"PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia adalah perusahaan Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang Maintenance Repair Overhaul. PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia memiliki visi yang ingin dicapai oleh perusahaan yang diterjemahkan ke berbagai strategi. Strategi tersebut dirumuskan ke dalam Balanced Scorecard dan dianalisa pencapaiannya dengan menggunakan Key Performance Indicator. Sayangnya, kerap ditemukan berbagai risiko yang harus dihadapi dalam aktivitasnya. Risiko yang tidak dapat dikelola dengan baik dapat mengancam pencapaian perusahaan. Proses manajemen risiko tingkat korporat pada PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia pada penelitian ini secara garis besar mengacu pada framework COSO. Dengan melewati beberapa penyesuaian, proses perancangan manajemen risiko melewati tahapan identifikasi risiko, penyusunan profil risiko, analisis risiko dan evaluasi risiko. Identifikasi risiko dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan yaitu Top Down berdasarkan KPI perusahaan dan Bottom Up berdasarkan proses bisnisnya. Analisis risiko dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan memperhitungkan dampak dan probabilitas risiko. Penentuan prioritas risiko disusun dengan mempertimbangkan perkalian dampak dan probabilitas risiko tersebut edngan bobot KPI-nya. Bobot KPI ini ditentukan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process. Berdasarkan hasil peneilitan, didapatkan 3 kelas risiko, yaitu kelas risiko tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Untuk kelas risiko tinggi didapatkan 11 risiko yang menjadi prioritas pengelolaan risiko. Usulan terhadap pengelolaan risiko juga disertakan dalam penelitian ini.

PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia is the biggest Maintenance Repair Overhoul company ini Indonesia. PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia has its own vision and mission that the company wants to achieve. Moreover, company’s vision is translated to strategic objectives. Those strategies are formulated with the approach of Balanced Scorecard and uses KPI to analyze the achievements. Obstacles often found several times and these obstacles could hamper the achievments of company’s strategies. Risks that are not taken care of could threaten the company’s objectives. The corporate risk management in PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia which conducted in this research mainly refers to COSO framework generally. With several adaptions, the risk management processes overstep the risk identification, forming of risk profile, risk analysis and risk evaluation. Risk identification was conducted through two approaches, the top-down (based on corporate KPIs) and the bottom-up (based on the business processes of organizational activities). Risk analysis was conducted qualitatively by calculating the consequences and probabilities of risk. The determination of risk priority is arranged by considering the calculation of the consequences and probabilities of risk with KPI-weights. These KPI-weights were determined by Analytical Hierarchy Process method. It is found that are three priority levels of risk management which are, high level risk, medium level risk and low level risk. For high level risk, it was identified that there are 11 risk that will be priority. The recommendation of risk management and mitigation were made for this level of risk."

"ABSTRACT
PT Kereta Api Indonesia meupakan salah satu penyedia jasa transportasi darat yang dibutuhkan di Indonesia terutama di Pulau Jawa. Masinis sebagai karyawan yang bertugas untuk membawa setiap kereta mengalami tekanan baik dari dalam maupun luar pekerjaan sehingga mengakibatkan stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran stres kerja pada masinis PT Kereta Api Indonesia di Stasiun Jatinegara tahun 2014. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode cross sectional dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masinis jurusan luar kota di Stasiun Jatinegara dikategorikan tidak stres. Semua variabel faktor internal pekerjaan dikategorikan buruk anak tetapi semua variabel faktor eksternal pekerjaan dikatergorikan baik.

ABSTRACT
PT Kereta Api Indonesia is a provider of ground transportation services are needed in Indonesia, particularly in Java. The engineer as an employee whose job is to bring every train was under pressure from both inside and outside of work that lead to stress. The purpose of this research is to describe the work stress on long range locomotive engineer PT Kereta Api Indonesia at Jatinegara Station in 2014. Research was conducted by cross sectional method by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that out of town engineer majors at Station Jatinegara categorized no stress. All variables of internal job factors categoried as bad but all variables of external job factors catergories as good."

Engineer). Oleh karena itu risiko Building Construction Engineer dalam melaksanakan tugasnya perlu diperhitungkan. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian berbasis risiko yang dapat menggambarkan kuantifikasi efek potensial dan hubungan sebab akibat dari faktor risiko dominan yang ada secara tepat dan akurat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, kuisioner dan studi literatur. Analisa risiko yang digunakan adalah Analyctic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan standar Risk Management Guidelines untuk menentukan tingkat level risiko. Output dari penelitian ini didapatkan kompetensi berupa elemen kompetensi dan kriteria unjuk kerja Building Construction Engineer berbasis risiko;One skilled labor in construction services which has a significant role for the success of a project is the executor of building engineer (building construction engineer). "ABSTRAK
Sejak pandemi Covid 19 mengancam dunia termasuk Indonesia, maka tindakan preventif dan antisipasi dilakukan oleh beberapa dunia industri.  Baik dalam pengeloaan Sumber Daya Manusia maupun proses produksi usahanya agar tidak terganggu. Tidak terkecuali Industri media televisi. Indosiar dan Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV) adalah dua Stasiun Televisi Swasta Nasional yang sudah melakukan langkah-langkah mitigasi teknis operasional penyiarannya. Dimana jika terjadi sesuatu yang tidak diinginkan dan menyebabkan Sumber Daya Manusianya harus dikarantina, pada salah satu Stasiun TV tersebut, maka proses penyiaran tidak boleh terhenti dan salah satu harus mampu stasiun televisi yang lain. Migitasi meliputi banyak hal teknis seperti Sinkronisasi Data Server, Jaringan internet, Jaringan Sistem Penyiaran, Sistem Grafis, Sistem Komunikasi serta Sistem Pengiriman sinyal ke Transmisi. Akan tetapi mitigasi terkendala oleh lokasi Control Room Siaran dari dua stasiun televisi tersebut, dimana SCTV berada di Senayan City Jalan Asia Afrika Jakarta Pusat sedangkan Indosiar berada di Jalan Damai, Daan Mogot Jakarta Barat. Maka dalam Praktik keinsinyuran diharapkan mampu menjawab tantangan untuk menjaga eksistensi kedua Stasiun Televisi serta kepuasan para pemangku kepentingan.

ABSTRACT
Since the Covid 19 pandemic threatened the world, including Indonesia, preventive and anticipatory actions were taken by several industries. Both in the management of Human Resources and the production process so that the business is not disrupted. The television media industry is no exception. Indosiar and Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV) are two National Private Television Stations that have taken technical operational mitigation measures. Where if something unexpected happens and causes its Human Resources to be quarantined, at one of the TV Stations, the broadcasting process must not be stopped and one must be able to backup the other television stations. Migration covers many technical matters such as Server Data Synchronization, Internet Network, Broadcasting System Network, Graphic System, Communication System and Signal to Transmission System. However, mitigation is constrained by the location of the Broadcast Control Room of the two television stations, where SCTV is in Senayan City, Jalan Asia Afrika Central Jakarta while Indosiar is on Jalan Damai, Daan Mogot, West Jakarta. So the engineering practice is expected to be able to answer the challenges to maintain the existence of both Television Stations and the satisfaction of stakeholders (stakeholders)"
