Internship at Directorate Of Pharmaceutical Services Of Directorate General OfPharmaceutical and Medical Devices Period October 2017 aims to understand therole, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists, have the insight, knowledge, skillsand practical experience to do work in government, have a real picture ofpharmaceutical practice issues in government institutions such as the DirectorateGeneral of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, especially in the Directorate ofPharmaceutical Services. Internship is conducted for two weeks with a specialtask that is Evaluation of National Formulary Application on Formulary Hospitalin Province B . The purpose of this specific task is to know and understand theevaluation of the implementation of Fornas on Hospital Formulary in the area ofProvince B.

Apoteker merupakan salah satu profesi yang berperan penting dalam pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan, maka Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan untuk melakukan program Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA untuk memperkenalkan dan memberi pembekalan secara langsung tentang fungsi apoteker dalam organisasi pemerintahan tersebut. Laporan praktek kerja ini membahas tugas pokok dan fungsi Kementerian Kesehatan, Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan, serta Sekretariat dan Direktorat-Direktorat yang berada di bawahnya. Laporan ini secara khusus membahas Direktorat Tata Kelola Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan dalam hal tugas pokok dan fungsi, sasaran kebijakan, struktur organisasi, dan kegiatan. Salah satu kebijakan Direktorat Tata Kelola Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan yang dibahas adalah penerimaan dan penyimpanan obat buffer pusat di Instalasi Farmasi Pusat.

Pharmacist is one of the professions that play an important role in the implementation of functions in the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, the Faculty of Pharmacy Universitas Indonesia in collaboration with the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices to conduct the Professional Pharmacist Practice Work Program PKPA to introduce and provide debriefing Directly about the pharmacist 39 s function within the government organization. Pada Direktorat Penilaian Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT memiliki tugas melaksanakan perumusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan, penyusunan norma, standar, prosedur, dan kriteria, dan pemberian bimbingan teknis dan supervise, serta pemantauan, evaluasi, dan pelaporan di bidang penilaian alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. In the Directorate of Health Device Assessment and PKRT has the duty to carry out the formulation and implementation of policies, the compilation of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria, and the provision of technical guidance and supervision, as well as monitoring, evaluation and reporting in the field of assessment of health equipment and household health supplies with the provisions of legislation. Types of public services conducted in the Directorate of Health Device Assessment and PKRT are Certificate and Registration of Medical Devices, Invitro Diagnostic Products and PKRT.

Internship at Directorate of Pharmaceutical Services Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Ministry Month Period October 2017 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in government institutions of the Directorate of Pharmaceutical Services Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Ministry, having the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practice Government agencies, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues in government institutions such as Directorate of Pharmaceutical Services Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Ministry, particularly in the Directorate of Services pharmacy. Practice professional work in Directorate of Services pharmacy conducted for two weeks with a special assignment is the evaluation of mediaction appliance in four public hospitals in Central Indonesia 2014-2017. This particular project aims at revealing the compatibility of medication aplliance in those hospitals with National Formulary Formularium Nasional and understanding what therapy and medication often used that do not meet the National Formulary.

Internship at Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia The period of April 2018 aims to prospective pharmacists to understand the duties, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists in the government, to know the processes and mechanisms of permit and regulatory arrangements, and to understand the problems and strategies settlement faced in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The special task given was entitled Analysis of Potential Raw Materials that can be Developed in Indonesia . The purpose of implementing a special task is to find out the type of raw material that has the potential to be developed by Indonesia. Based on the results of special assignments, raw materials that have the potential to be developed in Indonesia are herbal raw materials.

The aims of internship at Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia was to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices especially Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical, gaining knowledges about main duties and functions of Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices especially Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical in the pharmaceutical field, gaining knowledges, skills, practical experiences, and perspective about pharmaceutical practice in Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices especially Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical, and perspectives about pharmaceutical practice issue in Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices especially Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical. The internship was held for two weeks in Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical.
