"Komite medik rumah sakit memainkan peran penting dalam menyelaraskan tanggung jawab hukum dan bisnis dalam operasi perawatan kesehatan, khususnya di MRCCC Mochtar Riady Comprehensive Cancer Center. Studi ini menyelidiki peran komite dalam memastikan keselamatan pasien dan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perawatan kesehatan sambil mendukung keberlanjutan finansial dan reputasi rumah sakit. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan hukum normatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menggabungkan tinjauan peraturan dengan wawancara pemangku kepentingan utama, termasuk direktur rumah sakit dan anggota komite medik. The hospital medical committee plays a crucial role in harmonizing legal and business responsibilities in healthcare operations, particularly at MRCCC Mochtar Riady Comprehensive Cancer Center. This study investigates the committee's role in ensuring patient safety and adherence to healthcare regulations while supporting the hospital’s financial sustainability and reputation. Using a normative legal approach and qualitative descriptive analysis, the research combines regulatory review with interviews of key stakeholders, including the hospital director and medical committee members. Findings indicate that the committee acts as a bridge between hospital management and medical staff, balancing ethical obligations with operational objectives. Responsibilities are implemented through three subcommittees: Credential, which evaluates and re-evaluates medical staff qualifications; Professional Quality, which ensures high standards of care; and Ethics and Discipline, which monitors adherence to professional and ethical codes. These efforts create a cycle where patient safety leads to satisfaction, strengthens the hospital’s reputation, and ensures its sustainability."
