"Industri farmasi memerlukan izin dari Kementerian Kesehatan untuk memproduksi obat dan mendapatkan Nomor Izin Edar untuk menjual produknya di pasar lokal atau internasional. Proses registrasi produk melibatkan pengajuan dossier, seperti Common Technical Document (CTD), yang berisi data administratif, ringkasan umum, klinis dan non-klinis, serta mutu obat. Dossier ini disesuaikan dengan persyaratan negara yang berbeda dan menggunakan format CTD yang diakui secara internasional. Untuk modul mutu, dokumen Risk Assessment Elemental Impurities diperlukan untuk mengendalikan kontaminan logam dalam produk jadi. Proses Risk Assessment ini penting untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengurangi risiko dari Elemental Impurities. Apoteker memainkan peran kunci dalam menyusun dokumen ini untuk memastikan keamanan produk farmasi. Usulan prosedur pembuatan Risk Assessment Elemental Impurities dalam Industri Farmasi disusun berdasarkan penelusuran literatur tatalaksana internasional yang berlaku. Proses pembuatan Risk Assessment dilakukan dengan tahapan: identifikasi Elemental Impurities, evaluasi tingkat Elemental Impurities dan membuat kesimpulan penilaian keamanan Elemental Impurities tersebut.......The pharmaceutical industry requires permission from the Ministry of Health to produce medicines and obtain a Marketing Permit Number to sell its products on local or international markets. The product registration process involves submitting documents, such as the Common Technical Document (CTD), which contains administrative data, general, clinical and non-clinical summaries, and drug quality. This dossier is adapted to the requirements of different countries and uses the internationally recognized CTD format. For the quality module, a Risk Assessment Elemental Impurities document is required to control metal contaminants in finished products. This Risk Assessment process is important to identify and reduce the risk of Elemental Impurities. Pharmacists play a key role in preparing these documents to ensure the safety of pharmaceutical products. The proposed procedure for creating a Risk Assessment for Elemental Impurities in the Pharmaceutical Industry was prepared based on a search of applicable international management literature. The process of making a Risk Assessment is carried out in stages: identifying Elemental Impurities, evaluating the level of Elemental Impurities and making conclusions regarding the security assessment of the Elemental Impurities."

"ABSTRAKPraktik kerja profesi di PT Ethica Industri Farmasi Joint Venture with Fresenius Kabi Plant Jababeka Periode Bulan Juli Agustus Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul Pembuatan ACTD Dossier Phenytoin Sodium Injection. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Ethica Industri Farmasi Joint Venture with Fresenius Kabi Plant Jababeka adalah agar calon apoteker memahami pengkajian mutu dan penilaian produk di industri farmasi, khususnya di PT Ethica Industri Farmasi Joint Venture with Fresenius Kabi Plant Jababeka dan mengetahui mutu suatu produk pada tahun tersebut dan kesesuaianya dengan CPOB

ABSTRACTInternship at PT Ethica Industri Farmasi Joint Venture with Fresenius Kabi Plant Jababeka Period July August 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the prospective pharmacist can also have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is Product Quality Review ACTD Dossier of Phenytoin Sodium Injection. The objective of this special assignment is so that prospective pharmacist is able to understand the quality of product on that year and its suitability with GMP."

"ABSTRAKIndustri farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Industri farmasi wajib memenuhi persyaratan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB . Praktek Kerja Profesi PKP di PT. Medifarma Laboratories dilakukan pada tanggal 1 Februari ndash; 31 Maret 2017. Tujuan pelaksanaan PKP untuk memperoleh gambaran dan pengalaman mengenai peran profesi apoteker di industri farmasi, khususnya dalam bidang pemastian mutu. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama PKP antara lain pengenalan secara umum mengenai PT. Medifarma Laboratories; induksi ke departemen yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan kefarmasian yaitu Quality Assurance QA , Quality Control QC , Engineering, Production, Health Safety Environment HSE , Manufacturing Technology Unit MTU , logistic, dan membantu pekerjaan di Departemen QA seperti memeriksa dokumen untuk pelolosan produk jadi, dan membuat dokumen registrasi salah satu produk Medifarma. Medifarma Laboratories merupakan salah satu industri farmasi yang telah menerapkan pedoman CPOB dalam setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan, baik dalam proses produksi, pengawasan dan pemastian mutu, serta kegiatan lain yang terkait.

Peta seperti ini terletak di dalam kontinuum Peta Propaganda hingga Peta Sempurna dan lebih mendekati ujung Peta Sempurna. Menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutik Pickles, skripsi ini memahami Peta Sub-Area B Kraton dari dossier Hisotrical Landmarks Along the Cosmological Axis of the Yogyakarta City. Kartografi yang dihasilkan menunjukkan peta tersebut terletak lebih dekat ke ujung Peta Propaganda daripada ujung Peta Sempurna, dan elaborasi kartografi dengan mengubah kode peta dapat menggeser posisi peta ini mendekat ke ujung Peta Sempurna.......A nomination of UNESCO World Heritage is conducted by a State-party through the submission of a dossier that includes map(s) of the nominated property. Using Pickles’ hermeneutics approach, this undergraduate thesis reads the Sub-Area B Kraton map of the Historical Landmark Along the Cosmological Axis of the Yogyakarta City dossier. The resulting cartography revealed that the map’s position is closer to the Propaganda extreme than to the Perfect extreme on the continuum, and an elaboration of the cartography by changing the map’s code can move this position of the map closer to the Perfect Map extreme"
