ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memverifikasi pengaruh pengalaman sensorik terhadap konsumen emosi, niat perilaku, dan perilaku pembelian, secara terpisah. Secara khusus, untuk memeriksa hubungan tersebut pada konsumen Starbucks. Selanjutnya untuk menguji pengaruh kelima indera manusia pada emosi konsumen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Starbucks konsumen yang telah mengunjungi toko setidaknya sekali dalam periode 3 bulan dihitung berdasarkan waktu mereka mengisi kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan Analisis Regresi Berganda dalam menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada efek positif dari pengalaman sensorik pada konsumen positif emosi. Selanjutnya, emosi positif secara positif mempengaruhi niat perilaku. akhirnya, niat perilaku positif mempengaruhi perilaku membeli. Efek dari pengalaman sensorik pada perilaku pembelian harus melalui dua variabel yaitu emosi positif dan perilaku niat. Selanjutnya, efek panca indera pada emosi positif dari yang paling ke yang paling sedikit signifikan adalah sentuhan, rasa, suara, bau.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of sensory experience on consumer emotion, behavioral intention, and purchase behavior, separately. In particular, to check relationship to Starbucks consumers. Furthermore, to examine the influence of the five human senses on consumer emotions. The sample used in this study was Starbucks consumers who had visited the store at least once in a 3-month period calculated based on the time they filled out the questionnaire. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Multiple Regression Analysis in testing the relationship between variables. The results of this study found that there is a positive effect of sensory experience on consumers' positive emotions. Furthermore, positive emotions positively influence behavioral intentions. Finally, behavioral intentions positively influence buying behavior. Effects of sensory experience on buying behavior must go through two variables, namely positive emotions and behavioral intentions. Furthermore, the effects of the five senses on positive emotions from the most to the least significant are touch, taste, sound, smell.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian konsumen muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian terbagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu situasi A dan B. Situasi A menggambarkan responden membeli makanan di kantin yang belum memiliki sertifikasi halal, sedangkan pada situasi B responden membeli makanan pada brand internasional yang belum memperoleh sertifikasi halal. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang mengumpulkan 150 responden pada setiap bagian dengan menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Masyarakat beragama Islam dan memiliki usia diatas 17 tahun menjadi subjek dari penelitian ini. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM), menggunakan software Smart-PLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan situasi A terkait halal awareness, dan attitude berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention. Pada situasi B, halal awareness berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention sedangkan attitude tidak berpengaruh. Halal certification pada dua situasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap purchase intention, dan purchase intention berpengaruh positif terhadap buying behavior. ......This research aims to identify the factors influencing the purchasing behavior of Muslim consumers in Indonesia. The study is divided into two parts, namely Situation A and Situation B. Situation A depicts respondents buying food from a canteen without halal certification, while in Situation B, respondents purchase food from an international brand without halal certification. A quantitative approach was used, gathering 150 respondents for each part through a descriptive research design. The subjects of this study were individuals who were Muslims and above 17 years old. The analysis employed Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Smart-PLS software. Based on the research findings, it was revealed that in Situation A, halal awareness and attitude had an impact on purchase intention. In Situation B, halal awareness had a positive impact on purchase intention, while attitude did not have an impact. Halal certification had a negative influence on purchase intention in both situations, and purchase intention had a positive impact on buying behavior.

Selama beberapa tahun terakhir, penelitian terkait dengan perilaku konsumen menjadi topik yang hangat. Salah satu yang menjadi perhatian penelitian dalam beberapa tahun terakhir adalah faktor yang dapat memengaruhi terbentuknya compulsive buying behavior. Dalam penelitian ini akan membahas faktor baik secara eksternal seperti materialisme, dan internal seperti mindset dan consumer anxiety. Penelitian ini mengambil sudut pandang kelompok penggema dari dua grup K-POP besar Super Junior (E.L.F) dan NCT (NCTzen) di Indonesia berusia dewasa muda, yang melakukan pembelian produk terkait K-POP dalam sebulan terakhir. Metode yang dilakukan untuk penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penemuan dari penelitian ini sendiri menunjukkan jika faktor eksternal seperti materialisme masih menjadi faktor terkuat terbentuknya compulsive buying behavior dengan faktor yang memengaruhi materialisme seperti celebrity endorsement, peer group, dan television advertisement. Selain itu terdapat penemuan jika mindset tidak dapat berpengaruh langsung terhadap compulsive buying behavior. ......Several studies have been conducted in recent years to investigate consumer behavior. One of the research topics that researchers are interested in is the factors that can influence the development of compulsive buying behavior. This study will look at external factors like materialism as well as internal factors like mindset and consumer anxiety. This study focuses on fans of the two major K-POP groups Super Junior (E.L.F) and NCT (NCTzen) in Indonesia, as well as young people who purchased K-POP-related merchandise in the previous month. This study was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). According to the findings of this study, external factors such as materialism, as well as variables that influence materialism such as celebrity endorsements, peer groups, and television advertisement, are still the most significant indicators in the establishment of compulsive buying behavior. Furthermore, it was discovered that mindset has no direct influence on compulsive buying behavior.

Especially against the background of an increased marketing accountability, Denise Steckstor develops a comprehensive model of Cause-Related Marketing determinants and customer attitudes as well as behavior and validates it on the basis of a quasi-experimental field study. She shows that Cause-Related Marketing programs can, additionally to generating donations for the not-for-profit partner, contribute to achieving central marketing goals. Konsumen merupakan inti dari penjualan perusahaan Perilaku pembelian konsumen telah diteliti oleh banyak peneliti di dunia, penelitian membagi pembelian oleh konsumen menjadi dua yaitu planned buying dan unplanned buying. Unplanned buying dapat disebabkan karena munculnya sisi impulsif dari konsumen di saat terjadinya proses pembelian yang dapat menyebabkan munculnya impulsive buying behavior. Perusahaan dapat meningkatkan faktorfaktor pendorong konsumen melakukan pembelian secara impulsif. Dengan meningkatkan faktor-faktor pendorong pembelian secara impulsif, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fashion involvement dan positive emotion dapat mempengaruhi fashion-oriented impulsive buying behavior konsumen Indonesia sedangkan hedonic consumption tendency tidak mempengaruhi fashion-oriented impulsive buying.
Consumers are the core of company?s sales. Consumer buying behavior has been studied by many researchers; its can be divided into two categories. First is planned buying and second is unplanned buying. Unplanned buying can be caused due to emergence of impulsive side of the consumer when the purchase process happened. This also leads to impulsive buying behavior, by increasing the driving factors of an impulsive purchase, sales could increase. Result showed that fashion involvement and positive emotion can influence the fashion-oriented impulsive buying behavior in Indonesia, while hedonic consumption tendency don?t affect the fashion-oriented impulsive buying.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kesadaran dari pembeli dalam menyadari hokum trademark antara logo asli dan logo palsu berdasarkan tingkah laku kebiasaan pembeli. Hukum trademark, jurnal, buku, dan website akan digunakan dalam menunjang penelitian ini. Ada 2 metode yang akan di gunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dan tinjauan pustaka. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa keaslian suatu logo dan identifikasinya berdasarkan daripada kebiasaan tingkah laku pembeli menunjukan hasil yang unik dimana group pembeli yang tidak menyukai membeli barang bermerek memiliki tingkat kesadaran yang lebih tinggi dalam mengidentifikasi keaslian suatu logo daripada group yang biasanya membeli barang bermerek. ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to investigate the awareness of customers in trademark law recognizing between authentic logo and imitation logo based on their buying behavior. Trademark law, journals, books, and websites will be used in this paper. Two research methods will be applied, quantitative research and literature review. To conclude, the authenticity of logo and identification from customer buying behavior found a unique result where the group of people who do not like to buy branded product has more awareness in identifying the authenticity of logo rather than the group of people who usually buy branded product. Abstrak :
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Consumer perceived value yaitu nilai utilitarian, nilai hedonis dan conditional value terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif mereka dalam konteks mobile commerce (m-commerce). Selain itu, kami menguji efek moderasi pengaruh interpersonal pada hubungan antara nilai yang dirasakan pelanggan dan IBB mereka. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan 469 warga negara Indonesia yang memiliki aplikasi Shopee dan melakukan pembelian barang dalam tiga bulan terakhir. Data primer yang terkumpul dalam penelitian ini kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan m-commrece yaitu portabilitas dan daya tarik visual memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar pada nilai-nilai yang dirasakan konsumen yaitu nilai utilitarian, nilai hedonis dan conditional value. Bahwa persepsi konsumen baik nilai hedonis dan utilitarian memiliki efek yang signifikan dan langsung pada IBB mereka. Namun conditional value tidak berdampak langsung pada IBB sementara berdampak langsung pada nilai utilitarian dan nilai hedonis lainnya. Selain itu, IBB tidak terpengaruh oleh dampak interaksi nilai hedonis yang dirasakan dan pengaruh interpersonal. Temuan ini menawarkan rekomendasi penting untuk perusahaan m-commerce yang ingin meningkatkan IBB konsumen. ......The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of consumers perceived values that is utilitarian value, hedonic value and conditional value on their impulse buying behavior (IBB) in the context of mobile commerce (m-commerce). Additionally, we examine the moderating effect of interpersonal influence on the association between customers' perceived value and their IBB. This study collected 469 of Indonesian citizen who owns Shopee application and have purchase item(s) in the last three months. The primary data collected in this study then processed using the Structural Equation Model based Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique. The findings indicate that environmental cues of m-commerce which is portability and visual appeal have a considerable effect on consumers' perceived values that is utilitarian value, hedonic value and conditional value. That consumers' perceptions of both hedonic and utilitarian value have a significant and direct effect on their IBB. Yet conditional value does not have direct impact on IBB while having direct impact on the other utilitarian value and hedonic value. Additionally, IBB is not affected by the interaction impact of perceived hedonic value and interpersonal influence. The findings offer critical recommendations to m-commerce companies looking to increase consumer IBB.

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, kemajuan teknologi mengalami perkembangan yang begitu pesat, dilihat dari munculnya mobile commerce yang bermunculan salah satunya Raena sebagai mobile commerce yang bergerak pada penjualan produk kosmetik dan/atau perawatan diri kemudian menyebabkan timbulnya online impulse buying behavior karena pengaruh consumer perceived value dan interpersonal influence. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh consumer perceived value terhadap online impulse buying behavior melalui interperosnal influence pada pengguna aplikasi Raena. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey melalui kuesioner yang disadasarkan oleh metode purposive sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 162 yang dijaring melalui online quesionnaire menggunakan Google Form. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara consumer perceived value terhadap online impulse buying behavior namun tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap consumer perceived value terhadap online impulse buying behavior yang dimoderasi oleh interpersonal influence pada pengguna aplikasi Raena. Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk menyusun strategi memaksimalkan online impulse buying behavior dalam Aplikasi Raena melalui rangsangan consumer perceived value. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, penelitian selanjutnya dapat mempertimbangkan penggunaan variabel moderasi lain selain interpersonal influence yang dapat memoderasi hubungan antara consumer perceived value terhadap online impulse buying behavior. ......In last few years, technological advances have developed rapidly, seen from the emergence of mobile commerce, one of which is Raena as a mobile commerce engaged in selling cosmetic and/or personal care products which causes online impulse buying behavior due to influenced of consumer perceived value and interpersonal influence. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of consumer perceived value on online impulse buying behavior through interpersonal influence on users of Raena application. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method on purposive sampling. The number of respondents in this study wes 162 obtained through online questionnaire using Google Form. Data processing was performed using SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that there is an significant influence between consumer perceived value on online impulse buying behavior but there is no significant influence on consumer perceived value on online impulse buying behavior which is moderated by interpersonal influence on users of the Raena application. This research is useful for developing strategies to maximize online impulse buying behavior in Raena application trough consumer perceived value simulation. Based on the results of this study, further research can consider the used of ither moderating variabels besides interpersonal influence which can moderate the relationship between consumer perceived value and online impulse buying behavior.

Tren penggunaan produk kecantikan di Indonesia semakin meningkat, di mana ritel kecantikan memiliki peran penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen akan produk kecantikan yang lengkap dan berkualitas. Dengan menggunakan teori Stimulus-Organism-Response, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku pembelian impulsif pada Sociolla, sebuah ritel omnichannel kecantikan ternama di Indonesia. Untuk menguji 9 hipotesis, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, di mana sebuah survei daring dilakukan terhadap 310 responden perempuan Indonesia berusia 18-43 tahun yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi SOCO by Sociolla dan membeli setidaknya satu produk Sociolla dalam tiga bulan terakhir. Data penelitian diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stimulus (channel integration dan convenience) secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi organism (empowerment, trust, satisfaction, dan perceived value), dan pada akhirnya secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi response berupa impulse buying. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa convenience merupakan variabel stimulus yang memililiki pengaruh terbesar terhadap empowerment, trust merupakan variabel organism yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap perceived value, dan hubungan antara satisfaction dan trust memiliki path coefficient tertinggi di dalam model penelitian. ......The increasing trend of beauty product usage in Indonesia highlights the crucial role of beauty retail in fulfilling consumers' needs for a wide range of high-quality beauty products. Based on the Stimulus-Organism-Response framework, this study aims to analyze the factors influencing impulse buying behavior at Sociolla, a prominent beauty retailer in Indonesia that has adopted an omnichannel strategy. To test the 9 hypotheses, this study used quantitative methods, where an online survey was conducted among 310 Indonesian female respondents aged 18-43 who had used the SOCO by Sociolla application and purchased at least one Sociolla product in the past three months. The data were processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this research indicate that stimuli (channel integration and convenience) positively and significantly influence organisms (empowerment, trust, satisfaction, and perceived value), which in turn positively and significantly influence impulse buying as the response. Additionally, this research reveals that convenience is the stimulus variable with the greatest influence on empowerment, trust is the organism variable with the greatest influence on perceived value, and the relationship between satisfaction and trust has the highest path coefficient in the research model.
