Kepadatan kendaraan bermotor semakin lama semakin dikeluhkan oleh warga Jakarta karena waktu tempuh untuk mencapai tujuan menjadi semakin lama. Target pemerintah DKI Jakarta untuk membangun sistem transportasi massal saat ini sedang dilaksanakan. Salah satu sistem yang dibangun oleh pemerintah DKI Jakarta adalah MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) berbasis rel. Pembangunan MRT akan memberi dampak terhadap ruang kota yang dilintasinya. Sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dari preseden berbagai kota di dunia, pemerintah DKI juga berharap MRT akan mendorong konsep pengembangan Transit-Oriented Development (TOD). Actant dalam teori sastra adalah orang atau makhluk atau benda yang bermain dalam satu set peran aktif dalam suatu narasi.. Dalam konteks dunia maya, actant dapat dikaitkan dengan keberadaan teknologi internet yang dapat memproduksi ruang, mempermudah aktivitas manusia, membantu manusia bekerja jarak jauh, mengendalikan pergerakan orang dan barang dan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi ruang. Dalam hal ini aktan bergerak untuk memproduksi hal-hal tersebut. Selain teknologi internet, dimensi sosial juga berpengaruh terhadap ruang kota dengan manusia sebagai pelakunya. Kedua elemen, yaitu aktan dan dimensi sosial akan menjadi penggerak perubahan ruang kota pasca pembangunan MRT. Tujuannya untuk mencapai konsep TOD yang mendorong kepadatan secara proporsional, fungsi yang bercampur, sirkulasi dan ruang publik yang berorientasi kepada pejalan kaki, dan peningkatan kualitas lingkungan hijau.

ABSTRACT
The number of vehicles has been increasing rapidly. This caused Jakarta citizen takes a longer time to reach their destination due to the high traffic. The Government of DKI Jakarta is developing mass transportation systems which is currently being implemented. One of them is MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) rail-based that could impact the cities that would be passed-through. Like many other cities in the world, the government believe that MRT would eventually grow into the development of Transit- Oriented Development (TOD) as well. Actant is person or creature or object that have an active role in narrative. In cyberspace, the movement of actant can be related with the presence of internet technology to create space, accommodate human activities, support people to work remotely, control the movement of people and goods, and enhance the economic value of space. Besides of Internet technology, social dimensions influence the urban space with humans as actor as well. Both actant and social dimension will be the ?agent of change? in the urban space after the final phase of MRT development. The aim is to achieve TOD concepts which lead to the proportional density of citizen, mixed functions, the pedestrians-oriented circulation and public spaces, and the improvement of environmental quality issues.

Abstrak :
This article examines the social and cultural roots of gender-based violence in Indonesia. The emphasis is on social relations, particularly ethnic group relations, and on cultural practices-especially those within the family that endanger women. The author argues that there is a process which begins with labeling, followed by state-sanctioned discrimination, and that culminates in the creation of situations prone to violence. The author provides examples from various regions in Indonesia as well as from different periods in Indonesian history. She further argues that the process can be stopped with a more positive attitude towards the diversity of Indonesian society, which must be brought about by education in the home and in schools, and by legal reforms.

Penelitian dilakukan pada sebuah panti asuhan yang terdapat pada kota Depok, Jawa Barat. Urgensi permasalahan panti asuhan tersebut adalah rendahnya perilaku belajar yang mengakibatkan prestasi akademik menjadi rendah juga sehingga menciptakan lulusan panti asuhan dengan cita-cita yang rendah. Remaja panti asuhan tersebut mengalami gangguan psikologis yang tepatnya pada harga diri dikarenakan beban psikologis yang mereka rasakan terhadap stereotipe negatif remaja panti asuhan sehingga mengubah persepsi akan diri dan lingkungannya menjadi negatif juga. Pada akhirnya pertumbuhan mereka yang secara essensial memerlukan orang tua terganggu sehingga menjadi pola perkembangan yang tidak sehat. Hasil pengukuran baseline menunjukkan harga diri dimensi sosial rendah dengan nilai mean 3,4 dibanding dimensi performa 3,7 dan dimensi fisik 3,6. Pada penelitian intervensi, harga diri dimensi sosial ditingkatkan melalui program positive self-talk dan menunjukkan harga diri pada hasil pre-post test secara total meningkat secara signifkan, pada hasil uji Wilcoxon non-parametric nilai Z total -2,484 dengan p value 0,013 < 0,05. Sedangkan dimensi sosial tidak signifikan pada nilai Z -1,546 dengan p value 0,122 ABSTRACT
The research was conducted on an orphanage which is located in Depok, West Java. The urgency of the orphanage rsquo s problem lies on their low learning behavior which effect negatively to their academic performance thus making the graduates of the orphanage having low goal of work and college studies. The orphan rsquo s teenagers have gone through psychological disturbance which directly goes to their self esteem caused by psychological burden of negative orphan stereotypes which in the end change their perception negatively of themselves and also to their environment. In the end their growth which essentially needed their parents are disrupted thus making an unhealthy personal development. Baseline studies showed self esteem rsquo s social dimension were low with mean 3,4 compared to other dimension like performance 3,7 and appearance 3,6. In the intervention research the social dimension were enhanced through positive self talk program. In pre post total test showed positive changes significantly in Wilcoxon non parametric test shows Z value total 2,484 and p value 0,013 0,05. Nevertheless, the social dimension shows insignificant changes with Z value 1,546 p value 0,122
