Keluhan utama KU pasien merupakan komponen penting yang digunakan untuk mengukur, menganalisis dan merencanakan perawatan serta memberikan informasi penting mengenai kebutuhan perawatan. Namun, jumlah penelitian tentang pencatatan keluhan utama masih sangat sedikit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data keluhan utama dan pengelompokan KU sesuai bidang Ilmu Kedokteran Gigi Klinik berdasarkan rekam medis umum RMU kedokteran gigi dari pasien baru yang datang ke Klinik Integrasi RSKGM FKG UI pada tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif retrospektif menggunakan data sekunder RMU pasien tahun 2016. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pencatatan data sosiodemografi pasien dan pengelompokkan data KU. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 4649 data RMU baru pada tahun 2016 yang sesuai kriteria inklusi sebanyak 1631 35,08 . Rata-rata usia pasien adalah 32,46 tahun, dengan mayoritas pasien berada pada Masa Remaja Akhir 41.8 ; berjenis kelamin perempuan 61,4 ; bersuku Jawa 31,3 ; berpendidikan S1 42,4 dan bekerja dibidang Swasta 28 . Keluhan Utama pasien yang paling sering muncul berdasarkan RMU adalah ldquo;Adanya Karang Gigi rdquo; 37 , sehingga Periodonsia 43,9 merupakan bidang Ilmu Kedokteran Gigi Klinik yang paling sering menjadi rujukan.

ABSTRACT
Patient chief complaint CC is an important component that can be used to measure, analyze, and plan the treatment and provide important information on treatment needs. However, the number of research on chief complaint recording is still very limited. This study aimed to obtain patient chief complaints and to group them according the Clinical Dentistry field, based on General Dental Record GDR of new patients that came to the Integration Clinic RSKGM FKG UI in 2016. This was a retrospective descriptive study using secondary data from patient GDR that took the patient sociodemographic and CC data. The study results showed that from 4649 GDR data in 2016, only 1631 data 35,08 met the inclusion criterias. The mean age of patients were 32,46 years, with majority were female 61,4 in Adolescent Period 41,8 were Javanese 31,3 had Bachelor degree S1 42,4 and worked in Private sector 28 . The most common CC found was the ldquo Presence of Calculus rdquo 37 , so that Periodontics 43.9 is the most frequent field of Clinical Dentistry to be reffered in this study.

Many diseases can have an impact upon oral health and/​or the safe delivery of dental care. Consequently, oral health care providers need to be comfortable with assessing the risk of providing dental care to their patients with systemic disease as well as the evaluation of oral conditions that may represent manifestations or consequences of systemic disease. Risk Assessment and Oral Diagnostics in Clinical Dentistry aims to enable the dental practitioner to comfortably and capably assess when medical conditions may impact dental care and diagnose oral conditions using routine testing.
