Abstrak :
Skripsi ini mengkaji tentang variasi dan dinamika analogi pada petani mengukur curah hujan di Sumedang dalam memahami konsekuensi perubahan iklim. Menariknya, analogi dalam tesis ini tidak hanya berguna sebagai wahana untuk memudahkan interpretasi elemen pengetahuan baru dalam proses pengayaan skema agrometeorologi, tetapi juga bermanfaat dalam membantu petani dalam pengambilan keputusan. Variasi dalam tesis ini berfokus pada mekanisme pembentukan analogi verbal dan analogi visual yang berbeda. Sedangkan dinamika dilihat dengan memperhatikan masukan-masukan baru dari kegiatan ekstrapersonal seperti keanekaragaman ekosistem, dan praktik mengukur curah hujan dan pengamatan agroekosistem dalam mengikuti pelajaran agrometeorologi. Tesis ini menggunakan pendekatan koneksionisme dengan pemrosesan terdistribusi paralel yang memungkinkan untuk melihat berbagai asupan yang diproses dan digabungkan secara bersamaan bersama.
This thesis examines the variation and dynamics of the analogy of farmers measuring rainfall in Sumedang in understanding the consequences of climate change. Interestingly, the analogy in this thesis is not only useful as a vehicle to facilitate the interpretation of new knowledge elements in the process of enrichment of agrometeorological schemes, but also useful in helping farmers in making decisions. The variations in this thesis focus on the different mechanisms of forming verbal analogies and visual analogies. Meanwhile, dynamics is seen by taking into account new inputs from extrapersonal activities such as ecosystem diversity, and the practice of measuring rainfall and rainfall agroecosystem observations in following agrometeorology lessons. This thesis uses a connectionism approach with parallel distributed processing which makes it possible to look at various intakes that are simultaneously processed and combined together.

Abstrak :
This volume presents the locality-sensitive approach to distributed network algorithms-the utilization of locality to simplify control structures and algorithms and reduce their costs. The author begins with an introductory exposition of distributed network algorithms focusing on topics that illustrate the role of locality in distributed algorithmic techniques. He then introduces locality-preserving network representations and describes sequential and distributed techniques for their construction. Finally, the applicability of the locality-sensitive approach is demonstrated through several applications. Distributed Computing: A Locality-Sensitive Approach is the only book that gives a thorough exposition of network spanners and other locality-preserving network representations such as sparse covers and partitions. The book is useful for computer scientists interested in distributed computing, electrical engineers interested in network architectures and protocols, and for discrete mathematicians and graph theorists.

Sebagai sebuah jenis sepatu, sneakers tidak hanya menonjolkan aspek fungsional, sneakers memiliki penjelasan kultural tentang hubungan antar pengguna dan sepatu itu sendiri. Tulisan ini fokus pada proses anggota Indo Sneaker Team memperoleh pengetahuan tentang keaslian sneakers. Pada kerangka situated learning dijelaskan bahwa anggota melakukan tatap muka langsung dengan community of practice untuk melakukan pembelajaran dalam konteks yang sesuai. Legitimate Peripheral Participation dalam komunitas tersebut sangat menentukan pengetahuan yang dimiliki anggota kelompok tentang asli atau tidaknya sebuah sneakers. Latar belakang budaya individu membentuk skema-skema pengetahuan yang kemudian menjadi daya motivasi belajar mengidentifikasi keaslian sepatu sneakers, di dalamnya terdapat proses trial and error dan Parallel Distributed Processing. Pendekatan connectionism dimanfaatkan untuk melengkapi pendekatan kognitif melebihi dari deskripsi mengenai apa yang diketahui sekelompok orang, tetapi juga menambahkan proses pembentukan pengetahuan dengan bagaimana keinginan tersebut terbentuk. Etnografi membantu saya dalam mendapatkan data pengetahuan tentang keaslian sneakers dan motivasi belajar mengidentifikasikan sneakers asli.

As a type of shoes, sneakers not only emphasize the functional aspects, sneakers have a cultural explanation of the relationship between the user and the shoes itself. This paper focuses on the process of how the Indo Sneaker Team members gaining knowledge about the authenticity of sneakers. In situated learning frame, it is explained that members engage in face to face contact within the community of practice to do learning in a suitable context. Legitimate Peripheral Participation in the community will determine the group members' knowledge about whether or not a pair of sneakers is genuine. The Individuals cultural background shape the knowledge schemes which later become the motivating power of learning to identify the authenticity of sneakers, in which there is a trial and error process and Parallel Distributed Processing. The connectionism approach, used to complement the cognitive approach, exceeds the description of what a group of people knows, but also adds to the process of forming knowledge with how the desire is formed. Ethnography assisted me in obtaining knowledge data about the authenticity of sneakers and the motivation to learn to identify authentic sneakers.
