Designed for the digital world and an expanding universe of metadata users, RDA: Resource Description and Access is the new, unified cataloguing standard. Benefits of RDA include: a structure based on the conceptual models of FRBR (functional requirements for bibliographic data) and FRAD (functional requirements for authority data) to help catalogue users find the information they need more easily; a flexible framework for content description of digital resources that also serves the needs of libraries organizing traditional resources; a better fit with emerging technologies, enabling institutions to introduce efficiencies in data capture and storage retrieval. The online RDA Toolkit (www.rdatoolkit.org) provides a one-stop resource for evaluating and implementing RDA, and is the most effective way to interact with the new standard. It includes searchable and browseable RDA instructions; two views of RDA content, by table of contents and by element set; user-created and sharable Workflows and Mappings—tools to customize RDA to support your organization's training, internal processes, and local policies; Library of Congress Policy Statements (LCPS) and links to other relevant cataloguing resources; and the full text of AACR2 with links to RDA. This full-text print version of RDA offers a snapshot that serves as an offline access point to help solo and part-time cataloguers evaluate RDA, as well as to support training and classroom use in any size institution. An index is included. The online RDA Toolkit includes PDFs, but purchasing the print version offers a convenient, time-saving option. Keep up with our update schedule. A new print accumulation of RDA will be issued once all of the reworded chapters are complete (expectd September 2013). All changes made to RDA up to and including the 2013 RDA Update will be included. Annual print updates are expected to this accumulation beginning in mid 2014 and every year thereafter.

"Rapid changes in communication technologies shifted the media environment from one of scarcity to one characterized by abundance. Advertisers are paying more and more money to reach fewer and fewer people, as audiences consume endless streams of content across different platforms. When you can no longer buy enough attention for advertising to remain efficient -- how do brands respond?Spanning communication theory, neuroscience, creativity and innovation, media history, popular culture, branding, and emerging technologies, Paid Attention explores how ideas move people and how advertising can and should change in response to changes in the communication landscape.Topics covered include: a critical look at market research, modern theories of communication, the vanishing difference between content, media, and advertising, what ideas are and how to get them, and the future of advertising. "-- "Spanning communication theory, neuroscience, creativity and innovation, media history, branding and emerging technologies, Paid Attention explores how ideas move people and how advertising can and should change in response to changes in the communications landscape. A modern model for how brands operate and innovate in the evolving market for ideas, it contains both beliefs that can guide behaviour and practical tools and examples to help account planners and strategists in their jobs and careers. Paid Attention provides a framework for brands and market research based on the emerging context of behavioural economics. It references a wide body of theory and praxis, from neuroscience, advertising research, behavioural economics, psychology, sociology, technology and even science fiction. Mapping advertising to a wider analysis of culture, it appeals to media scholars and anyone interested in today's media-saturated culture"--

......This paper proposes the idea of moving and adaptive living space for humans that is harmless and keeps the earth’s good qualities, as a response and preparation to various changes in ecosystems that are predictable to unpredictably and how humans could be involved in that shifting. The earth that is possible to become worsen have pursue human to leave the cities, find new place for live and applying new lifestyle. However, as humans are participating throughout the changes, they also want to take a part in repairing earth by providing a restoration system inside the space with each bubble having their own specific function. In the case of preparation, movement elements are present to help it in moving to various ecosystems and adaptive elements to ensure oxygen and water availability for humans inside the space. This design is driven by understanding various possibilities of ecosystem conditions and how to respond to them, exploring digital life and learning how plants, animals and humans adapt and move in various biota.
