"Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pH minuman kemasan terhadap gaya regang power chain. Digunakan 28 power chain merk ormco, tipe tertutup, bening, yang diregangkan pada 2 titik berjarak 40 mm pada plat akrilik dan direndam dalam larutan teh botol, buavita, coca cola dan aquades. Gaya regang (grf) power chain diukur menggunakan force gauge dan dicatat gaya awal, setelah 1 jam, 24 jam, 48 jam, 72 jam, 168 jam dan 336 jam perendaman. Terjadi penurunan gaya regang power chain yang signifikan, namun tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan terhadap setiap waktu perendaman dalam perbedaan pH larutan teh botol, buavita, coca cola dan aquades.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of teh botol, Buavita, coca cola and distilled water toward force decay of orthodontic power chain. Twenty eight power chains (Ormo, closed type, tranparant) were fixed on acrylic framework (40 mm of distance) and immersed in teh botol, buavita, coca cola and distilled water. Force decay were measured using tension gauge (grf) and recorded at initial force, 1 hour, 24 hour, 42 hour, 72 hour, 168 hour and 336 hours of immersion. There was a decrease of force, however acidity did not influence force degradation of power chain statistically.

"Latar Belakang: Salah satu tujuan dalam keikutsertaan Indonesia pada program pembangunan global berkelanjutan (SDGS) yaitu meningkatkan status kesehatan. Upaya tersebut tidak terlepas dari berbagai faktor pendukung seperti ketersediaan sumber daya tenaga medis, kemudahan akses manusia terhadap fasilitas kesehatan, sehingga manusia dengan mudah berkunjung dan mendapatkan perawatan di fasilitas kesehatan.
Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan antara faktor sosiodemografi dan pelayanan kesehatan tooth decay dan filling di Indonesia. Metode: Penelitian cross sectional menggunakan data sekunder Riskesdas 2018 yang diklasifikasikan berdasarkan umur WHO sebanyak 14.031 mengenai variabel karakteristik sosidemografi (umur, jenis kelamin, tempat tinggal, status pekerjaan, dan tingkat pendidikan), utilisasi frekuensi kunjungan dan total decay serta filling. Pada Rifaskes 2019 menggunakan data sebanyak 17.741 fasilitas kesehatan. Jumlah dokter gigi menggunakan data Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia hingga bulan Desember 2021 sebanyak 22.926 dokter gigi. Variabel-variabel tersebut di uji secara statistik kemudian dipetakan menggunakan QGIS.
Hasil: Uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan bermakna (p<0,05) antara kelompok jenis kelamin, lokasi tempat tinggal dan pencarian pengobatan terhadap tooth decay dan filling. Uji Kruskal-Wallis menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan bermakna (p<0,05) antara kelompok status pekerjaan, tingkat pendidikan, dan utilisasi frekuensi kunjungan. Sedangkan Uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan terdapat korelasi antara jumlah dan rasio fasilitas kesehatan serta dokter gigi terhadap tooth decay dan filling.
Kesimpulan: Pada penelitian ini terdapat hubungan antara faktor sosidemografi dan pelayanan kesehatan yang memengaruhi tooth decay dan filling. Upaya pemerataan distribusi fasilitas kesehatan dan dokter gigi, serta intervensi dalam meningkatkan utilisasi dengan melihat aspek karakteristik sosiodemografi.

Backgorund: One of the goals of Indonesia's participation on sustainable development goals is improving health state. Efforts made to achieve health improvement is increasing availability of health care facilities so people can easily access and get treatment for dental and oral health.
Objective: This study aimed to determine relationship between sociodemographic and health services factors that affect tooth decay and filling in Indonesia.
Methods: A cross sectional study using secondary data from Riskesdas 2018 as classified based WHO age as much 14.031 subject are sociodemography factors, utilization dental visit, total decay and filling. Rifaskes 2019 data’s using 17.741 healthcare facilities. Number of dentist as much 22.926 using data Indonesia Medical Council on December 2021. These variabels were tested statistically then mapping using QGIS.
Results: Mann-Whitney test showed a significant difference (p<0,05) between groups of gender, place of residence towards tooth decay and filling. Kruskal-Wallis test showed a significant difference (p<0,05) between groups of occupational status, education level, and frequency utilization towards tooth decay and filling. Spearman test showed a correlation statistically (p<0,05) between amount and ratio of healthcare facilities and dentist towards tooth decay and filling.
Conclusion: In this study there are relationship between sociodemographic factors and healthcare services that affect tooth decay and filling. Efforts to equitable distribution of healthcare facilities and dentist, as well as intervention to increase utilization by looking all aspect of sociodemographic characteristics.

"Higgs Boson telah ditemukan pada tahun 2012 di Large Hadron Collider LHC. Higgs Boson meluruh secara dominan menjadi partikel bottom anti bottom bb, dari tumbukan proton anti proton menghasilkan sinyal yang sama dengan top anti top tt jets. Dalam peluruhan Higgs Boson, Higgs tersebut masih belum dapat dibedakan dari reaksi latar belakang bb. Penelitian ini akan menyajikan pembelajaran sistematis tentang machine learning ML menggunakan metode neural network untuk membedakan ttH pada peluruhan H --> bb. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode fenomenologi serta simulasi untuk membentuk event, kemudian komputasi sebagai alat untuk seleksi event dan ML. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh adalah diskriminasi yang hanya menghasilkan efisiensi testing sebesar 2.7 sehingga perlu optimasi rekonstruksi top quark yang lebih menyeluruh agar menghasilkan variabel yang lebih kuat untuk didiskriminasi.

Higgs Boson has been discovered in 2012 in the Large Hadron Collider LHC. Higgs Boson decays predominately into bottom bottom particles bb, from proton collisions producing the same anti proton signals as top anti top tt jets with heavy flavor. In the decay of Higgs Boson, the Higgs is still indistinguishable from the background reaction bb. This study will present systematic learning about machine learning ML using the neural network method to distinguish ttH on decay H bb. The methods that were used on this research were phenomenology, simulation to generate event, then computation as tool for event selection and ML. The result obtained were discrimination that only produced testing efficiency 2.7 so it needs more optimization of top quark reconstruction to produce stronger variable to be more discriminated."

"For this paper, we consider the resulting 3-D inversion using inversion modeling, which is motivated by developing theory and the recent application of the Magnetic Resonance Sounding (MRS) technique in detecting and mapping of subsurface groundwater. MRS is a non-invasive method which directly detects the groundwater’s existence from surface measurements. A pulse current, at a proper frequency, is transmitted into a loop. After hydrogen atoms of water molecules in the subsurface are energized by pulses of alternative currents, the magnetic resonance field is produced by the H protons is measured within the same loop. Generally, MRS has two observable factors: initial amplitude and decay time. The aim of three-dimensional inversion is to extract the information, i.e., the value and distribution of two physical parameters of the subsurface conditions: water content and subsurface properties (pore and grain size). Additionally, we present a general formulation for inverting the initial amplitude and decay time of the MRS data to recover a 3-D distribution of groundwater. The forward problem was solved using an integral equation method in the spatial domain. An improved Levenberg-Marquardt strategy was employed to solve the inverse problem. Two synthetic examples are illustrated to determine the basic functionality of the inversion algorithm. The real data results show applicability and relevance in larger-scale field examples."

"This study proposes a method of optimizing the dry storage design for nuclear-spent fuel from the G.A. Siwabessy research reactor at National Nuclear Energy Agency of Indonesia (BATAN). After several years in a spent fuel pool storage (wet storage), nuclear spent fuel is often moved to dry storage. Some advantages of dry storage compared with wet storage are that there is no generation of liquid waste, no need for a complex and expensive purification system, less corrosion concerns and that dry storage is easier to transport if in the future the storage needs to be sent to the another repository or to the final disposal. In both wet and dry storage, the decay heat of spent fuel must be cooled to a safe temperature to prevent cracking of the spent fuel cladding from where hazardous radioactive nuclides could be released and harm humans and the environment. Three optimization scenarios including the thermal safety single-objective, the economic single-objective and the multi-objective optimizations are obtained. The optimum values of temperature and cost for three optimization scenarios are 317.8K (44.7°C) and 11638.1 US$ for the optimized single-objective thermal safety method, 337.1K (64.0°C) and 6345.2 US$ for the optimized single-objective cost method and 325.1K (52.0°C) and 8037.4 US$ for the optimized multi-objective method, respectively."

"Konsep LID (Low Impact Development) adalah konsep di mana dilakukan praktek pengembangan wilayah sedemikian rupa sehingga fungsi hidrologi wilayah itu secara alamiah tetap terpelihara. (Conservation design forum). Menurut Conservation design forum, jika danau berfungsi dengan baik, maka dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu elemen pencegah banjir olch sifatnya yang menurunkan puncak banjir. Selain itu, danau juga dapat berfungsi untuk meningkatkan tangkapan sedimen dan mengurangi beban nutrien yang ada pada air. Dengan adanya karakteristik ini, danau dapat berfungsi sebagai sarana stabilisator kualitas air.
Penelitian ini dititikberatkan pada Situ Baru/TVRI untuk menghitung efektivitas Situ Baru sebagai stabilization pond untuk mengurangi konsentrasi parameter yang ditetapkan. Parameter yang digunakan untuk menetapkan efektifitas danau untuk berfungsi sebagai stabilization pond dalam penelitian ini adalah DO (dissolved oxygen), N (natrium), P (phospat) dan TSS (total suspended solid). Dengan demikian, danau dinyatakan efektif jika berkurangnya konsentrasi parameter akibat aktivitas peluruhan dan bukan akibat aktivitas adveksil penggelontoran.

The Low Impact Development (LID) is a different approach to storm water management that modifies development to try to maintain some natural hydrologic function.. This research is focusing on Situ Baru/TV-RI to calculate Situ Baru's performance as a stabilization pond for reducing the stated parameters concentration. The parameters used for determining the pond's performance to function as a stabilization pond for this research is the Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Natrium (N), Phosphate (P), and Total Suspended Solid (TSS). Therefore, a pond could be stated as an effective stabilization pond lithe decay rate activity is reducing the concentrated parameters, not because ofadveclion activities."

"Tesis ini meneliti tentang validitas model Value at Risk (VaR) dalam mengukur potensi risiko nilai tukar rupiah terhadap lima mata uang yaitu USD, GBP, EUR, AUD dan JPY. Analisis ini terkait dengan arahan implementasi stressed Value at Risk oleh BCBS melalui revisi Basel II tahun. Nilai VaR dihitung untuk tiga periode yaitu lima tahun terakhir dan satu tahun terakhir, sedangkan stressed VaR menggunakan periode satu tahun dengan tingkat kerugian signifikan pada rentang waktu antara 2 Januari 2007 hingga 30 Desember 2011. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan metode backtesting untuk nilai VaR dan stressed VaR dibandingkan dengan actual loss dari 1 Januari 2012 hingga 30 Mei 2012.

This thesis is to determine the validity of Value at Risk (VaR) as a measurement method for exchange rate risk of Indonesian rupiah against five foreign foreign currency: USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY. This analysis is performed as a concern to the stressed VaR recommendation of BCBS through the revision of Basel II since 2009. The measurement of VaR is conducted for three period: last five years and last one year, and for stressed VaR using one year which has significant loss during January 2, 2007 until December 30, 2011. Validity test is implemented using backtesting method which comparing VaR and stressed VaR against the actual loss for period of January 2 2012 until May 30 2012."

Pendahuluan Infeksi pneumonia nosokomial (PN) merupakan masalah utama di negara berkembang terutama pada pasien yang menjalani bedah jantung dan mendapat perawatan di intensive care unit (ICU). Aspirasi mikroorganisme dari kolonisasi rongga mulut merupakan salah satu faktor risiko PN yang perlu diperhatikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dapat tidaknya kondisi rongga mulut menjadi prediktor terjadinya PN. Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kohort prospektif. Subjek penelitian merupakan pasien bedah jantung elektif. Kondisi rongga mulut diwakili oleh oral hygiene index - simplified (OHI-S), decay missing filled - teeth (DMF-T) serta laju aliran saliva tanpa stimulasi (LASTS) diukur pada prabedah dan pascabedah. Terjadinya PN dinilai melalui dua parameter diagnosis yaitu clinical pulmonary infection score (CPIS) dan PN yang didiagnosis berdasarkan pengkajian klinis dokter (diagnosis klinis PN). Hasil Pada penelitian ini didapatkan 35 subyek penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi selama Desember 2012 hingga Maret 2013. Hasil analisis statistik tidak menunjukkan kemaknaan hubungan antara OHI-S, DMF-T, LASTS dengan CPIS(p=0,420; p=0,268; p=0,949). Demikian pula dengan OHI-S, DMF-T tidak terbukti mempunyai hubungan dengan diagnosis klinis PN (p=0,484; p=0,656). Namun, LASTS mempunyai hubungan signifikan dengan diagnosis klinis PN (p=0,017). Rerata LASTS pascabedah mengalami penurunan bermakna dibandingkan dengan prabedah (p=0,000). Kesimpulan Dalam penelitian ini, kondisi rongga mulut belum dapat terbukti sebagai prediktor terjadinya PN walaupun terdapat hubungan antara LASTS dengan PN yang didiagnosis melalui pengkajian klinis dokter.

ABSTRACT
Introduction Nosocomial pneumonia (NP) is a major problem in developing countries, particularly in patients undergoing cardiac surgery and who received treatment in the intensive care unit (ICU). Aspiration of oral microorganism colonization is one of the substantial risk factors. The aim of this study was to determine whether the condition of the oral cavity can be a predictor of NP. Methods A cohort prospective study was performed in this study. Subjects are elective cardiac surgery patients. Oral conditions examination defined by oral hygiene index ? simplified (OHI-S), decay missing filled - teeth (DMF-T) and unstimulated salivary flow rate (SFR) was implemented pre-surgery and post-surgery. Diagnosis of NP was evaluated through two parameters. There were clinical pulmonary infection score (CPIS) and clinical assessment of NP. Results There were 35 subjects participating in this study who meet inclusion criteria since December, 2012 to March, 2013. Statistic analyses have not been able to confirm the link between OHI-S, DMF-T, SFR to CPIS (p=0.420; p=0.268; p=0.949). Similarly, relation of OHI-S, DMF-T and clinical NP has not proven (p=0.484; p=0.656). However, SFR was significantly related to clinical assessment of NP (p=0.017). The mean of post-surgery SFR was remarkably lower than pre-surgery (p=0.000). Conclusions In this study, the oral conditions have not been shown to be predictors of the occurrence of PN although there is a link between SFR and clinical assessment of NP."
