Museum dari waktu ke waktu terus mengalami perubahan dan perkembangan, mengikuti perkembangan masyarakat. Jika sebelumnya museum bersifat ekslusif atau terbatas, dan berorientasi kepada penyajian objek semata, maka museum saat ini telah berkembang menjadi lebih terbuka bagi siapa saja dan berorientasi kepada masyarakat. Pemikiran David Dean mengenai museum di abad-21 adalah museum yang memiliki beragam aspek, multi fungsi dan tujuan, serta merupakan lembaga yang multi dimensi. Museum pascamodern, haruslah dapat memberikan akses yang seluas-luasnya kepada masyarakat dan memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk dapat berpartisipasi. Peran museum juga meningkat menjadi tempat berkumpul, dimana masyarakat dapat bertemu, berdiskusi dan bertukar pikiran. Tata pamer yang sesuai dengan konsep museum pascamodern adalah tata pamer yang informatif, komunikatif dan interaktif. Oleh karena itu tata pamer museum juga harus memperhatikan alur cerita, penyajian koleksi dan informasinya agar masyarakat dapat memahami makna dan nilai apa yang ingin disampaikan oleh museum. Melaui tata pamer museum pascamodern, diharapkan pengunjung mendapatkan pengetahuan dan merasakan pengalaman baru. ...... Museum always change and development, following the development of society. If the previous museum exclusive or limited, and purely object-oriented presentation, the museum has now grown to more open to anyone and oriented to the community. David Dean thinking about museums in the 21st century is a museum that has a multifaceted, multi function and purpose, and is a multi dimensional institution. Postmodern Museums, it must be able to provide the broadest access to communities and allowing the public to participate. The role of museums is also increased to a gathering place, where people can meet, discuss and exchange ideas. The exhibit in accordance with the concept of post-modern museum is the exhibition layout is informative, communicative and interactive. Therefore order to show off the museum must also pay attention to the storyline, the presentation of collections and info meaning and value of what is to be conveyed by the museum. Governance through postmodern museum exhibition, is expected visitors gain knowledge and new experiences.

The Web plays an increasingly important role in the communication strategies of political parties and movements, which increasingly utilize it for promoting ideas and ideologies as well as mobilization and campaigning strategies. This book explores the role of the Web for right-wing populist political parties and movements across Europe. Analyzing these groups' discourses and practices of online communication, it shows how social media is used to spread ideas and mobilize supporters whilst also excluding constructed 'others' such as migrants, Muslims, women or LGBT persons. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pengukuran kompetensi komunikatif dalam soal bahasa Inggris Ebtanas tingkat SLTP. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yakni mengukur kadar kesahihan isi Ebtanas bahasa Inggris tingkat SLTP dan mengukur kadar kesahihan konstruk soal membaca dalam Ebtanas bahasa Inggris tingkat SLTP dari segi kompetensi komunikatif. Untuk mengetahui kadar kesahihan isi Ebtanas bahasa Inggris tingkat SLTP dari segi kompetensi komunikatif yaitu dengan menganalisis seluruh butir soal Ebtanas tahun 1999-2001 (180 butir soal) dengan prinsip kompetensi komunikatif. Dan untuk pengujian kesahihan konstruk soal membaca dalam Ebtanas bahasa Inggris SLTP dilakukan secara empirik atas dasar perhitungan analisis korelasi dengan menggunakan rumus Momen-Produksi Pearson. Pengumpulan data yang berupa skor diperoleh melalui pengetesan soal membaca dalam Ebtanas bahasa Inggris SLTP dan tes isi rumpang pada 50 siswa SLTP kelas 3 semester akhir di SLTP Negeri 30 Jakarta. Temuan dari hasil analisis terhadap 180 butir soal bahasa Inggris Ebtanas tingkat SLTP tahun 1999-2001 menunjukkan bahwa Ebtanas bahasa Inggris SLTP hanya menguji keterampilan membaca, tidak menguji seluruh keterampilan berbahasa (keterampilan berbicara, menulis, dan menyimak). Hal ini dikarenakan siswa harus membaca dengan teliti terlebih dahulu sebelum menentukan jawaban yang benar. Selanjutnya hasil analisis Ebtanas tersebut dari segi kampetensi komunikatif memiliki kadar kesahihan isi yang rendah. Demikian pula kadar kesahihan konstruk pada soal membaca bahasa Inggris Ebtanas SLTP 1999-2001 berkadar rendah. Secara keseluruhan Ebtanas bahasa Inggris tingkat SLTP 1999-2001 tidak dapat berfungsi sebagai alat uji yang mengukur kompetensi komunikatif siswa SLTP. This study focuses on measuring English Ebtanas junior high school in competency communicative. The objectives of this study are to measure content validity of English Ebtanas junior high school and to measure construct validity of reading problems in English Ebtanas junior school seen from competency communicative. To know the content validity of English Ebtanas junior high school seen from competency communicative is by analyzing all of problems English Ebtanas periodic 1999-2001 (180 problems) using competency communicative principles. And to examine the construct validity of reading problems in English Ebtanas is done empirically based on analysis correlation using Moment-Production Pearson. Data which are score are obtained through examining the reading problems of English Ebtanas and cloze test to 50 junior high school students grade 3rd on last semester at SLTP Negeri 30 Jakarta. The result of this study shows that English Ebtanas junior high school just examining reading skill; it's not examining all of language skills (speaking, writing, and listening). Since students have to read all of the problems carefully before they decide the right answer. Furthermore this research fords out that degree of the content validity English Ebtanas seen from competency communicative is low. Likewise degree of the construct validity reading problems in English Ebtanas is low. So English Ebtanas periodic 1999-2001 can't be used as an instrument to measure competency communicative junior high school students.
