Abstrak :
Penelitian business coaching ini ditujukan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan faktor dominan penyebab reject ratio pada kegiatan produksi PT. Hudiya Hayat Hanif dengan menggunakan pendekatan six sigma sehingga dapat mengurangi biaya produksi perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan proses wawancara dan observasi dalam mendapatkan data. Data yang didapat digunakan untuk pemetaan kondisi UMKM dengan beberapa metode analisis yang dilakukan. Pemetaan kondisi UMKM tersebut berfokus pada permasalahan reject ratio kegiatan produksi. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pembahasan pendekatan six sigma dalam upaya penurunan faktor dominan penyebab reject ratio. Hasil pembahasan pendekatan six sigma antara lain: faktor dominan penyebab reject ratio adalah pegawai baru, mesin manual, pegawai tidak sesuai SOP, dan pemindahan material; pendekatan six sigma dan asumsi yang digunakan dapat menurunkan reject ratio; dan dapat menurunkan biaya COPQ dalam kegiatan produksi. ......This business coaching research is aimed to solve the dominant factor of reject ratio problem on PT. Hudiya Hayat Hanif's production with six sigma approach in order to decrease the company's production cost. In this research, interview and observation are done to get the needed data. The data are used to map the company's performance with some analysis methods. The map of the performance focuses on production's reject ratio. Therefore, the six sigma approach is done in order to gett the efforts to reduce the dominant factor of reject ratio. The results of the study are dominant factors of reject ratio are new employees, manual machine, not following the standard and procedure, and material moving the six sigma approach and the using assumption can decrease the reject ratio dan can reduce the COPQ of production.
