Direktorat Jenderal Pelayanan Kesehatan telah membuat aplikasi DashboardDitjen Yankes yang dapat diunduh secara gratis pada play store aplikasi android dengan mengintegrasikan sistem informasi rumah sakit di seluruh rumah sakitvertikal dibawah Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Aplikasi Dashboard Ditjen Yankesmerupakan salah satu inovasi dari Direktorat Jenderal Pelayanan Kesehatan yangbertujuan memberikan kemudahan akses informasi pelayanan di Rumah sakit bagipasien serta merupakan salah satu tools dalam menilai kinerja pelayanan rumahsakit bagi Kementerian Kesehatan RI dan Rumah sakit itu sendiri. Berdasarkanhal tersebut, maka evaluasi sistem menurut persepsi pengguna sangat penting,karena merekalah yang seharusnya merasakan kebutuhan dan manfaat dari sistem.Untuk mengetahui keinginan dari pengguna mengenai sistem informasi makadiperlukan suatu alat evaluasi yang akan ditanyakan kepada pengguna. Hal-halyang akan ditanyakan kepada pengguna meliputi performa, informasi, aspekefisiensi dan aspek pelayanan. Acuan yang akan digunakan utuk evaluasi sisteminformasi adalah menggunakan metode PIECES yang terdiri dari Performance,Information/Data, Economic, Control/Security, Efficiency, and Service. Hasilpenelitian Informasi yang dihasilkan dalam aplikasi dashboard ditjen yankesmasih belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan informasi. Usulan perbaikanPengembangan aplikasi tidak hanya pada content dan fitur-fitur yang ada didalamaplikasi tetapi juga dari segi infrastruktur dan sarana serta prasarana yang dapatmenunjang aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik. Dalam hal ini yang harus menjadifokus juga yaitu kapasitas server, jaringan internet yang memadai serta sarana danprasarana lainnya. The Directorate General of Health Services has made an Application DashboardDitjenYankes which can be downloaded for free in the play store androidapplication by integrating hospital information systems in all hospitals under theMinistry of Health Vertical. Application Dashboard Ditjen Yankes is one of theinnovations from the Directorate General of Health Services which aims toprovide easy access to information services in hospitals for patients and is one ofthe tools in assessing the performance of hospital services for the Ministry ofHealth and the Hospital itself. Based on this, then the evaluation of the systemaccording to user perception is very important, because they are the ones whoshould feel the needs and benefits of the system. To know the desire of the userregarding the information system then required an evaluation tool that will beasked to the user. Things to ask users include performance, information,efficiency aspects and service aspects. References to be used for evaluation ofinformation systems is using PIECES method consisting of Performance,Information Data, Economic, Control Security, Efficiency, and Service. Theresults of the information generated in the application dashboard Ditjen Yankesstill can not meet the information needs. Proposed improvements Applicationdevelopment not only on the content and features that exist in the application butalso in terms of infrastructure and facilities and infrastructure that can support theapplication can run well. In this case that should be the focus also of servercapacity, adequate internet network and other facilities and infrastructure.
