Apoteker yang melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT akan menerapkan pengetahuan ilmu kefarmasiannya untuk terlibat dalam tugas pokok dan fungsi direktorat. Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia telah bekerja sama dengan pemerintah, Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia RI khususnya di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan untuk melaksanakan Praktek Kerja Profesi PKP di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Mei sampai dengan 2 Juni 2017. Melalui PKP ini mahasiswa apoteker diberikan wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman kerja; dibuat untuk memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di instansi pemerintahan yang meliputi pembinaan, mengawasan dan pembuatan regulasi dalam tahapan premarket standardisasi dan sertifikasi dan post market yang terdiri dari pengawasan terhadap sarana produksi dan distribusi, serta pengawasan produk alat kesehatan dan PKRT ; serta dibuat mengetahui penyelesaian beberapa permasalahan kefarmasian di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT.

ABSTRACT
Pharmacists who do pharmaceutical work in the Directorate of Medical Devices and Household Supplies Supervision shall apply their pharmaceutical science knowledge to be involved in the principle duties and functions of the directorate. Universitas Indonesia rsquo s Faculty of Pharmacy rsquo s Apothecary Profession Study Program has made cooperation with the government, The Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia, particularly with The Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices for this Profession Internship Program PI . PI in the Directorate of Medical Devices and Household Supplies Supervision was held from the 22nd of May till the 2nd of June 2017. Through this PI, the Apothecary student was given insight, knowledge, and work experience made to understand the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in the government agency which covers coaching, supervision, and regulation making in the premarket standardization and certification and post market stage which consists of supervision of production and distribution facilities, also the supervision of products medical devices and household health supplies and made to know the solutions to various pharmaceutical problems In the Directorate of Medical Devices and Household Supplies Supervision.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker mengetahui dan memahami tugas, peran, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di instansi pemerintahan. Selain itu, kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi juga memfasilitasi mahasiswa dalam memahami gambaran nyata permasalahan kefarmasian di instansi pemerintahan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Persentase Puskesmas yang Melaksanakan Pelayanan Kefarmasian Sesuai Standar 2016. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data puskesmas di Indonesia yang sudah melaksanakan pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai standar yaitu konseling dan PIO yang terdokumentasi tahun 2016.

Professional Practices for Pharmacists in General Directorate of Pharmacy and Medical Devices was performed so that pharmacist candidates able to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in General Directorate of Pharmacy and Medical Devices, Assessment Directorate of Medical Devices and PKRT. Also, so that pharmacist candidates had knowledge, information, ability and practical experiences, also an actual picture about the problems usually occur in General Directorate of Pharmacy and Medical Devices and PKRT. The additional task given was written and titled Pharmacist Registration Plot Study in National Pharmaceutical Committee.

Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia memiliki keberadaan penting dalam upaya pembangunan kesehatan yaitu perumusan, penetapan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan di bidang kesehatan. Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan yang bertanggung jawab di bawah Kementerian Kesehatan RI melaksanakan peran dalam upaya peningkatan kesehatan melalui pelayanan kefarmasian. Peran apoteker diwujudkan melalui tugas dan fungsinya dalam penyusunan regulasi di bidang kefarmasian. Pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan merupakan salah satu sarana bagi calon Apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di instansi pemerintahan. Selain itu, calon apoteker diharapkan memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di instansi pemerintahan. Calon Apoteker juga diberikan tugas khusus yang berjudul ldquo;Pengkajian Program Kerja Penyusunan Formularium Obat dan Perbekalan Kesehatan pada Pelayanan Kesehatan Haji di Subdirektorat Seleksi Obat dan Alat Kesehatan Direktorat Pelayanan Kefarmasian rdquo;. ABSTRACT
Ministry of Health of the Republic Indonesia has an important presence in health development which is the formulation, determination and implementation of policies in the field of health. The Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices was responsible under the Ministry of Health of the Republic Indonesia take a role in the promotion of health through pharmaceutical services. The role of pharmacist is manifested through its duties and functions in the preparation of regulations in the field of pharmaceuticals. Internship program at Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices was one of the tools for students to to understand about the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in the government instance. Other than that, the students are ecpected to have practical knowledge and experience with a clear picture of the pharmaceutical work problems in the government instance. Student was also given a special assignment entitled ldquo Work Program Assessment of Preparation of Formulary of Drug and Medical Supplies at Health Service of Hajj in Sub Directorate of Drug Selection and Medical Device Directorate of Pharmaceutical Services rdquo . This special assignment was aim to student to know the conformity between the preparation of Formulary Drugs and Health Supplies on Hajj Health Services as work program Sub directorate Selection of Drugs and Medical Devices with the Regulation of the Ministry of Health RI Number 64 Year 2015 with the title Organization and Working Procedure of the Ministry of Health concerning the main duties and functions of Sub directorate Selection of Drugs and Medical Devices Directorate of Pharmaceutical Services.
