Abstrak :
Perkembangan komunikasi semakin berkembang dan membutuhkan sebuah teknologi baru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ndash; kebutuhan yang semakin meningkat. Named Data Netowrking NDN merupakan sebuah terobosan dengan menggunakan aristektur jaringan yang berbeda pada sebelumnya yaitu Internet Protocol IP . NDN agar dapat terhubung ke perangkat satu dan lainnya menggunakan alamat dari perangkat tersebut, tetapi NDN mencari konten apa yang dibutuhkan oleh satu perangkat dan perangkat lainnya. Pada penulisan ini dipaparkan pengimplementasian NDN yaitu pada NDN Real Time Conferencing NDN ndash; RTC yang menggunakan sebuah skenario untuk dilakukan analisis terhadap beberapa faktor agar sesuai dengan QoS untuk video streaming yang yaitu jitter, packet loss dan latency. Perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua buah file stream, screen cast dan webcam. Video dari screencast digunakan untuk menangkap presentasi sedangkan webcam untuk menangkap presentan Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa kedua file stream memiliki karakteristik sebagai berikut. Packet loss pada ScreenCast Video sebesar 2 menyatakan status Baik sedangkan pada WebCam video sebesar 12 menyatakan status Buruk. Latensi pada ScreenCast Video sebesar 0.16 ms dan pada WebCam video sebesar 0.12 ms menyatakan status Sangat Baik. Jitter ScreenCast Video sebesar 44,41 ms dan pada WebCam video sebesar 48.62 ms dengan status Baik. ......The development of communication growtd quickly and need a new technology to fulfill the needs which is increasing. Named Data Networking is a new term which using a different network architecture than Internet Protocol. NDN connecting one device to another device not by using their address or their location, but NDN using what the content that they want to connect. On this paper, will present to you one of the implementation of NDN, NDN Real Time Conferencing NDN ndash RTC which use a scenario to use for the analysis of the transmission to match the QoS for video streaming by Cisco which is jitter, latency, and packet loss. Scenario will using two file streams, screen capture and webcam. Screen Cast is used to capture the presentation and the webcam is used to capture the person. The result of the implementation shows that the two file streams have these characteristic. Packet loss for screen capture video is 2 meanings Good, webcam video rsquo s packet loss is 18 meanings Bad. Latency for screen capture video is 0.16 ms and webcam video rsquo s latency is 0.12 ms both meanings Very Good. Jitter for screen capture video 44.41 ms and webcam video 48.62 ms meanings Good.

ABSTRAK
Komunikasi adalah bagian terpenting dalam kehidupan manusia. Saat ini teknologi telah memfasilitasi cara mempermudah dalam berkomunikasi yaitu dengan menggunakan Internet. Komunikasi saat ini tidak hanya terbatas kepada perangkat-perangkat komputasi saja namun mulai merambah peralatan-peralatan yang berada disekitar kita salah satunya adalah pada kendaraan. Komunikasi pada kendaraan ini dikenal dengan VANET atau Vehicle Ad Hoc Network yang merupakan suatu metode komunikasi yang berjalan Ad Hoc antara dua atau lebih kendaraan. Komunikasi VANET ini dapat dimaksimalkan dengan arsitektur internet masa depan yaitu Named Data Network atau NDN. NDN adalah suatu arsitektur yang beorientasi pada konten yang diminta bukan kepada pengirim dari konten tersebut seperti pada Internet Protocol atau IP saat ini. Penggunaan VANET dengan NDN ini dapat memaksimalkan komunikasi antara kendaraan dikarenakan kendaraan tidak perlu mempedulikan siapakah yang menyediakan data tersebut namun hanya memerlukan konten apa yang diminta dan harus dikirimkan.

Communication is important part in human life. Now, technologi had provide easier way to communicate by using Internet. Now communication not just from computional device to other computional device but start to use by other daily devices like vehicle. Communication on a vehicle is known as VANET or Vehicle Ad Hoc Network. VANET is a communication method that run on Ad Hoc network for two or more vehicle. VANET Communication can be optimized by using futute internet architecture, Named Data Networking or NDN. NDN is an architecture that oriented on content that has request doesnt like Internet Protocol or IP that oriented on host who provide the content. By combine VANET with NDN, we can achive the maximum capabilities of communication between vehicle because vehicle doesnt need care about who provide the content or data but just care about what content that want to be request and what content that need to be deliver

Dalam teori graf, masalah jalur terpendek merupakan suatu masalah pencarian jalur antara dua verteks sedemikian sehingga jumlah bobot dari busur penyusunnya adalah minimum. Masalah jalur terpendek ini salah satunya dapat ditemui pada jaringan data, yakni proses routing pada saat pengiriman data dari node sumber ke node tujuan. Terdapat beberapa algoritma atau metode yang dapat memecahkan masalah jalur terpendek ini, pada skripsi ini akan dibahas penerapan algoritma genetika yang didasarkan prinsip evolusi biologi dalam penyelesaian jalur terpendek. Operator dasar yang digunakan pada skripsi ini adalah roda roulette untuk reproduksi, order crossover untuk crossover, dan insertion mutation untuk mutasi. Kinerja algoritma genetika akan diuji dengan menggunakan data dari OR-Library. Berdasarkan hasil percobaan diperoleh bahwa algoritma genetika cukup baik untuk digunakan dalam penyelesaian masalah jalur terpendek. Selain itu, ditunjukkan bahwa perubahan nilai parameter algoritma genetika ternyata mempengaruhi kinerja algoritma genetika dalam memperoleh solusi. ......In graph theory, shortest path problem is a problem of finding a path between two vertices such that the total cost of the constituent edges is minimum. Shortest path problem can be found in data networks, namely routing process, when transmitting data from a source node to a destination node. There are several algorithms or methods that can solve this problem. In this final project, genetic algorithm based on principles of evolutionary biology is used to solve it. The basic operator for the genetic algorithm that used are the roulette-wheel for reproduction, order crossover, and insertion mutation. The performance of the genetic algorithm will be applied by using data from OR-Library. Based on the experiment result, the genetic algorithm is good enough to solve the shortest path problem. In addition, changes in values of parameters will affect the performance of the genetic algorithm in obtaining a solution.

This book discusses the fusion of mobile and WiFi network data with semantic technologies and diverse context sources for offering semantically enriched context-aware services in the telecommunications domain. It presents the OpenMobileNetwork as a platform for providing estimated and semantically enriched mobile and WiFi network topology data using the principles of Linked Data. This platform is based on the OpenMobileNetwork Ontology consisting of a set of network context ontology facets that describe mobile network cells as well as WiFi access points from a topological perspective and geographically relate their coverage areas to other context sources. The book also introduces Linked Crowdsourced Data and its corresponding Context Data Cloud Ontology, which is a crowdsourced dataset combining static location data with dynamic context information. Linked Crowdsourced Data supports the OpenMobileNetwork by providing the necessary context data richness for more sophisticated semantically enriched context-aware services. Various application scenarios and proof of concept services as well as two separate evaluations are part of the book. As the usability of the provided services closely depends on the quality of the approximated network topologies, it compares the estimated positions for mobile network cells within the OpenMobileNetwork to a small set of real-world cell positions. The results prove that context-aware services based on the OpenMobileNetwork rely on a solid and accurate network topology dataset. The book also evaluates the performance of the exemplary Semantic Tracking as well as Semantic Geocoding services, verifying the applicability and added value of semantically enriched mobile and WiFi network data.
