ABSTRAK
Penyakit Psoriaris dapat mengganggu penderita dari segi fisik, karena mengalami perubahan kulit berupa sisik yang tebal, sehingga secara psikologis dapat berdampak menurunkan kualitas hidup penderita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran kepercayaan diri remaja perempuan penderita Psoriasis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif (studi kasus) dengan tiga orang remaja perempuan yang menderita Psoriasis sejak kecil, dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara. Hasil ini mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kepercayaan diri remaja perempua penderita Psoriasis terhadap penampilan fisiknya agar bisa diterima dalam lingkungan. Kepercayaan diri ini menjadi penting bagi remaja penderita Psoriasis untuk dapat beradaptasi dan diterima oleh lingkungan sosialnya.

This paper describes how supplier evaluation used multi criteria and Confidance Interval Approarch at Flavor Company in order to purchase cardboard material supplier. The result of design supplier evaluation six criterion that is seen significant to evaluate supplier by PT MW such: Quality, Delivery, Responsiveness, Flexibility, Relationship, and Cost. The scoring is filled up by the active participant and it is proceed using confidence interval approach method, which is involved purchasing, PPIC, QC, and Packing (warehouse) department. Generaly, the best performance supplier are KS and STG. The result of this supplier evaluation can be used as consideration in deciding the order space policies in the supplier for the next period.

Pertukaran dalam pemasaran politik terdiri dari pertukaran di pasar pemilihan dan pertukaran di pasar pemerintah. Penelitian dalam pemasaran politik umumnya fokus pada pertukaran di pasar pemilihan, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan pertukaran di pasar pemilihan dan pertukaran di pasar pemerintah yang dikenal dengan kampanye permanen. Pertukaran di pasar pemilihan dimulai ketika partai politik menyampaikan janji kepada pemilih, oleh karena itu janji partai politik merupakan variabel independen dalam model penelitian. Selain itu, model penelitian mengusulkan bahwa realisasi janji partai politik akan memengaruhi reputasi merek baik partai politik, memengaruhi kampanye permanen partai politik, dan memengaruhi kepercayaan keputusan pemilih dan akhirnya memengaruhi intensi untuk mendukung partai politik. Terdapat total 9 hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Model penelitian terdiri dari 5 variabel dan total 44 indikator, indikator janji merek partai politik dikembangkan dari analisis faktor tweet twitter partai politik Indonesia. Data diperoleh dari kampanye pemilu 2014 dan dianalisa menggunakan perangkat lunak Provalis QDA Miner. Setelah kuesioner dibangun, kuesioner dikirim kepada sampel mahasiswa di 3 Universitas di Jakarta, total 150 siswa berpartisipasi dan menyelesaikan kuesioner. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dengan 10.000 bootstrap sampel, selanjutnya hasilnya menunjukkan ada 8 hipotesis yang diterima dan 1 hipotesis ditolak. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kampanye permanen sebagai proses realisasi janji partai politik selama masa setelah pemilu signifikan untuk memengaruhi intensi untuk mendukung partai politik. Disisi lain reputasi merek tidak signifikan memengaruhi keyakinan keputusan untuk mendukung partai politik.
The exchange in the political marketing consist of the exchange in the electoral market and the exchange in the government market. The research in political marketing generally focus on the electoral market, therefore this research integrate the exchange in the electoral market and the exchange in the government market which are the permanent campaign. The exchange in the electoral market begin when the political party promise delivered to the target voter, therefore the political party promise is the independent variable within the research model. Furthermore, the model propose that the political party promise realization will influence a good political party brand reputation, influence the political party permanent campaign, and influence the decision confidence of the voter and finally influence the intention to support the political party. There are total 9 hypotheses in this research. The research model consist of 5 variables and there are total 44 indicators, the brand promise variable indicator developed from an exploratory factor analysis on Indonesian political party twitter. The tweet extracted from the 2014 election campaign and further analyzed using the Provalis QDA Miner software. The questionnaire delivered to students in 3 university in Jakarta, the total 150 students participated and finished the questionnaire. Furthermore the partial least square analysis with 10.000 bootstrap sample conducted and the results show there are 8 hypothesis accepted and 1 hypotheses rejected. The findings show that the permanent campaign variable as the process of promise realization during the term after the election is significant to influence the intention to support the political party. The brand reputation is not significant to influence the decision confidence of the political party.

Sport confidence merupakan aspek psikologi penting bagi para atlet agar kineija mereka mencapai kesuksesan. Perenang di SMP/SMA Ragunan adalah atlet junior berbakat untuk mempercepat prestasi di bidang olahraga. Penelitian ini meneliti peran pelatihan mental dalam meningkatkan sport confidence perenang SMP/SMA Ragunan ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mental memiliki peran aktif dalam meningkatkan sport confidence perenang SMP/SMA Ragunan. Relaksasi dan pelatihan visualisasi memainkan peran terbaik dalam meningkatkan sport confidence. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perenang Ragunan ini melanjutkan latihan mental sampai mereka mendapatkan efek positif dalam kineija mereka. Selain itu, bidang olahraga membutuhkan lebih banyak psikolog olahraga di masa depan untuk memberikan pelatihan mental dan program pendidikan di bidang olahraga lainnya.

[ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi akurasi perencanaan dan pemberian perlakuan volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT) menggunakan rekomendasi AAPM Task Group (TG) 119 di Departemen Radioterapi MRCCC Siloam Hospitals Semanggi. TG 119 menetapkan dua tes pendahuluan dan lima tes menyerupai kondisi klinis, serta confidence limit (CL) sebagai nilai standar pengujian. Perencanaan intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) dan VMAT dibuat lokal mengikuti preskripsi dosis dan sasaran perencanaan yang ditetapkan oleh TG 119, kemudian hasil perencanaan lokal dibandingkan dengan hasil TG 119. Pengukuran dosis titik dari pemberian perlakuan IMRT dan VMAT pada daerah dosis tinggi dan rendah diukur menggunakan tiga bilik ionisasi dengan volume aktif yang berbeda, sedangkan pengukuran dosis penampang menggunakan detektor 2D array, distribusi dosis penampang dianalisa dengan kriteria indeks gamma 3 %, 3 mm dan 2 %, 2 mm. CL hasil pengukuran dosis titik IMRT pada daerah dosis tinggi dan rendah 1.06 % dan 0.82 % (CC01), 1.19 % dan 1.58 % (CC13), 1.37 % dan 3.02 % (FC65G). Untuk VMAT 1.47 % dan 1.17 % (CC01), 1.71 % dan 1.95 % (CC13), 2.08 % dan 3.96 % (FC65G). Hasil pengukuran menggunakan bilik ionisasi CC01 dan CC13 mampu memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan TG 119 dibawah 3 %, sedangkan bilik ioisasi FC65G tidak memenuhi kriteria tersebut. Hasil CL analisa indeks gamma IMRT dengan kriteria gamma 3 %, 3 mm dan 2 %, 2mm sebesar 3.68 dan 11.71 (96.32 % dan 88.29 % pass), sedangkan untuk VMAT sebesar 1.44 dan 6.33 (98.56 % dan 93.67 % pass), kedua hasil indeks gamma tersebut masuk dalam kriteria TG 119 dibawah 12.4. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, rekomendasi TG 119 dapat diimplementasikan untuk menguji akurasi perencanaan dan pemberian perlakuan VMAT, hasil tersebut juga menunjukkan keakurasian yang cukup dari perencanaan dan pemberian perlakuan VMAT di institusi lokal.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of treatment planning and delivery of Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT) using recommendation of AAPM Task Group (TG) 119 in the Department of Radiotherapy MRCCC Siloam Hospitals Semanggi. TG 119 establishes two preliminary tests and five tests resemble a clinical condition, as well as the confidence limit (CL) as a benchmark data. Dose prescriptions and planning objectives recommended by TG 119 report were followed to generate Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) and VMAT treatment planning, and then the local planning results compared with the results of TG 119. Point dose measurements were done using three ionization chambers with different active volume at high dose and low dose regions. The planar dose measurements were measured using a 2D detector array and the planar dose distribution was analyzed for percentage of points passing the gamma criteria of 3 %, 3 mm and 2 %, 2 mm. For IMRT plans, the CLs obtained for point dose measurement in areas of high and low doses were 1.06 % and 0.82 % (CC01), 1.19 % and 1.58 % (CC13), 1.37 and 3.02 % (FC65G), whereas a value of 1.47 and 1.17 % (CC01), 1.71 % and 1.95 % (CC13), 2.08 % and 3.96 % (FC65G) for CL VMAT. Point dose measurement results using ion chamber CC01 and CC13 were able to meet the criteria set by TG 119 below 3 %, while for ion chamber FC65G could not meet these criteria. From gamma analysis, CL IMRT for gamma criteria 3 %, 3 mm and 2 %, 2 mm were 3.68 and 11.71 (96.32 % and 88.29 % pass), while for VMAT were 1.44 and 6.33 (98.56 % and 93.67 % pass), gamma index results falls within the criteria TG 119 under 12.4. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara sport-confidence dan self-talk pada atlet bulutangkis. Sport-confidence adalah kepercayaan atau tingkat keyakinan yang individu miliki terhadap kemampuannya untuk meraih keberhasilan dalam bidang olahraga (Vealey, 1986). Sementara itu, self-talk adalah dialog pribadi, diucapkan lantang ataupun tidak, yang digunakan atlet untuk menginterpretasikan perasaan dan persepsinya, meregulasi dan merubah evaluasi dan keyakinannya, serta memberikan instruksi dan reinforcement untuk dirinya sendiri (Hardy, Gammage, & Hall, 2001). Sebanyak 97 atlet bulutangkis menjadi partisipan dalam studi ini dengan mengisi kuesioner. Sport-confidence diukur dengan menggunakan sport-confidence Inventory-4 (SCI-4) yang disusun oleh Vealey & Knight (2002), sedangkan pengukuran self-talk menggunakan Self-Talk Questionnaire (S-TQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Zervas, Stavrou, & Psychountaki (2007). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara SC-physical skills and training, SC-cognitive efficiency, dan SC-resilience dengan ST-motivasional dan ST-kognitif. ......This research is conducted to find the relationship between sport-confidence and self-talk among badminton athletes. Sport-confidence was defined as the belief or degree of certainty individuals possess about their ability to be successful in sport (Vealey, 1986, P. 222). Meanwhile, self-talk was defined as a dialogue, a small voice in one?s head or said loud, in which the individual interprets feelings and perception, regulates and changes evaluations and convictions, and gives him/herself instruction and reinforcement (Hardy, Gammage, & Hall, 2001). 97 badminton athletes participated in this study by completing the questionnaires. Sport-confidence was measured by sport-confidence Inventory-4 (SCI-4) created by Vealey & Knight (2002) while, self-talk was measured by Self-Talk Questionnaire (S-TQ) created by Zervas, Stavrou, & Psychountaki (2007). The result of this research shows that SC-physical skills and training, SC-cognitive efficiency, and SC-resilience positive correlated significantly with ST-motivational and ST-cognitive.

If there is one value that seems beyond reproach in modernity, it is that of the self and the terms that cluster around it, such as self-esteem, self-confidence and self-respect. It is not clear, however, that all those who invoke the self really know what they are talking about, or that they are all talking about the same thing. What is this thing called 'self', then, and what is its psychological, philosophical and educational salience? More specifically, what role do emotions play in the creation and constitution of the self? This book proposes a realist, emotion-grounded conception of selfhood.
