Abstrak :
Penyakit TB hingga saat ini adalah salah satu masalah kesehatan dunia. Kasus loss-sight dan tak terdeteksi berkontribusi pada tingginya penyebaran penyakit TB. Model deterministik kasus loss-sight dan tak terdeteksi dengan intervensi karantina disajikan dalam tesis ini. Dilakukan analisis sensitivitas R0 dan mengidentifikasi parameter ditargetkan oleh strategi pengobatan dengan intervensi karantina. Simulasi numerik dilakukan dengan berbagai skenario berdasarkan analisis sensitivitas R0 sehingga akan menunjukkan seberapa signifikan peran pengobatan dengan karantina untuk mengatasi penyebaran TB. Semakin banyak orang yang terinfeksi penyakit TB dengan kasus loss-sight dan tak terdeteksi, maka akan lebih cepat juga proses penyebaran penyakit TB yang terjadi. Jika kondisi ini berlanjut, maka upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk mengatasi penyebaran penyakit akan memakan waktu lama, serta biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk pengobatan penyakit TB akan lebih besar.

TB disease until now is one of the world 39 s health problems. Loss sight and undetected cases contribute to the high case in the spread of the TB. A deterministic model of TB including loss sight and undetected cases with quarantine intervention is presented and in this talk. We employed a sensitivity analysis of R0 and identified the parameters that should be targeted by treatment strategies with quarantine intervention. Numerical simulations performed under various scenarios based on sensitivity analysis of R0 , than it will show how significant the role of treatment with quarantine to overcome the spread of TB. The more people infected with TB disease with loss sight and undetected cases will be faster also the process of dissemination of TB disease that occurs. If this condition persists, then the effort to be done to overcome the spread of disease will take a long time, and the cost to be spent for the treatment of TB disease will be greater.
