Kesesuaian obat adalah obat yang digunakan untuk pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas diharapkan sama dengan obat yang tercantum dalam formularium nasional. Obat yang ada di puskesmas harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan untuk pelayanan pengobatan pada masyarakat di wilayah kerjanya. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif yaitu menggunakan data formularium puskesmas matraman tahun 2023. Persentase kesesuaian berdasarkan item obat pada formularium puskesmas di puskesmas kecamatan matraman tahun 2023 sebesar 70,28%. Ketidaksesuaian obat antara formularium nasional dengan formularium puskesmas matraman disebabkan oleh beberapa pertimbangan seperti puskesmas mempertimbangkan preferensi dan kebutuhan kesehatan masyarakat setempat, banyaknya jumlah pasien yang datang ke puskesmas yang memerlukan penggunaan obat tersebut daripada obat yang ada di fornas, pemilihan dan pertimbangan klinis oleh dokter dan petugas kesehatan berdasarkan kondisi spesifik pasien. ......
