Konstruksi ramping atau lean construction adalah filosofi manajemen yang mulai populer dan efektif untuk menangani permasalahan dan meningkatkan performa proyek konstruksi. Dalam implementasinya, Last Planner System atau LPS menjadi alat implementasi komprehensif yang paling banyak diketahui dan diterapkan. Walaupun demikian, masih banyak hambatan bagi organisasi-organisasi lain untuk mengimplementasikan LPS pada proyek mereka. Masalah ini salah satunya berakar dari kurangnya pemahaman yang berar terhadap konsep LPS serta praktiknya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran aktif LPS menggunakan prinsip serious game simulasi digital. Penelitian ini akan mencakup proses identifikasi dan pengembangan permainan simulasi dengan keluaran berupa sebuah permainan simulasi digital LPS yang terverifikasi oleh pakar untuk dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman partisipan dalam pembelajaran Last Planner System sebagai pemenuhan tujuan dari pembelajaran aktif. ......Lean construction has been a popular management philosophy in undertaking issues and improving construction projects’ performance. In its implentation, Last Planner System or LPS becomes the most well-known and widely-used comprehensive tool. Despite that, many other organizations still refrained from implementing LPS in their projects. The underlying issue is argued to be the poor understanding of LPS concept and practices. Therefore, this research contributes to the development of an active learning tools of LPS using a digital simulation serious game. This research will cover the process of identification and development of the simulation game with the output of an expert-verified game that could help with the teaching of LPS as the main goal of the active learning method.

Keterampilan kerja tim didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan untuk melakukan kerja di dalam sebuah kelompok/tim. Pengembangan keterampilan kerja tim pada pendidikan tingkat tinggi merupakan sebuah keharusan oleh banyak perusahaan dan dianggap sebagai kompetensi yang paling dituntut dari seorang lulusan pendidikan tingkat tinggi. Namun, ada kesenjangan dalam bagaimana keterampilan kerja tim diajarkan pada bidang tertentu dalam disiplin ilmu teknik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor dan masalah yang berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan keterampilan kerja tim dalam disiplin ilmu teknik kimia khususnya dalam mata kuliah desain proyek. Studi dilakukan dengan melakukan scoping jenis tinjauan pustaka. Penilaian awal dari tinjauan pustaka pada lingkup tertentu sangat diperlukan karena topik yang dibahas dalam tulisan belum ditinjau secara komprehensif. Beberapa kajian pustaka yang berhasil ditelaah oleh penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Teamwork Experience, Course Progression, Interactive Dynamics, dan Sistem Kurikulum Pendidikan Teknik adalah komponen utama untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kerja tim dalam bidang pendidikan teknik. Di sisi lain, tantangan yang menghambat keterampilan kerja sama tim adalah Perilaku Sosial-Kognitif Rendah, Kemalasan Sosial, Kurangnya Pengetahuan Kerja Tim, Motivasi Rendah, Frustrasi dan Pengabaian. Faktor-faktor yang ditemukan mempunyai pengaruh besar dalam pengembangan keterampilan kerja tim dalam proyek-proyek teknik antara lain Teknologi, Pelatihan, dan Intervensi, Intervensi Membangun Tim, Profesionalisme Pendidik, Diagnosis Kekuatan dan Kelemahan, dan Desain Program Pelatihan Kerja Tim. Kesimpulannya, temuan ini menyoroti bagaimana keterampilan kerja tim dikembangkan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh siswa dalam pendidikan teknik. Atribut yang diperoleh dari tinjauan pustaka ini dapat memberikan pedoman instruktur dan pendidik mengenai hal apa yang diperlukan untuk merancang kerangka kerja untuk mengajar dan mengembangkan keterampilan kerja tim pada lulusan sarjana teknik kimia. ......Teamwork skills are defined as the ability to perform teamwork. The development of teamwork skills in higher education is emphasized by employers and regarded as the most demanded competency by graduates. However, there are gaps in how teamwork skills are being taught within the chemical engineering education domain especially on the project design unit. Therefore, this study investigates the contributing factors and problems of developing teamwork skills in the engineering discipline. Studies are conducted by doing a scoping type of literature review. A preliminary assessment of a scoping review is required due to the broadly defined topic that has not been comprehensively reviewed. The review has concluded that Teamwork Experience, Course Progression, Interactive Dynamics, and Engineering Education Curriculum System are components to improve chemical engineering education teamwork skills. On the other hand, challenges that hinder teamwork skills are Low Socio-Cognitive Behavior, Social Loafing, Lack of Teamwork Knowledge, Low Motivation, and Frustration and Neglect. Finally, the factors initiating teamwork skills development in engineering projects are Technology, Training, And Intervention, Team Building Interventions, Educator Professionalism, Strength and Weakness Diagnosis, and Teamwork Training Program Design. In conclusion, these findings highlight how teamwork skills are developed and the challenges faced by students in chemical engineering education. The attributes acquired from this scoping review can provide instructors and educators the necessary guidelines to design a framework for teaching and developing teamwork skills in chemical engineering graduates.

This book presents the state of the art of learning factories. It outlines the motivations, historic background, and the didactic foundations of learning factories. Definitions of the term learning factory and a corresponding morphological model are provided as well as a detailed overview of existing learning factory approaches in industry and academia, showing the broad range of different applications and varying contents. Learning factory best-practice examples are presented in detailed and structured manner. The state of the art of learning factories curricula design and their use to enhance learning and research as well as potentials and limitations are presented. Further research priorities and innovative learning factory concepts to overcome current barriers are offered. While today numerous learning factories have been built in industry (big automotive companies, pharma companies, etc.) and academia in the last decades, a comprehensive handbook for the scientific community and practitioners alike is still missing. Pada laporan Praktik Keinsinyuran ini disampaikan beberapa rekayasa sistem akademik selama periode 2018 – 2022 serta analisisnya di tinjau dari beberapa aspek seperti Profesionalisme, Kode Etik Insinyur (KEI) dan Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lindungan Lingkungan (K3LL). In this Engineering Practice Report, several academic system engineering for the 2018-2022 period are presented and reviewed from several points of view, such as Professionalism, Engineer Code of Ethics (KEI), and Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Protection (K3LL). Some of the academic system engineering discussed in this report are the development of information technology-based academic services, the development of presentronic automatic attendance systems, the development of smart classrooms and e-learning facilities, and the handling of lectures during the covid 19 pandemic and post-pandemic period.
