"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai proses transfer arsip dinamis inaktif yang dilaksanakan di Pusat Perpustakaan dan Penyebaran Teknologi Pertanian Bogor. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus.Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa Pusat Perpustakaan dan Penyebaran Teknologi Pertanian perlu memperbaharui Jadwal Retensi Arsip yang digunakan, karena Jadwal Retensi Arsip yang ada hanya mewakili arsip dinamis yang sifatnya fasilitatif. Pada hasil penelitian pun dibuat analisa fungsi bisnis yang diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pembaharuan Jadwal Retensi Arsip yang ada.

The Focus of this study is transfer of inactive dynamic archive from unit to archive centre PUSTAKA Bogor. The purpose of this study is to understand how inactive dynamic archive transferred to archive centre. This research is qualitative and case study method. The data were collected by observation and deep interview.The researcher suggest that PUSTAKA must renewed schedule of archive retention that they have because the existed schedule now only representing the facilitative archive."

"Arsip dinamis inaktif merupakan pusat ingatan dari perusahaan yang berperan penting terhadap proses kegiatan transaksi perusahaan. Arsip dinamis inaktif merupakan arsip yang nilai gunanya masih dipertahankan dengan mengandalkan penyimpanan arsip. Sistem Penyimpanan Arsip dinamis inaktif di Record Center mengacu pada kebijakan yang dibuat oleh Divisi Y PT. Bank ABC, sistem penyimpanan arsip dikelola oleh petugas arsip yang sudah diberikan pelatihan mengenai kearsipan. Agar mempermudah temu kembali arsip dan bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penyimpanan arsip inaktif perusahaaan sesuai dengan kebijakan yang dibuat oleh divisi Y agar arsip dapat ditemukan kembali dengan mudah, cepat dan tepat. Metode wawancara dan observasi terhadap enam orang informan pegawai divisi Y PT. Bank ABC dilakukan untuk pengumpulan data dengan studi kasus sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan proses penyimpanan arsip dinamis inaktif di Record Center berdasarkan kebijakan guna menghindari dampak yangmerugikan organisasi. Penyimpanan arsip dilakukan secara benar dengan pandangan arsiparis dan petugas arsip mengenai pentingnya penyimpanan arsip sebagai hasil dari pelatihan arsip.

Archive is the memory center of the company which plays an important role in the process of company transaction activities. Therefore archives mostly rely on is archive storage. Inactive Dynamic Archive Storage System in the Record Center refers to the policy made by organization. The archive storage system is managed by archive officers who have been trained on archives. In order to facilitate archive retrieval and to describe the storage of company inactive archives in accordance with the policies made by the Y division so that archives can be found easily, quickly and precisely. Interviews and observations of six employee informants division Y PT. ABC Bank were conducted as the methods for data collection with case studies as a data analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the inactive dynamic archive storage process in the Record Center is based on policies to avoid adverse impacts on the organization. Archival storage is carried out properly with the views of archivists and archive officers regarding the importance of archival storage as a result of archive training."
