"Apoteker memiliki peranan penting dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Berpartisipasi langsung dalam praktik kerja kefarmasian merupakan salah satu hal penting yang dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional. Oleh karena itu, sebagai bekal dan pengalaman dalam memahami peran apoteker dalam dunia kerja, para calon apoteker diwajibkan untuk menjalani praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT. MJG periode September 2022. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PBF PT. MJG bertujuan untuk mengamati kegiatan yang dilakukan di PBF PT. MJG dalam rangka meningkatkan pemahaman calon apoteker tentang peran dan fungsi PBF sebagai distributor obat dan alat kesehatan. Selain itu, tujuan lainnya untuk memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di PBF. Tugas khusus yang diberikan bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian terhadap kajian pengelolaan distribusi alat kesehatan di PBF PT. MJG berdasarkan CDOB dan CDAKB.

Pharmacists have an important role in doing pharmaceutical practice. Participating directly in the practice of pharmacy work is one of the important things to do to become a professional pharmacist. Therefore, as a provision and experience in understanding the role of pharmacists in the world of work, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional work practices. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at Pharmaceutical Distributor PT. MJG periode September 2022. By doing this work practice, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can gain insight, knowledge, skills, and experience that are suitable to perform pharmaceutical practice. Pharmacist internship program at Pharmaceutical Distributor PT. MJG intent on observing those activities they do. It has a purpose to give understanding internship program students about roles and functions of pharmaceutical distributor. The other purpose is getting knowledge and understanding the responsibilities of pharmacist at pharmaceutical distributor. Special tasks are given to analyze handling of distribution medical device at Pharmaceutical Distributor PT. MJG based on CDOB and CDAKB."

"Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) bertugas mendistribusikan obat dan atau alat kesehatan dengan memastikan mutu tetap terjamin saat sampai di tangan konsumen. Dalam rangka mencapai hal tersebut, diperlukan pedoman yang terstandarisasi dalam rangkaian kegiatan distribusi dan pengendalian mutu untuk menjamin produk yang didistribusikan memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan sesuai tujuan penggunaannya. Tugas khusus ini ditulis dengan tujuan agar penulis dapat memahami lebih dalam terkait penerapan CDOB dan CDAKB dalam proses validasi tempat penyimpanan dan kalibrasi alat monitoring suhu di PT MJG. Pelaksanaan tugas ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur dan perolehan informasi melalui sesi penyampaian materi, serta pengamatan langsung terhadap kegiatan operasional di PT MJG. Berdasarkan studi literatur, serta pengamatan, dan wawancara yang telah penulis lakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT MJG telah menerapkan aspek validasi penyimpanan, dan kalibrasi alat monitoring suhu dengan baik sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah yang diatur dalam pedoman Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) dan Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB).

Pharmaceutical Wholesalers (PBF) are tasked with distributing drugs and/or medical devices by ensuring that quality remains as guaranteed when they reach consumers. In order to achieve this, standardized guidelines are needed in a series of distribution and quality assurance activities to ensure that distributed products meet the requirements set according to their intended use. This special assignment was written with the aim that the author can understand more deeply the application of CDOB and CDAKB in the validation process of storage and calibration of temperature monitoring devices at PT MJG. The implementation of this assignment was carried out using the literature study method and obtaining information through material delivery sessions, as well as direct observation of operational activities at PT MJG. Based on the literature study, as well as observations, and interviews that the author has conducted, it can be concluded that PT MJG has implemented aspects of storage validation, and calibration of temperature monitoring devices properly in accordance with the rules regulated in the guidelines for Good Drug Distribution Practices (CDOB) and Good Medical Device Distribution Practices (CDAKB)."

"Pembangunan kesehatan di Indonesia, sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No 36 tahun 2014, bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang merata dan terjangkau kepada seluruh masyarakat melalui berbagai sarana seperti puskesmas, rumah sakit, klinik, apotek, dan toko obat. Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) memiliki peran penting dalam distribusi obat dan alat kesehatan secara besar-besaran, yang harus diatur dan dikelola dengan baik sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan. Pengelolaan obat dan alat kesehatan meliputi pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, dan penyaluran, harus dilakukan secara optimal untuk memastikan ketersediaan yang tepat waktu dan sesuai jenisnya. Persyaratan mutu untuk distribusi obat diatur dalam Peraturan Kepala Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan No 6 tahun 2020, dan untuk alat kesehatan diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No 4 tahun 2014. Meskipun implementasi Standar Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) dan Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB) masih belum optimal di beberapa PBF, penting untuk memastikan bahwa sistem operasional distribusi mematuhi standar tersebut guna menjaga mutu dan keamanan obat serta alat kesehatan. Seiring waktu, PT MJG telah berhasil menerapkan CDOB 2020 dan CDAKB 2014 dalam semua tahapan operasionalnya, termasuk pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, dan penyaluran produk. Implementasi ini memastikan efisiensi distribusi obat dan alat kesehatan serta memenuhi standar mutu yang diperlukan untuk optimalisasi pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat.

Health development in Indonesia, in accordance with Law No. 36 of 2014, aims to provide equitable and affordable health services to the entire community through various facilities such as health centers, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and drug stores. Pharmaceutical Wholesalers (PBF) have an important role in the distribution of drugs and medical devices on a large scale, which must be properly regulated and managed in accordance with statutory regulations. The management of drugs and medical devices, including procurement, receiving, storage, and distribution, must be optimized to ensure timely and appropriate availability. Quality requirements for drug distribution are regulated in the Head of the Food and Drug Administration Regulation No 6 of 2020, and for medical devices are regulated in the Minister of Health Regulation No 4 of 2014. Although the implementation of Good Drug Distribution Standards (CDOB) and Good Medical Device Distribution Methods (CDAKB) is still not optimal in some PBFs, it is important to ensure that the distribution operational system complies with these standards to maintain the quality and safety of drugs and medical devices. Over time, PT MJG has successfully implemented CDOB 2020 and CDAKB 2014 in all stages of its operations, including procurement, receiving, storage, and distribution of products. This implementation ensures the efficiency of drug and medical device distribution and meets the quality standards required for the optimization of health services to the community."
