Abstrak :
Pendekatan customer-centric adalah strategi fokus kepada pelanggan,sedangkan bauran pemasaran SAVE solutions, access, value, dan education dengan konsep pendekatan perilaku pelanggan secara spesifik oleh karenaglobalisasi, informasi teknologi yang terus meningkat dan peningkatan harapan pelanggan yang multidimensi. Studi ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran modelSAVE terhadap strategi customer-centric dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode cross-sectional serta jumlah sampel 96 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutu pelayanan sebagai bagian dari value,diharapkan memberikan pelayanan dokter tepat waktu, pelayanan obat danpemeriksaan penunjang yang cepat. Informasi digital muncul sebagai bagian daribauran education yang paling berpengaruh terhadap strategi customer-centric.Penggunaan media sosial sebagai penyedia informasi ekspresif terhadap pasiendapat membantu sistem pemasaran Poliklinik Eksekutif RS Hermina Depok.
Customer centric approach is meant to focus on the customers, meanwhileSAVE solutions, access, value, education marketing mix is concept marketingmix modeling that is able to accommodate specific customer behavior becauseglobalization, information technology and multi dimensional customerexpectations. This study aims to determine the influence of save marketing mixagainst customer centric strategy used quantitative approach and cross sectionalmethod with a sample of 96 people. The results showed that the quality of serviceas part of the value, is expected to provide timely medical services, drug servicesand rapid additional examination. Digital information emerges as part of the mostinfluential education mix for customer centric strategy. The use of social media asa provider of expressive information to patients can help the marketing system ofExecutive Polyclinic RS Hermina Depok.

ABSTRAK
Penulisan skripsi ini mempelajari dampak inisiatif CSR, yaitu i) customer-centric ii) lingkungan iii) filantropis dan iv) etika bank komersial di Indonesia terhadap loyalitas nasabah mereka. Peneliti telah menggunakan kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Responden yang ditargetkan adalah nasabah perbankan komersial dimana bank yang mereka gunakan beroperasi di Indonesia. Setelah melakukan regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS, terbukti bahwa hanya inisiatif CSR customer-centric dan etika memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan perbankan komersial. Sementara inisiatif lingkungan dan filantropis tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan perbankan komersial. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk manajemen bank untuk memahami bahwa CSR bisa dikelola secara strategis (Strategic CSR) untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan mereka. Serta, meningkatkan paparan mengenai inisiatif lingkungan dan filantropis yang mereka lakukan untuk pengetahuan pelanggan
ABSTRACT
This thesis paper studies the effects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, which are i) customer-centric ii) environmental iii) philanthropic and iv) ethical of commercial banks in Indonesia towards their customer loyalty. The researcher have used questionnaires as the method of data collection. The targeted respondents of this thesis paper are commercial banking customers‟ of which their banks of use exists and operates in Indonesia. After conducting multiple regression through SPSS, results revealed that only customer-centric and ethical CSR initiatives had a statistical significant relationship towards the commercial banking customers‟ loyalty, while environmental and philanthropic CSR initiatives did not have a statistical significant relationship towards customer loyalty. Therefore, it is important to for management of banks to understand that CSR could be strategically managed by commercial banking managers in order to maintain their customers‟ loyalty. As well as, enhance exposure regarding environmental and philanthropic iniatives of banks for the customers to acknowledge

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan customer-centric yang ada di dalam social media based brand community hubungan pelanggan dengan produk, merek, perusahaan, dan pelanggan lainnya terhadap brand trust, dengan mengukur efek moderasi dari community engagement dan brand community types. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 220 responden, yang berasal dari dua tipe brand community yaitu customer-initiated brand community dan company-initiated brand community. Secara umum pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil yang didapatkan dari analisis penelitian ini adalah dari keempat elemen hubungan customer-centric hubungan pelanggan dengan produk, merek, perusahaan, dan pelanggan lain , hanya hubungan pelanggan-merek yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap brand trust, sehingga hal tersebut menarik untuk diinvestigasi lebih lanjut. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini juga didapatkan adanya efek moderasi dari community engagement dan community types dalam hubungan customer-centric terhadap brand trust.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to understand the influence of customer centric relationships in the social media based brand community customer relationships with product, brand, companiy, and other customers on brand trust, by measuring the moderating effects of community engagement and brand community types. The respondents are 220 respondents, coming from two types of brand community customer initiated brand community and company initiated brand community. In general, the measurement is done by using Structural Equation Modeling method. The results obtained from the analysis of this study are from the four elements of customer centric relationships customer relationships with products, brands, companies, and other customers , only customer brand relationships that signifcantly affect brand trust, so it is interesting to investigate further. In addition, this research also found moderation effect of community engagement and community types in customer centric relation to brand trust.

Selain faktor-faktor kualitas layanan dan infrastruktur, branding menjadi salah satu faktor krusial untuk membentuk citra dari perusahaan transportasi umum, sehingga mendorong masyarakat untuk memilih moda transportasi umum. Khusus di DKI Jakarta, salah satu perusahaan transportasi umum yang mengusung pengembangan brand melalui sebuah brand community berbasis media sosial adalah PT MRT Jakarta. Pada studi ini, peneliti memperluas studi terkait transportasi umum di Indonesia yang selama ini lebih banyak mengkaji loyalitas konsumen berdasarkan kualitas layanan dan tarif, dengan cara mempertimbangkan konsep brand community berbasis media sosial pada akun Instagram PT MRT Jakarta. Secara lebih detail, tujuan studi ini adalah mengkaji pengaruh brand community berbasis media sosial tersebut terhadap customer centric model (yakni hubungan pelanggan dengan brand, produk, perusahaan, dan pelanggan lainnya) dan brand loyalty. Peneliti melakukan survei online kepada 343 responden yang merupakan pengguna moda transportasi MRT Jakarta sekaligus pengikut akun Instagram PT MRT Jakarta. Adapun uji model dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), memanfaatkan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand community berbasis media sosial dalam kasus akun Instagram PT MRT Jakarta mampu memperkuat brand trust dan brand loyalty, dengan cara meningkatkan hubungan pelanggan-produk, pelanggan-brand, dan pelanggan-perusahaan di dalam customer centric model. Pengaruh terkuat terhadap brand trust terjadi dari variabel hubungan pelanggan-perusahaan, yang menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan tingkat interaksi perwakilan perusahaan dengan pelanggan pada akun Instagram PT MRT Jakarta perlu menjadi prioritas strategi komunikasi dari perusahaan tersebut. ......In addition to service quality and infrastructure, branding is one of the crucial factors in shaping the image of a public transportation company, thereby encouraging people to choose public transportation modes. Especially in DKI Jakarta, one of the public transportation companies that implement brand development through a social media-based brand community is PT MRT Jakarta. This study considering the concept of a social media-based brand community on the Instagram account of PT MRT Jakarta. More specifically, the purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the social media-based brand community on the customer centric model (i.e. the relationships among focal customer and brand, product, company, and other customers) and brand loyalty. An online survey-based empirical study with 343 respondents, who were users of the MRT Jakarta transportation mode as well as followers of the PT MRT Jakarta Instagram account, was conducted. Model testing was carried out using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis, utilizing the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that social media-based brand community can enhance brand trust and brand loyalty, by improving customer relationship with the products, brand, and the company. The strongest influence on brand trust occurs from the customer relationship with the company. This finding indicates that the increased level of interaction between company representatives and customers on the Instagram account of PT MRT Jakarta needs to be a priority for the company’s communication strategy.

Abstrak :
This book uses case studies to discuss consumer awareness of and education on sustainable fashion. It highlights how some textile brands have started using consumer awareness tags to educate consumers on the use of their products (e.g. which machine cycle and temperature they should use to wash their products, as well as the best drying conditions in terms of environmental sustainability). Consumer awareness of and knowledge on sustainable fashion is the crux of customer-centric sustainability, and several NGOs and even brands have started taking essential steps to promote this.
