"This study seeks to analyze the implementation of EU external policies through the effective multilateralism approach. In this regard, the election of president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was a turning point in the increasingly modern development of nuclear Iran. The increasing ability of Iran's nuclear technology has significantly raised international accusations about Iran's intention to process weapons of mass destruction. This nuclear development is considered as an international and regional analysis, thus encouraging the EU's commitment to be directly involved in the steam of Iran's non-proliferation of nuclear weapons. Referring to EES 2003 document and EU strategy against WMD 2003 documents that underline the use of effective multilateralism approach strategies that prioritize the use of negotiations followed by coercive diplomacy in the form of sanctions.
