Abstrak :
Dengan adanya konsep pharmaceutical care, pelayanan kefarmasian sudah bergeser orientasinya dari komoditi ke pelayanan yang komprehensif, dengan tujuan peningkatan kualitas hidup dari pasien. Dari basil uji coba pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kefarmasian khususnya dalam pelayanan resep pads 45 apotek di Jawa Barat, diketahui bahwa proporsi apoteker yang memberikan informasi obat dalam rangka pelayanan resep yaitu sebesar 38%. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja apoteker dalam pelayanan resep di apotek Propinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Tahun 2003 dan faktor determinannya. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah potong lintang dengan sampel total populasi sebanyak 72 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner dan menggunakan Iembaran checklist. Untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel dependen dan independen digunakan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji statistik chi-square, dan untuk menentukan faktor paling dominan berhubungan dengan kinerja dilakukan analisis multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai median kinetja apoteker dalam pelayanan resep di apotek Propinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam adalah sebesar 18,6%. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bennakna antara pengalaman kerja, imbalan dan status kepemilikan sarana/prasarana dengan kinerja apoteker. Dari analisis multivariat hanya dua variabel yang berpotensi sebagai determinan yaitu imbalan dan status kepemilikan saranalprasarana Variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kinerja adalah status kepemilikan sarana/prasarana. Disarankan pada Departemen Kesehatan RI untuk mengembangkan suatu standarisasi dalam program monitoring, evaluasi dan supervisi terhadap aktifitas apoteker di apotek dan dalam pelaksanaannya perlu adanya koordinasi antara dinas kesehatan dan organisasi profesi. Selanjutnya untuk pemberian izin apotek, hanya diberikan kepada apoteker dan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Izin apotek dapat diperpanjang dengan suatu kiteria dan persyaratan tertentu. Dinas Kesehatan bersama organisasi profesi untuk mengembangkan suatu standarisasi bagi aktifitas apoteker di apotek dalam rangka pelayanan kefarmasian dan selanj utnya melaksanakan pendidikan berkeianjutan serta pelatihan yang tents menerus bagi apoteker. Kepada apoteker yang mempunyai dukungan finansil dalam pengembangan profesi untuk dapat membuka sendiri praktek profesi di apotek tapi apabila bekerjasama dengan orang lain, sebaiknya dikembangkan suatu sistem yang dapat membuka peluang untuk menanamkan modal. Selanjutnya bagi penelitian lanjutan, untuk mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai hubungan antara status kepemilikan apotek dengan profesionalitas apoteker dan juga perlu dikembangkan suatu penelitian yang mengarah kepada mutu dari aktifitas apoteker dalam penyelenggaraan resep khususnya dalam layanan informasi obat.
With the concept of pharmaceutical care, the pharmacy service has shifted its orientation from commodity to comprehensive services, with the objective of life quality enhancement for the patients. From the test result of the pharmaceutical service performance standards especially in the prescription service of 45 pharmacies in West lava, it has been proven that the highest pharmacists' proportion who gives drug information in the prescription service is 38%. This study is carried out to find out the factors which are related to the pharmacists' performance regarding prescription service of pharmacies in Nanggroe Aceh Darusslam Province in 2003 and the determinant factors. The research plan used is cross sectional with the total population sample of 72 people. Data collection is undertaken through questionnaire enquires and checklist sheets. To distinguish the relationship the between dependent and independent variable, analysis bivariat is used through chi square statistical test; and to determine the most dominant factor which relates to the performance, analysis multivariate is used through double logistic regression test. The result of this study shows that the pharmacists performance median value in the prescription service of pharmacies in Aceh Nanggroe Darussalam Province is 18,6%. The bivariat test result shows that there is a significant relationship between job experiences, rewards and facilities/infrastructures ownership status with the pharmacists' performance. From the multivariate analysis, there are only two variables which have the potential as determinants, which are rewards and facilities/infrastructures ownership status. The most dominant variable related to performance is the facilities/infrastructures ownership status. It is advised to the Health Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia to develop standardization in the monitoring, evaluation and, supervision programs towards the activities of pharmacists in the pharmacy; and there is a need for coordination between the health board and professional organizations. Next, providing pharmacies license should only be given to pharmacists and in certain period. The license could be extended through certain criteria and requirements. The health board together with the professional organizations should develop standardizations for the pharmacists activities in the pharmaceutical services, and then to undertake continuous education and training for the pharmacists. As for the pharmacists who have financial supports in profession development to embark their own profession practice; but if they work together with others, it is better to develop a system which could give opportunities for investments. Subsequently, for further study to examine closely the relationship between pharmacies ownership status with the pharmacists professionalism, and also to develop a study that could lead to the quality of pharmacists activities in the prescription process, especially in the medication information service.

The pharmaceutical services at a dispensary are prescription dispensing , self medication and drug information. Patient's satisfaction is an essential factor in improving medicines sale at dispensary.The objective of survecy is to know the patient's satisfaction who get the prescription service at Kopkar dispensary. Cross sectional study is conducted by collecting data from 100 adult patients who get the prescription service at kopkar dispensary on november2003 by questioner.Respondent are selected bu the systematic random sampling.Data were analyzed by comparing between the perception of reality service and the perception of need service using corelation index.The result of this study are:(1)_ the patients have high satisfaction to the empathy and the cleaning writing room, (2) The patients have moderate satisfaction to the drug service,the cashier service,the drug information,the drug completed, the drug price, the desk in writing room,the fan and air conditioning service and (3) the patients have low satisfaction to the television service.

Profesi apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam bidang industri farmasi, rumah sakit, pelayanan, dan pemerintahan. Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan agar dapat menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Untuk menjadi apoteker yang profesional, seorang calon apoteker harus melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker agar mendapatkan bekal untuk memahami peran apoteker dan mendapatkan pengalaman yang diperlukan untuk memasuki dunia pekerjaan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker kali ini dilaksanakan di Apotek Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro periode Februari 2022 dan PT. Mahakam Beta Farma periode Maret – April 2022. Dengan dilaksanakannya Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapakan untuk bisa menambah pengalaman, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan gambaran mengenai pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan oleh seorang apoteker sehingga dapat menunjang untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian nantinya. ......The pharmacist profession has an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, hospitals, services, and government. One of the important things that must be done in order to become a professional pharmacist is to participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. To become a professional pharmacist, a prospective pharmacist must carry out the Pharmacist Professional Practice in order to gain the provision to understand the role of pharmacists and gain the necessary experience to enter the world of work. This time the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was held at Kimia Farma Pharmacy 267 Bintaro for the period of February 2022 and PT. Mahakam Beta Farma for the period March – April 2022.
