"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja penyidik di Subdit Siber Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya, dengan beban kerja sebagai variabel moderasi. Kejahatan siber yang berkembang pesat menuntut penyidik yang kompeten dan berbagi pengetahuan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja kolektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei kepada penyidik dan analisis data melalui regresi berganda dan analisis moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan sebesar 40,7% terhadap kinerja penyidik. Knowledge sharing juga berpengaruh positif, menyumbang 25,3% dari varians kinerja. Beban kerja memoderasi hubungan ini, dimana dampak positif kompetensi terhadap kinerja menurun menjadi 16,6% dan dampak knowledge sharing menjadi 14,0% ketika beban kerja tinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen beban kerja yang efektif diperlukan untuk memaksimalkan manfaat kompetensi dan knowledge sharing dalam meningkatkan kinerja penyidik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang determinan kinerja dalam penegakan hukum dan memberikan wawasan praktis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas investigasi kejahatan siber melalui pengembangan kompetensi dan pembudayaan berbagi pengetahuan.

This research aims to analyze the influence of competence and knowledge sharing on the performance of investigators at the Cyber ​​Sub-Directorate of the Criminal Investigation Department of Polda Metro Jaya, with workload as a moderating variable. Rapidly growing cybercrime demands competent investigators and effective knowledge sharing to improve collective performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey of investigators and data analysis through multiple regression and moderation analysis. The research results show that competence has a significant positive influence of 40.7% on investigator performance. Knowledge sharing also has a positive effect, accounting for 25.3% of the variance in performance. Workload moderates this relationship, where the positive impact of competence on performance decreases to 16.6% and the impact of knowledge sharing becomes 14.0% when workload is high. These findings indicate that effective workload management is needed to maximize the benefits of competency and knowledge sharing in improving investigator performance. This research contributes to the understanding of the determinants of performance in law enforcement and provides practical insights for increasing the effectiveness of cybercrime investigations through competency development and the cultivation of knowledge sharing."
