Abstrak :
Pandemi COVID-19 telah menyebabkan efek psikologis terhadap tenaga kesehatan, mereka mengalami peningkatan beban kerja/jam kerja serta kekurangan APD. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menilai efek psikologis Pandemi COVID-19 pada tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Ahmad Yani Kota Metro, Lampung. Populasi penelitian adalah dokter, bidan dan perawat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi Cross Sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada periode April-Mei 2022. Penilaian menggunakan kuisioner GAD-7, PSS-10, dan Work-Family Balance untuk menilai efek psikologis. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa tenaga kesehatan dengan masa kerja yang lama, usia yang dewasa dan sudah memiliki anak cenderung memiliki tingkat stres yang lebih rendah, namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara masa kerja, usia dan keberadaan anak dengan tingkat kecemasan dan keseimbangan pekerjaan-keluarga. Hasil lainnya adalah terdapat hubungan antara status pekerjaan dan tingkat stres, namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin, status pekerjaan dan pekerjaan dengan tingkat kecemasan, tingkat stres dan keseimbangan pekerjaan-keluarga. Tidak terdapat perbedaan efek psikologis tenaga kesehatan berdasarkan unit kerja dan perbedaan profesi antara dokter dan perawat. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini terdapat efek psikologis Pandemi COVID-19 dalam berbagai tingkatan pada tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Ahmad Yani Kota Metro, Lampung. Rekomendasi yang disampaikan adalah perlu strategi penanggulangan untuk mengatasi permasalahan psikologis menggunakan model HCPS dengan dukungan dari manajemen, termasuk penyiapan persyaratan diantaranya ketersediaan tim psikologi. ...... The COVID-19 pandemic has caused psychological effects health workers, they have increase in workload or working hours and lack of Personal Protective Equipment. This study aims to identify and assess the psychological effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on health workers at Ahmad Yani Hospital, Metro, Lampung and population are doctors, midwives and nurses. This study is a quantitative with a cross sectional study design and was conducted in April-May 2022. The assessment used the GAD-7, PSS-10, and Work-Family Balance questionnaires to assess psychological effects. The results found that health workers with long tenure, mature age and children have lower stress levels, but there is no relationship between tenure, age and having children with anxiety levels and work-family balance. Another result, there is a relationship between work status and stress levels, but there is no relationship between gender, work status and work with anxiety levels, stress levels and work-family balance. There are no differences in the psychological effects of health workers based on work units and differences in professions. The conclusion is there are psychological effects of COVID-19 pandemic at various levels on health workers at Ahmad Yani Hospital, Metro, Lampung. Recommendation submitted is prevention strategy needs to overcome psychological problems using the HCPS model with support from management, including the preparation of requirements such as availability of psychology team.

Abstrak :
Prancis menerapkan berbagai protokol kesehatan untuk mengurangi penyebaran virus Covid-19. Protokol kesehatan dipublikasikan melalui internet seperti pada situs resmi pemerintah, poster, video Youtube, dan bahkan Webtoon. Webtoon Prenez soin de vous merupakan Webtoon Prancis yang bertujuan untuk menginformasikan penerapan protokol kesehatan kepada pembaca. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan bagaimana aspek sintaksis yang berupa fungsi dalam kalimat pada komik Webtoon dapat berperan dalam mempromosikan penerapan protokol kesehatan di Prancis. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, fungsi kalimat dianalisis dengan teori sintaksis milik Le Querler (1994). Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa kalimat pada keenam komik didominasi dengan penggunaan fonctions primaire essentiel dan fonctions primarie accessoire yang membuat kalimat lebih informatif dan spesifik dalam mempromosikan penerapan protokol kesehatan dengan menyebutkan berbagai frasa keterangan yang berhubungan dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan. Kalimat yang didominasi dengan keberadaan fonctions primaire accessoire juga membuat kalimat dapat lebih dimengerti oleh pembaca karena menyebutkan cara dan anjuran dalam mematuhi penerapan protokol kesehatan yang berlaku. Analisis fungsi kalimat juga mengungkapkan kalimat yang dominan digunakan, yaitu kalimat imperatif terlihat dari penggunaan fungsi pivot dan kembali mendukung tujuan pengarang dalam mempromosikan penerapan protokol kesehatan. Selain itu, frasa-frasa yang berfungsi sebagai fonctions primare essentiels dan fonctions primaire accessoire digunakan secara repetitif memperlihatkan bahwa penulis dengan gencar menginformasikan dan mempromosikan penerapan protokol kesehatan sehingga pembaca dapat memahami realitas yang terjadi di masyarakat. ......France has implemented various health protocols in order to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Prenez soin de vous is a French Webtoon that aims to inform the readers regarding the implementation of health protocols. This research aims to show how sentence function as a syntactic aspect in Webtoon comics can have a role in promoting the implementation of health protocols in France. By using qualitative methods, the sentences functions were analyzed by Le Querler’s (1994) syntactic theory. The results shows that the sentences in the six comics are dominated by the use of fonctions primaire essentiels and fonctions primaire accessoire which makes the sentences more informative and specific by mentioning various descriptive phrases related to the implementation of health protocols. The presence of fonctions primaire accesoire in the sentences also makes the sentence more understandable to the reader because it mentions ways in complying with the application of the health protocol. The sentences functions analysis also reveals that the dominant sentence used is the imperative sentence, seen from the usage of the pivot function, supporting the author's intention of promoting the application of health protocols. Furthermore, the phrases that function as fonctions primaire essentiels and fonction primaire accessoire are used repeatedly shows that the author intensively informs and promotes the implementation of health protocols with the purpose that readers can understand the reality that occurs in society.
