Abstrak :
Persaingan di dunia pendidikan yang semakin ketat membuat sebuah perguruan tinggi memerlukan sebuah sistem komputerisasi untuk dapat meraih suatu nilai strategis yang dapat diandalkan dalam memenangkan persaingan tersebut. Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan (SPK) merupakan salah satu sistem informasi komputer yang dirancang untuk menunjang dan meningkatkan proses pembuatan keputusan. SPK dibangun untuk mendukung keputusan-keputusan bagi tingkatan menajemen menegah keatas. Analisis secara manual terhadap cetakan laporan nilai mahasiswa yang berjumlah sekitar 30.000 record tiap semester memerlukan upaya sangat besar dimana hal tersebut menyebabkan kelelahan dan kejenuhan yang mengakibatkan pengambilan keputusan menjadi lambat dan hasilnya kurang optimal. Dengan teknologi SPK laporan tesebut dapat disajikan dalam bentuk rangkuman yang direpresentasikan dalam bentuk pohon keputusan maupun grafik tiga dimensi sehingga memudahkan penganalisaan. Thesis ini merancang sebuah SPK untuk STMIK Budi Luhur dengan mengikuti standar-standar metodologi. Terdapat lima tahapan metodologi pembangunan yang dilakukan yaitu menentukan konteks dan ruang lingkupnya; menentukan informasi strategis dan dukungan yang diperlukan; meninjau sistem saat ini serta mengidentifikasi pilihan-pilihan yang dipadukan dengan kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang ada; menentukan konstruksi strategis; dan membuat rancangan implementasinya. Misi dari thesis ini ialah agar SPK ini dapat meningkatkan produktivitas eksekutif dalam mengambil keputusan sehingga dapat meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing. Dengan demikian visi dan misi STMIK Budi Luhur dapat dicapai secara optimal.

The competition in education businesses that grows up rapidly makes a higher education need a computerized system to achieve a strategic value to win that competition. A Decision Support System (DSS) is another type of computer information system designed support and improve the decision-making process. DSS is developed to support decisions making from the middle level up of management. Manual analysis to abundant printed reports of student grade point reports (about 30,000 reports per semester) needs very high effort that can be tiresome and boring. Hence the decision maybe late and with less optimal result. DSS technology can be deliver the report in the summary format that usually is represented in the form of a decision tree or three-dimensional graphics. The representation makes the analysis easier. The thesis designs a Decision Support System for STMIK Budi Luhur in five-phase methodology. The five. phases of the methodology are developing context and scope; developing strategic information and necessary supporting; reviewing current system and identify the options that matched with the needs; developing strategic construction; and developing the design of implementation. The mission of the DSS design is to improve productivities of executives in making decisions, this in turn to increase the school competitive advantage; in conjunction with the vision and mission of the school.

Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Prima Sehat bertujuan agar calon Apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam mengelola apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Praktek kerja profesi ini juga ditunjang dengan tugas khusus implementasi sistem komputerisasi apotek dalam pengelolaan stok sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan pada Apotek Prima Sehat yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja sistem dari aplikasi F-POS Apotek dalam hal pengelolaan stok Apotek Prima Sehat, mengetahui sistem dari aplikasi F-POS Apotek dalam menyelaraskan stok dengan aktivitas penjualan, mengetahui persiapan yang harus dilakukan sebelum instalasi sistem komputerisasi apotek. Berdasarkan praktik kerja profesi Apoteker yang telah dilakukan, peserta telah memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, mengetahui gambaran nyata permasalahan praktik kefarmasian, dan memahami strategi dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian.

Internsip at Apotek Prima Sehat intended that the candidate Pharmacists understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in managing the pharmacy, as well as to practice pharmacy services in accordance with applicable regulations, have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do the practice of pharmacy in pharmacy, have a real illustration of the problems pharmacy practice and learn the strategies and activities that can be done in order to develop the practice of pharmacy. Praktik kerja profesi di PT Combiphar Padalarang Periode Bulan Maret ndash; April Tahun 2018 bertujuan agar mahasiswa calon apoteker mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi serta memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, memiliki pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul ldquo;Validasi Sistem Komputerisasi Excel Spreadsheet for Product XX di PT Combiphar Padalarang rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus adalah untuk memahami prinsip dan prosedur validasi sistem komputerisasi di PT Combiphar serta memahami proses pembuatan, penggunaan, dan pengelolaan excel spreadsheet yang digunakan dalam pengelolaan data analisis di PT Combiphar. Secara umum, PT Combiphar telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar. Penulis telah mendapat kesempatan untuk memahami secara langsung pekerjaan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di PT Combiphar.

Internship at PT Combiphar Padalarang Plant Period March ndash; April 2018 was to assist students as a future pharmacist to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry, gain insight, knowledge, skill, and experience, have practical experience to perform pharmaceutical duties, and able to understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP in pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given titled ldquo;Computerized System Validation for Excel Spreadsheet for Product XX in PT Combiphar Padalarang Plant rdquo;. The objective of this special assignment is to understand the principles and procedures of computerized system validation as well as to understand the process of creating, using, and managing the excel spreadsheet used in the management of analytical data in PT Combiphar. In general, PT Combiphar has implemented 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly. The author has got the opportunity to understand pharmaceutical work in PT Combiphar directly.

Industri farmasi saat ini tidak terlepas dari sistem komputerisasi pada proses manufakturnya. Sistem komputerisasi yang digunakan untuk pembuatan obat hendaklah divalidasi. Salah satu tahapan dalam rangkaian validasi sistem komputer adalah kualifikasi instalasi dan kualifikasi operasional. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk menyusun prosedur kualifikasi instalasi dan kualifikasi operasional dari sistem komputerisasi Master Change Request Online. Procedures are prepared based on a pre-existing format that includes test steps, specifications, and test results. Installation qualification procedures and operational qualifications for the Master Change Request Online computerized system were made in order to fulfill computer system validation.
