Turnover karyawan merupakan salah satu masalah yang dihadapi oleh setiap perusahaan atau organisasi. Di Indonesia, angka turnover karyawan dapat dikatakan tinggi. Salah satu industri di Indonesia dengan angka turnover karyawan yang tinggi adalah industri perbankan. Turnover intention dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah adanya psychological capital yang dimiliki karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara psychological capital dan turnover intention pada karyawan. Responden penelitian ini adalah 135 karyawan Bank Syariah X (n = 135). Pengukuran psychological capital dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Psychological capital Questionnaire (PCQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Luthans, Youssef dan Avolio (2007), sedangkan turnover intention diukur dengan Turnover intention Scale (TIS-6) yang dikembangkan oleh Bothma dan Roodt (2013). Hasil korelasi Pearson membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara psychological capital dan turnover intention pada karyawan Bank Syariah X (r = -0.43, p < 0.01, one tailed).
Employee turnover is one of the problems faced by every company or organization. In Indonesia, the rate of employee turnover is high. One of the industries in Indonesia which have high rate of employee turnover is banking industry. Turnover intention can be influenced by several factors, one of them is the existence of psychological capital owned by employees. This research was conducted to prove whether or not the relationship between psychological capital and turnover intention among employee. The respondents of this research was 135 employees (n = 135) of Bank Syariah X. The measurement of psychological capital was done by using Psychological capital Questionnaire (PCQ), and turnover intention was measured by Turnover intention Scale (TIS-6). Pearson correlation result proves that there is a negative and significant relationship between psychological capital and turnover intention among employees of Bank Syariah X (r = -0.43, p < 0.01, one tailed).

This study aims to analyze whether there is influence of variable sales growth and working capital turnover on corporate profitability. Sample in this study is the PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food, Tbk. Data used in this research is secondary data that of annual report of PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food, tbk in 2012-2015. Data collection method used is documentation. The result of research with multiple linear regression analysis method showed that the partial sales growth variable had a significant positive effect on profitability while the working capital turnover had no significant effect on profitability. The author recommends that companies pay more attention to, utilize and process resources owned to improve corporate profits, so that the increase in corporate profitability can be achieved.

Pergantian pekerja yang disebabkan oleh voluntary turnover dapat terjadi sangat cepat di dalam sebuah organisasi. Voluntary turnover yang sangat cepat dikaitkan dengan kualitas individu sebagai pekerja dalam menghadapi tantangan kerja di industri. Psychological capital dan social capital perlu dimiliki oleh individu sebagai pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh psychological capital dan social capital karyawan terhadap job satisfaction, organizational commitment, dan turnover intention. Sebanyak 415 kuesioner online dikumpulkan dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital memiliki efek positif pada job satisfaction. Psychological capital memiliki efek tidak langsung terhadap turnover intention melalui job satisfaction dan organizational commitment. Sedangkan, social capital dapat mempengaruhi job satisfaction, organizational commitment, dan turnover intention secara langsung. Selain itu, social capital juga dapat mempengaruhi turnover intention melalui mediasi job satisfaction dan organizational commitment. ......The change of workers caused by voluntary turnover can occur very quickly within an organization. Voluntary turnover was very quickly associated with the quality of individuals as workers in facing work challenges in the industry. Psychological capital and social capital need to be owned by individuals as workers. This study aims to analyze the effect of psychological capital and social capital of employees on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. A total of 415 online questionnaires were collected and data analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) path analysis. The results showed that psychological capital has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Psychological capital also has an indirect effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, social capital can affect job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention directly. Social capital also can affect turnover intention through job satisfaction and organizational commitment as mediators.

Penelitian ini berargumen bahwa perusahaan dengan turnover modal kerja yang tinggi dan likuiditas modal kerja yang rendah berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan penjualan perusahaan tersebut. Sampel penelitian menggunakan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2007?2011. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara statistik bahwa turnover modal kerja dengan proksi current asset turnover, inventory turnover, dan accounts receivable turnover berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan penjualan serta accounts payable turnover dan cash conversion cycle berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan penjualan. Selanjutnya current ratio dan quick ratio, proksi dari likuiditas modal kerja berpengaruh negatif dengan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan penjualan perusahaan. ...... The argument proposed in this research is that companies with high turnover and low liquidity of working capital increase their sales growth significantly. Samples used in this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007-2011. The results of the research indicate the proxy of working capital turnover; current asset turnover, inventory turnover, and accounts receivable turnover have a positive effect on the sales growth significantly. The other proxies of working capital turnover, which are accounts payable turnover and cash conversion cycle, have a negative effect on the sales growth significantly. Another finding is that current ratio and quick ratio, the proxies of working capital liquidity negatively affect sales growth significantly.

Return on Equity (ROE) merupakan rasio keuangan yang dapat secara komprehensif menggambarkan seluruh aktivitas dan keputusan perusahaan serta dampaknya terhadap return yang diperoleh oleh investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh determinan return on equity berdasarkan 5-factors DuPont Model terhadap ROE perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Berdasarkan model ROE tersebut, terdapat lima variabel independen yang akan diuji pengaruhnya terhadap variabel dependen ROE, yaitu variabel operating profit margin (OPM), capital turnover (CT), financial cost ratio (FCR), financial structure ratio (FSR), dan tax-effect ratio (TE). Data yang digunakan adalah data laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia di tahun 2010-2020 dan akan dianalisis menggunakan log-linear regression model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel OPM, CT, FCR, FSR, dan TE dengan urutan elastisitas pengaruh dari yang terbesar hingga terkecil dimulai dari OPM, CT, FCR, TE, dan FSR. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan manfaat secara akademis dan praktis, terutama pada pihak manajemen perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. ......Return on Equity (ROE) is a financial ratio that can comprehensively describe all company activities and decisions and their impact on returns obtained by investors. This study aims to examine the effect of the determinants of return on equity based on the 5-factor DuPont Model on the ROE of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Based on the ROE model, there are five independent variables that will be tested for their effect on the dependent variable ROE, namely operating profit margin (OPM), capital turnover (CT), financial cost ratio (FCR), financial structure ratio (FSR), and tax- effect ratio (TE). The data that will be used are financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010-2020 and will be analyzed using a log-linear regression model. The results of this study indicate a significant effect of the variables OPM, CT, FCR, FSR, and TE with the order of the elasticity of influence from the largest to the smallest starting from OPM, CT, FCR, TE, and FSR. The results of this study are expected to provide academic and practical benefits, especially for the management of manufacturing companies in Indonesia.
