Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai partisipasi warga RW 009, Kelurahan Cipinang, Jakarta Timur dalam penaggulangan dampak pandemi Covid-19 dari disiplin Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penetapan pandemi Covid-19 sebagai bencana non alam sebab virus Covid-19 bertransmisi dengan sangat cepat dan menimbulkan dampak yang signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk pada warga RW 009. Sehingga, untuk menanggulangi dampak pandemi Covid-19, diperlukan upaya dari berbagai pihak, mulai dari pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, dan juga masyarakat. Pelibatan partisipasi masyarakat sangat dibutuhkan karena masyarakat merupakan salah satu elemen utama dalam penanggulangan bencana. Dengan demikian, diperlukan inisiatif dari masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam penanggulangan dampak pandemi Covid-19 tersebut. Maka, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dampak pandemi Covid-19 pada warga RW 009 dan bagaimana partisipasi warga RW 009 dalam menanggulangi dampak pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam pada empat belas informan yang dipilih melalui metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling sampling dalam kurun waktu bulan Februari sampai Juni 2022 secara daring dan luring. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap aspek sosial, emosional, dan ekonomi warga RW 009. Selain itu, ditemukan juga partisipasi warga yang aktif dan inisiatif maupun partisipasi warga dengan pihak lain di luar warga RW 009 dalam penanggulangan dampak pandemi Covid-19. Partisipasi warga RW 009, antara lain (1) pemberian informasi, imbauan, dan teguran; (2) terbentuknya Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Relawan-IX; (3) donasi masyarakat dan dana sosial; dan (4) pemberian dukungan dan bantuan perorangan. Sedangkan partisipasi warga RW 009 bersama pihak lain di luar warga RW 009, yakni (1) kolaborasi Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Relawan-IX dengan pihak X; (2) bantuan finansial dalam bentuk sumbangan; dan kerja sama informal dengan rumah sakit dan klinik PCR. Kemudian, ditemukan juga faktor pendorong partisipasi, yakni adanya budaya gotong royong dan dorongan dari dalam diri individu, seperti rasa empati dan simpati, adanya kemampuan, keresahan, dorongan dari pengalaman, serta adab bertetangga. Hambatan yang ditemukan dalam partisipasi warga RW 009, yakni adanya kecurigaan terhadap salah satu penyelenggara donasi masyarakat dan kurangnya kesadaran segelintir warga RW 009, Kelurahan Cipinang, Jakarta Timur untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Dengan mengkaji partisipasi warga, maka diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi program studi Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial berupa konsep partisipasi masyarakat dalam mata kuliah Intervensi Komunitas. Beragamnya partisipasi warga dalam menanggulangi dampak pandemi Covid-19 juga mengantarkan warga RW 009 dalam mencapai kesejahteraan karena kesehatan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dari kesejahteraan sosial. ......This study discusses the participation of residents of RW 009, Cipinang Sub District, East Jakarta in the response to the ramifications of the Covid-19 pandemic from the discipline of Social Welfare Study. The study was set back by the designation of the Covid-19 pandemic as a non-natural disaster because the Covid-19 virus transmitted very quickly and had a significant impact on various aspects of people's lives, including those of RW 009. To counter the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, efforts are needed from various parties, including the central government, local governments, and the community. Community participation is urgently needed because community is one of the main elements in disaster response. Therefore, it is necessary to take initiatives from the community to participate in countermeasures against the ramifications of the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, the purpose of this study is to describe the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the residents of RW 009 and how the participation of residents of RW 009 in overcoming the ramifications of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The data in this study was conducted through in-depth interview with fourteen informants selected through non-probability sampling using purposive sampling techniques in the period from February to June 2022, online and offline. The findings of the research shows that the residents of RW 009 were affected in social, emotional, and economic aspects from the Covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, it is found that there are active and initiative participations from the residents of RW 009 and participation of residents with other parties outside RW 009 in response to the ramifications of the Covid-19 pandemic. The participation of the RW 009 residents include (1) providing information, appeals, and reprimand; (2) the establishing of a Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Relawan-IX; (3) community donation and social funds; and (4) providing individual support and assistance. Meanwhile, the participation of other parties outside the residents of RW 009 are (1) collaboration of Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Relawan-IX with party X; (2) financial assistance in the form of donations; and (3) informal cooperation with PCR hospitals and clinics. Then, the factors driving participation were also found, namely the presence of a culture of mutual interest and encouragement from within the individual, such as empathy and sympathy, ability, agitation, encouragement from experience, and neighbors. The obstacles found in the participation of residents of RW 009, namely the suspicion of one of the organizers of community donation and the lack of awareness of a few residents of RW 009, Cipinang Sub District, East Jakarta to comply with health protocols. It is hoped that this study will contribute to the Social Welfare Science study program in the form of the concept of community participation in Community Intervention courses. The diverse participation of residents in tackling the ramifications of the Covid-19 pandemic has also led RW 009 to achieve well-being because health is an important aspect of social welfare

Etnis Tionghoa di Indonesia masih menjalankan tradisi dan budaya Cina yang telah dilakukan secara turun temurun sepanjang tahunnya, salah satunya adalah tradisi sembahyang arwah leluhur yang dilaksanakan pada Perayaan Zhong Yuan setiap bulan tujuh penanggalan Imlek. Namun, pandemi Covid-19 yang ditetapkan sebagai pandemi global oleh WHO, mengggangu tatanan tradisi dan budaya etnis Tionghoa yang salah satunya merupakan tradisi upacara Sembahyang Chao Du dan Sembahyang Muja di Kelenteng Tek Hay Kiong Tegal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif serta menggunakan pendekatan komparatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 sangat mempengaruhi upacara Sembahyang Chao Du dan Sembahyang Muja di Kelenteng Tek Hay Kiong Tegal. Selain itu, ditemukan pula beberapa perubahan dalam upacara Sembahyang Chao Du dan Sembahyang Muja di Kelenteng Tek Hay Kiong Tegal seiring dengan kebijakan yang dicanangkan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia terkait pencegahan penyebaran pandemi Covid-19 di Tegal. ......Chinese ethnic in Indonesia still carry out Chinese traditions and culture that have been passed down from generation to generation throughout the year, one of which is the ancestral prayer tradition which is held at the Zhong Yuan Celebration every seven months of the Lunar New Year. However, the Covid-19 pandemic, which has been established as a global pandemic by WHO, has disrupted the order of ethnic Chinese traditions and culture, one of which is the tradition of the Chao Du Prayer and Muja Prayer ceremonies at the Tek Hay Kiong Temple in Tegal. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods and using a comparative approach. Data collection techniques using triangulation technic. The results of this study indicate that the Covid-19 pandemic greatly affected the Chao Du Prayer and Muja Prayer ceremonies at the Tek Hay Kiong Temple in Tegal. In addition, there were also several changes in the Chao Du Prayer and Muja Prayer ceremonies at the Tek Hay Kiong Temple in Tegal in line with the policies launched by the Indonesian Government regarding the prevention of the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in Tegal.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap layanan sirkulasi Perpustakaan Sekolah Kristen Calvin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus yang dilakukan di Perpustakaan Sekolah Kristen Calvin di Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan tinjauan dokumen. Informan yang terkait dengan penelitian ini ada tiga, yaitu kepala perpustakaan dan dua staf perpustakaan. Data yang dikumpulkan diinterpretasi dan diverifikasi dengan membandingkan data-data serta pengertian konteks Sekolah Kristen Calvin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada dampak positif dalam upaya penanggulangan dampak negatif pandemi Covid-19 pada Perpustakaan Sekolah Kristen Calvin. Hanya saja, layanan sirkulasi Perpustakaan Sekolah Kristen Calvin mengalami penurunan dibandingkan saat sebelum pandemi. ......This research aims to identify the impact of pandemic Covid-19 in the circulation service of Kristen Calvin School Library. This research used qualitative methods with a case study approach conducted in the library of Kristen Calvin School in Jakarta. The data collection techniques consist of observations, interviews, and document studies. The informant involved in the study was three people consisting the head of the school library and two library staff. The collected data was interpreted and verified by comparing various data sources based on the context in Kristen Calvin School Library. The study found that there are positive impacts in the midst of efforts to overcome the negative impacts of pandemic Covid-19 on the library. However, there is a decrease in the circulation service of the library compared to before pandemic Covid-19 arise.
