Abstrak :
"Being-in-the-world" remind us of existential philosophies which have their methodological foundation in phenomenology. In this case, the material taken for phenomenological study is the extremely popular comic-cartoon in the Jakarta daily newspaper POSKOTA, read by workers in the informal sector, the majority of simple people with small incomes and no labour - protection, probably with some elementary school education. The hero named DOYOK appears in a series of 6 pictures. The cartoon-comics is a combination of humorous drawing-cartoon as a from of social comment presented as a series of pictures-comics with caricatural content, implying some measure of distortion. 114 cartoon-comics between 31/12/1988 and 2?/11/1989 are chosen which were listed according to the elements constituting the humor of this cartoons following the theory proposed by A. Koestler (Act of Creation, Picador, 1978).

Kehidupan sosial masyarakat urban sangatlah heterogen. Masyarakat terbentuk karena adanya berbagai perbedaan di dalam ruang lingkup tersebut. Keheterogenitasan tersebut dapat dilihat melalui gaya hidup, tingkat kesejahteraan, pendidikan, status sosial, dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan seputar kehidupan masyarakat urban yang heterogen melalui media online Jerman (Netzliteratur). Beberapa karakteristik masyarakat urban yang heterogen menjadi topik utama yang akan dikemukakan dalam artikel ini. Sehingga permasalahan yang diangkat merupakan permasalahan sosial dalam ruang urban yang berbasis pada tiga korpus data yang dimuat dalam website nichtlustig.de. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kritik yang disampaikan kartunis melalui tiga kartun online nichtlustig.de. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan makna semiotik dan konsep ruang urban. Gambaran heterogenitas masyarakat urban direpresentasikan dengan ketimpangan sosial yang diungkap melalui pembatasan ruang sosial tokoh yang terdapat pada tiga kartun online nichtlustig.de.

ABSTRACT
The social life of urban communities is very heterogeneous. Society is formed because of various differences within the scope. The heterogeneity can be seen through lifestyle, level of welfare, education, social status, and so on. This study will describe the life of heterogeneous urban communities through German online media (Netzliteratur). Some characteristics of heterogeneous urban societies are the main topics that will be presented in this article. So the problems raised are social problems in urban space based on three corpus of data posted on the website nichtlustig.de. This study aims to uncover the criticisms conveyed by cartoonists through three cartoons online, nichtlustig.de. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach to the meaning of semiotics and the concept of urban space. The description of the heterogeneity of urban society is represented by social inequality revealed through the limitation of the social figures found in three online cartoons nichtlustig.de.

Abstrak :
This research was held in 2006 for six months. It has been done because the audience was considering become the power to determine the Television program strength. As we know the audience has an important position in mediated communication, they are aqual with communicator or text. The research of television audience is to complete the studies about television; however text will be meaningful if they deliver by the new communicator. Children are the research object in order to know how much television become a part of daily life, especially television programmed that broadcast the cartoon. This research involves three children with different social culture as an informant that lives in Banyuwangi. The research focus is analyze the practical of watching television activity of those three children and what kind of matter that negative and integrated in their daily life.

Nyeri pada anak saat dilakukan prosedur invasif yang tidak teratasi dengan baik bisa berdampak terhadap kondisi kesehatan anak, kegiatan, interaksi, pola tidur anak dan menolak prosedur invasif sehingga dapat menghambat perawatan atau pengobatan anak. Hal ini dapat diatasi dengan distraksi yaitu tindakan untuk mengalihkan perhatian untuk mengurangi nyeri. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh menonton video kartun terhadap tingkat nyeri selama prosedur invasif pada anak di Rumah sakit umum daerah provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi experiment post-test only with non-equivalent control group design dengan melibatkan 68 anak prasekolah di Rumah sakit umum daerah provinsi Gorontalo yang diambil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan tingkat nyeri pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol pada prosedur invasif p-value 0,000. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan anak dengan gangguan kenyamanan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan signifikan tingkat nyeri selama prosedur invasif pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol di Rumah sakit umum daerah Provinsi Gorontalo. ......Pain in children when invasive procedures are not handled properly can have an impact on the child's health condition, activities, interactions, sleep patterns and refuse invasive procedures so that it can hinder the child's care or treatment. This can be overcome by distraction, which is an action to divert attention to reduce pain. This study was conducted to determine the effect of watching cartoon videos on pain levels during invasive procedures in children at the Gorontalo Province Hospital. The study used a quasi-experimental post-test only design with non-equivalent control group design involving 68 preschool children at the Gorontalo Province Hospital, which were taken using an accidental sampling technique. The results of the study using the Mann Whitney test showed that there was a significant difference in pain levels in the intervention group and the control group in the invasive procedure, p-value 0.000. The implications of this research can be used as an evidence base in the management of nursing care for children with comfort disorders. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant difference in the level of pain during invasive procedures in the intervention group and the control group at the Gorontalo Province Hospital.
