem is developing from the simple one and is reaching its complex form as the elements in the ecosystem is also enlarged. Innovation exist in every aspect of entrepreneurial ecosystem. The owner of MTG has role as activators, browsers and creators in entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Ekosistem kewirausahaan dikenal sebagai suatu konsep yang dapat mempromosikan keunggulan daya saing karena disusun oleh sistem jaringan yang berguna untuk mendukung persaingan. Beberapa penelitian mengenai model ekosistem kewirausahaan telah dilakukan, namun belum ada model ekosistem kewirausahaan yang mampu menjelaskan bagaimana proses interaksi antar aktor dan faktor berlangsung di dalam ekosistem dalam rangka mencapai keunggulan daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model ekosistem kewirausahaan yang mampu menjelaskan hal tersebut, dengan menjadikan industri kreatif di wilayah Priangan Timur sebagai lokus penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma postpositivisme dengan metode mix methods. Informan dan responden terdiri dari aktor pelaku usaha, pemerintah, perbankan, profesional, pasar dan masyarakat sosial. Perspektif network theory digunakan sebagai pendekatan analitis untuk mengembangkan model ekosistem kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model konseptual yang menggambarkan mekanisme seperti transfer pengetahuan, kewirausahaan produktif, dan inovasi yang dapat mendorong keunggulan daya saing. Adapun masyarakat sekitar (Aktor masyarakat sosial) merupakan aktor yang paling berperan, sementara pola interaksi antar aktor dan faktor menunjukkan keterbatasan peran dan interaksi dari aktor pemerintah, perbankan dan profesional terhadap pelaku usaha dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan industri kreatif di wilayah Priangan Timur Meningkatkan keterlibatan pelaku usaha dan akademisi secara berkelanjutan dalam program pemerintah dan pembentukan komunitas industri menjadi beberapa saran praktis dari penelitian ini. Sementara untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengkaji mengenai kolaborasi, sinergi dan alignment pada proses interaksi antar aktor dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan karena dianggap penting bagi peningkatan performa ekosistem kewirausahaan dalam menghasilkan kewirausahaan produktif. An entrepreneurial ecosystem is believed to promote competitive advantage. Some experts have generated models of entrepreneurial ecosystems, but these exemplars do not describe the interaction and associations between the elements within the ecosystem in order to achieve competitive advantage. This study aims to create a conceptual model of how elements within the ecosystem may be linked to each other, by making the creative industries in the East Priangan region as research locus. This study uses the postpositivism paradigm with mix methods. Informants and respondents consisted of entrepreneur, government, banking, professionals, markets and social communities. The network theory perspective is employed as an analytical approach to develop an entrepreneurial ecosystem model. The entrepreneurial ecosystem model posited in this study describes that the entrepreneurial ecosystem will influence competitive advantage through mechanisms such as knowledge transfer, productive entrepreneurship, and innovation. The social community (society actor) has the most important role, while the pattern of interaction between actors and factors shows the limited role and interaction of government, banking and professional actors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem of creative industries in the East Priangan region. Increasing the involvement of entrepreneurs and academics sustainably in the government programs, and formulating an entrepreneurial community are some practical suggestions that can be given from the results of this study. While for further research can examine collaboration, synergy and alignment in the process of interaction between actors within entrepreneurial ecosystem, because these are considered important for improving the performance of entrepreneurial ecosystem in generating productive entrepreneurship. Abstrak :
Penelitian ini mengevaluasi gambaran umum untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengimplementasikan strategic alliances dalam membentuk entrepreneurial ecosystem untuk bank sampah di Bali untuk mencapai peningkatan nilai sampah plastik dengan memproduksi produk daur ulang. Analisis dilakukan pada kesembilan aspek yang ada di business model canvas untuk mendapatkan pandangan secara komprehensif mengenai business model canvas yang cocok untuk bank sampah di Bali untuk mulai memproduksi produk daur ulang. Dari sana, business model canvas yang baru akan muncul. Setelah itu, untuk mencapai keberlangsungan, implementasi dari strategic alliances untuk menciptakan entrepreneurial ecosystem akan direkomendasikan dalam bentuk rencana kerja. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga melakukan riset pasar untuk memahami harga-harga yang paling baik untuk setiap prototipe produk. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisa data kualitatif yang didapatkan melalui ­in-depth interview, observasi langsung, studi literatur, dan didukung oleh kuesioner yang bersifat konfirmatoris kepada calon pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berdampak positif terhadap pendapatan bank sampah di Bali dan untuk meningkatkan nilai sampah plastik sehingga jumlah sampah plastik dapat berkurang secara tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa business model canvas dapat menyajikan gambaran komprehensif dari suatu model bisnis. Sebagai tambahan, aka nada rencana kerja sebagai bentuk implementasi strategic alliances untuk membentuk entrepreneurial ecosystem bagi bank sampah di Bali dalam memproduksi produk plastik daur ulang. Setelah melakukan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa membentuk entrepreneurial ecosystem akan menjadi awal yang baik bagi bank sampah di Bali sebelum mulai memproduksi produk plastik daur ulang. ...... This article evaluated general overview to understand how to implement strategic alliances on forming entrepreneurial ecosystem for waste banks in Bali to achieve a value-increment of the plastic waste by producing plastic recycled products. To begin with, the analysis was conducted in all nine aspects given in the business model canvas to gain a comprehensive insight about which business model canvas describes best for waste banks in Bali to start producing plastic recycled. Therefrom, new business model canvas will be developed. Moreover, to achieve sustainability, implementation of strategic alliances for the forming of entrepreneurial ecosystem will be recommended in form of action plans. Furthermore, this research also conducted a market research to understand the best prices of each products prototype. This research has conducted by using qualitative data analysis gathered through in-depth interviews, direct observation, literature review, and supported by confirmatory questionnaire to potential customers. The result is expected to positively affect waste banks’ revenue in Bali and to enhance the value of plastic waste so that the amount of plastic waste will indirectly be reduced. The result shows that business model canvas can provide comprehensive picture of a business model. And as an addition, there will be action plans for implementation of strategic alliances to form an entrepreneurial ecosystem for waste banks in Bali to produce plastic recycled products. After conducting this research, it is to be concluded that forming an entrepreneurial ecosystem will be a good start for waste banks in Bali prior to start producing plastic recycled products.
