"Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana pelaksanaan wajib lapor bagi pecandu Narkotika dapat diimplementasikan sebagaimana yang telah diamatkan dalam UU Narkotika. Penanganan pecandu menjadi sulit, karena adanya resistensi penyalahguna terhadap wajib lapor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskritif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa penyebab penyalahguna tidak melapor serta bagaimana pendekatan terhadap peyalahguna. Selanjutnya bagaimana penanganannya agar mereka dapat dilakukan pendataan, rehabilitasi dan pengawasannya, dengan melibatkan instansi terkait lainnya. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus instrumental, dari hasil wawancara, pengamatan langsung, dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1. masih adanya permasalahan hukum bagi pecandu dalam penanganannya; 2. Belum adanya bentuk pelayanan tepat.

This study focuses on how the implementation of compulsory reporting for narcotics addicts can be implemented as it has been mandated by the Narcotics Law. Handling addict becomes difficult, because of the resistance against the compulsory reporting abusers. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The purpose of this study to determine what the cause of abuse is not reported and how the approach to peyalahguna. Furthermore, how to handle so that they can do data collection, rehabilitation and monitoring, with the involvement of other relevant agencies. This study design using qualitative research case study instrumental, from interviews, direct observation, it can be concluded that: 1. there are still legal issues for addicts in treatment; 2. The absence of appropriate forms of service."

"In this article, we developed a resubmitted lot for group acceptance sampling plan to ensure the lifetime of the product quality assuming that the product lifetime follows the exponentiated half logistic distribution. The plan parameters are determined by fixing the experiment termination time and the number of testers at the specified producer?s and consumer?s risks both satisfy simultaneously. The proposed group sampling plan is compared with the ordinary group sampling plan. An example is given to illustrate the methodology."

"ABSTRAKIndonesia menjadi salah satu negara dengan tingkat korupsi dan penghindaran pajak yang tinggi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah adalah dengan kebijakan penghimpunan data dan informasi dari pihak eksternal sebagai salah satu aksi pencegahan korupsi dan reformasi tata kelola pajak. Tesis ini membahas implementasi kebijakan penghimpunan data dan informasi yang berkaitan dengan perpajakan dari instansi, lembaga, asosiasi dan pihak lain sebagai upaya pencegahan korupsi dan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap implementasi kebijakan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan postpositivis dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan para informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas data ILAP yang diterima masih rendah, mekanisme evaluasi dan pengawasan atas penggunaan data belum tersedia serta beberapa ILAP yang tidak patuh menjadi faktor penghambat sehingga implenentasi kebijakan penghimpunan data dan informasi dari ILAP belum optimal.

ABSTRACTIndonesia is one of the countries with high levels of corruption and tax avoidance. To overcome these problems the government issued a policy to collect data and information from external parties as one of the actions to prevent corruption and tax governance reform. This study discusses the implementation of data and information collection policies relating to taxation from agencies, institutions, associations and other parties as an effort to prevent corruption and the factors that influence the implementation of these policies. This study uses postpositivist approach with descriptive research type through literature studies and in-depth interviews. The results of this study concludes that the low quality of ILAP data received, lack of evaluation and control mechanism for the use of data and several non-compliant ILAP became inhibiting factor so that the implementation of data and information policies from ILAP was not optimal."

"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi salah satu proses uji tuntas pajak, yaitu pengumpulan data dan pengumpulan informasi yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik ABC untuk proyek X. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan proses pelaksanaan pengumpulan data dan prosedur pengumpulan informasi dengan teori yang relevan. Berdasarkan evaluasi, hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengumpulan data dan proses pengumpulan informasi yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik ABC pada review uji tuntas pajak proyek X telah sesuai dengan teori yang relevan. Namun, masih ada beberapa kekurangan yang teridentifikasi pada implementasi proses. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengusulkan beberapa rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi.

This internship report aims to evaluate one of tax due diligence process, which is the data collection and information gathering conducted by ABC Public Accounting Firm for project X. The evaluation is conducted by comparing the process of conducting the data collection and information gathering procedure with the relevant theories.

Based on the evaluation, the result shows that the data collection and information gathering process conducted by ABC Public Accounting Firm on project X's tax due diligence review have been in accordance with the relevant theories. However, there are still several deficiencies identified on the implementation of the process. Therefore, I proposed some recommendations to improve the efficiency."

"Pendataan mahasiswa merupakan salah satu aktivitas yang penting dalam operasional sebuah universitas. Terkadang proses pendataan mahasiswa ini terdapat permasalahan, seperti banyaknya proses yang harus dilakukan dan juga banyaknya waktu yang tersita untuk pendataan mahasiswa. Terlebih akibat Covid-19 pendataan mahasiswa khususnya pada pendaftaran langsung yang memerlukan data para mahasiswa menjadi terhambat. Pada tugas akhir ini, mengembangkan teknologi berbasis web yang digunakan untuk sebuah sistem pendataan yaitu membuat aplikasi pendataan mahasiswa berbasis website. Aplikasi pendataan mahasiswa dapat mengenali sebuah karakter pada gambar Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa (KTM) dari hasil pengambilan gambar melalui kamera dan mencatat data dalam bentuk teks. Untuk dapat mengenali sebuah karakter pada sebuah kartu mahasiswa, maka akan digunakan sistem Optical Character Recognition (OCR) yang menggunakan sistem preprocessing. Pada penelitian ini, preprocessing akan dibandingkan untuk dicari untuk mengetahui sistem mana yang paling optimal. Preprocessing akan diuji terhadap jarak dan resolusi kamera. Setalah melakukan pengujian, sistem yang paling optimal adalah sistem yang menggunakan preprocessing binarization dengan jarak pengambilan gambar 10 cm dan diambil dengan resolusi kamera sebesar 16 MP.

Student data collection is one of the important activities in the operation of a university. The student data collection process at each university has its own operational standards. Sometimes the student data collection process has problems, such as the number of processes that must be carried out and also the amount of time it takes to collect student data. Especially due to Covid-19, student data collection, especially in direct registration, which requires student data, is hampered. In this final project, developing a web-based application that is used for a data collection system which is website-based student data collection. The student data collection application can get a character in the Student Identity Card image from the results of taking pictures through the camera and record the data in text form. To be able to recognize a character on a student card, an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) system will be used that uses a preprocessing system. In this study, preprocessing will be compared to find out which system is the most optimal. Preprocessing will be tested against camera distance and resolution. After testing, the most optimal system is a system that uses preprocessing binarization with a shooting distance of 10 cm and taken with a camera resolution of 16 MP."

"Indonesia telah melaksanakan pendekatan Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit Berbasis Masyarakat dan Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit untuk menurunkan beban penyakit dan kematian balita akibat pneumonia. Data temuan kasus dan tatalaksana pneumonia yang bersumber dari pelaksanaan Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit Berbasis Masyarakat dan Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit merupakan sumber penting laporan rutin Program Pencegahan dan Pengendalian ISPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Program Pencegahan dan Pengendalian ISPA yang dapat meningkatkan kelengkapan laporan dan mempercepat pengiriman laporan Program Pencegahan dan Pengendalian ISPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan teknik prototyping. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prototipe Sistem Informasi Program Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut berbasis web dan android. Prototipe Sistem Informasi Program Pencegahan dan Pengedalian ISPA berbasis web dan android dapat mengurangi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk proses pengumpulan, pengolahan, pengiriman dan penyajian data Program Pencegahan dan Pengendalian ISPA.

Indonesia has implemented the Community-Based Integrated Management of Childhood Illness approach and Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses to reduce the burden of illness and death of children under five from pneumonia. Data on case finding and management of pneumonia originating from the implementation of Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses and Community-Based Integrated Management of Childhood Illness are important sources of routine reports of Acute Respiratory Infection Prevention and Control Programs.

This study aims to design an Acute Respiratory Infection Prevention and Control Program Information System that can improve report completeness and accelerate the delivery of Acute Respiratory Infection Prevention and Control Program reports. This study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with prototyping techniques.

The results of this study are a prototype of a web-based and android based Prevention and Control Program for Acute Respiratory Infection Program. Web-based and android-based Prevention and Control Program for Acute Respiratory Infection Program prototype can reduce the time needed for the process of collecting, processing, sending and presenting Acute Respiratory Infection Prevention and Control programs."
