Abstrak :
Penelitian ini mengkaji aspek ketubuhan dalam proses menjadi perempuan dalam tiga cerpen dari kumpulan cerpen Manifesto Flora karya Cyntha Hariadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan gambaran perempuan yang mengalami represi dalam mengekspresikan tubuhnya di masyarakat secara mandiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kritik sastra feminis. Pendekatan tersebut digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan cara kerja patriarki sebagai alat yang mendikte baik buruknya perempuan atas tubuhnya pada tokoh perempuan dalam ketiga cerpen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bentuk-bentuk ketubuhan patriarkis yang berkaitan dengan mitos kecantikan, objektifikasi tubuh perempuan, dan fungsi reproduksi yang terdapat dalam kehidupan perempuan. Selain itu, ditunjukkan adanya dominasi patriarki dalam proses menjadi perempuan yang dialami oleh ketiga tokoh dalam cerpen serta perlu adanya rekonstruksi terhadap aspek ketubuhan perempuan yang feminis agar dapat mendukung proses menjadi perempuan tanpa dominasi maupun represi dari masyarakat patriarki. ......This research examines the embodiment aspects in the process of becoming a woman in three short stories from Manifesto Flora by Cyntha Hariadi. This research aims to explain the description of woman who experience repression in expressing their bodies in society independently. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a feminist literary criticism approach. The approach is used to describe how patriarchy works as a tool that dictates the good and bad of women over their bodies in the female characters in the three short stories. The results of this study show the forms of patriarchal bodies related to beauty myths, objectification of women's bodies, and reproductive functions found in women's lives. In addition, it shows the patriarchal domination in the process of becoming women experienced by the three characters in the short stories and the need for reconstruction of feminist aspects of women's bodies in order to support the process of becoming women without domination or repression from patriarchal society.
