Abstrak :
Produk farmasi perlu disimpan sesuai suhu penyimpanan yang dianjurkan untuk menjaga kualitas dan mempertahankan kestabilan obat selama masa simpan hingga digunakan konsumen. Pemetaan suhu dalam CDOB tahun 2020 dilakukan secara berkala untuk menjamin penyimpanan produk sesuai ketentuan penyimpanannya. PT Era Caring Indonesia memiliki 5 data logger di ambient room dan cool room yang tidak sesuai dengan pedoman WHO (2015) karena tidak mewakili hasil pemetaan suhu. Pemetaan suhu ulang dilakukan untuk menentukan titik suhu tertinggi dan terendah di ambient room dan cool room sesuai standar WHO. Metode penelitian dilakukan perencanaan tata letak data logger di ambient room dan cool room, memasang data logger (Elitech®) terkalibrasi sesuai perencanaan selama 7 hari setiap jam dan cool room selama 3 hari setiap jam, mengunduh data suhu pada software, dan menganalisa hasil pemetaan suhu. Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan diperoleh suhu tertinggi 26,0°C pada DL-17 dan suhu terendah 24,9°C pada DL-20 pada ambient room (25-30°C). Cool room (15-25°C) memiliki suhu tertinggi 23,3°C pada DL-9 dan suhu terendah 20,3°C pada DL-18. Pemetaan suhu memenuhi persyaratan suhu pada setiap ruangannnya, Namun saat pemetaan suhu berlangsung, daya baterai data logger rendah sehingga jumlah data logger tidak memadai dan tidak mewakili hasil pemetaan suhu gudang sesuai ketentuan WHO (2015). ...... Re-temperature mapping was carried out to determine the highest and lowest temperature points in the ambient room and cool room according to WHO standards. The research method was planning the layout of the data logger, installing a calibrated data logger (Elitech®) according to the plan for 7 days every hour and in the cool room for 3 days every hour, downloading the temperature data into the software, and analyzing the temperature mapping results. Based on the results, the highest temperature was 26.0°C on DL-17 and the lowest temperature was 24.9°C on DL-20 in the ambient room (25-30°C). The cool room (15-25°C) has the highest temperature of 23.3°C on DL-9 and the lowest temperature of 20.3°C on DL-18. Temperature mapping meets the temperature requirements in each room. However, when temperature mapping is taking place, the data logger battery power is low so that the number of data loggers is inadequate and does not represent the results of warehouse temperature mapping according to WHO regulations (2015).

Setiap fasilitas distribusi memiliki kewajiban untuk menjaga mutu obat. Proses penyimpanan yang tidak sesuai dan tidak efisien dapat mempengaruhi mutu obat serta menimbulkan kerugian untuk Pedagang Besar Farmasi. Salah satu kegiatan pemantauan yang dapat dilakukan oleh fasilitas distribusi adalah melakukan pemetaan suhu pada area penyimpanan. Oleh karena itu, pada tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memastikan distribusi suhu penyimpanan produk diarea penyimpanan cool room (15-25°C) dan mengidentifikasi titik terpanas pada area penyimpanan cool room yang akan digunakan sebagai acuan titik pemantauan suhu area penyimpanan. Metode yang digunakan pada tugas khusus ini adalah observasi dan pengolahan data terhadap proses pemetaan suhu area penyimpanan cool room. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa area penyimpanan cool room PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading cabang Jakarta 1 memenuhi persyaratan suhu penyimpanan produk obat pada semua rak penyimpanan dengan catatan pada rak penyimpanan N hanya diperbolehkan menyimpan produk obat dengan suhu diatas 25°C. Selain itu, diperoleh hasil suhu titik tertinggi, rata-rata tertinggi, dan MKT tertinggi terletak pada XH203E. Penentuan titik tertinggi ini digunakan sebagai pemantauan suhu rutin. ......Every distribution facility has a responsibility to maintain the quality of drugs. One of the monitoring activities that can be conducted by distribution facilities is temperature mapping in the storage area. Therefore, the specific objective of this study is to ensure the distribution of storage temperature in the cool room area (15-25°C) and identify the hottest points in the cool room storage area to be used as reference points for temperature monitoring in the storage area. The method used for this study includes observation and data processing of the temperature mapping process in the cool room storage area. Based on the data processing, it can be concluded that the cool room storage area at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Branch Jakarta 1 meets the temperature requirements for storing drug products on all storage racks, with the exception that storage rack N is only allowed to store drug products with temperatures above 25°C. Additionally, the highest temperature point, highest average, and highest MKT (Mean Kinetic Temperature) were found at XH203E. This highest point determination is used for routine temperature monitoring.
