Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh partisipasi dan konflik peran terhadap kinerja manajerial dan orientasi profesional dapat memoderasi hubungan partisipasi anggaran dan konflik peran terhadap kinerja manajerial Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 66 dosen dari tiga Universitas (UI, UNJ dan UIN Jakarta). Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa partisipasi anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial orientasi professional merupakan variabel moderasi, sehingga dapat memperkuat hubungan antara partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial konflik peran berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial dan orientasi professional merupakan variabel moderasi, sehingga dapat memperkuat hubungan antara konflik peran terhadap kinerja manajerial.

Abstrak :
Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja peneliti serta pengaruh komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, locus of control dan persepsi inovasi terhadap hubungan antara partisipasi penyusunan anggaran dan kinerja pada Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan. Pengujian hipotesis ini mengunakan data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Setelah data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda ditemukan 4 hipotesis ditolak dan 1 hipotesis diterima. Hipotesis yang diterima adalah variabel locus of control dapat menjadi variabel moderating terhadap hubungan partisipasi penyusunan anggaran dengan kinerja.
......The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of Organization Commitment, Organization Culture, Locus of Control, and Perception of Innovation to Budget participation and Researcher Performance Relationship in National Institute of Health Research and Development. Testing this hypotesises uses primary data that collected by spreading the questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using multiple linier regression method. The result of statistical test provided is that: one hypothesis (H4) was accepted and 4 hypoteses (H1, H2, H3, and H5) was rejected. It was locus of control that can be accepted as moderating variabel in the budget participation and researcher performance relationship.

Abstrak :
The purpose of this research is to analyst the influence of participative budgeting toward managerial performance, whether through budget goal commitment or job-relevant information as intervening variable. Inconsistency of the results of the prior research, become a motivation of this study- Data used in this study is obtained from perceptions of managers who has filled the questionnaires. Data collected by sending 700 qusetionaires to managers of manufacturing companies that listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange. 168 questionnaires out of 700 were received or about 24 % response rate and structural equation modeling was used to analyzed the data using software Partial Least Square called Smart PLS. The result of these study shows that budget goal commitment and budget participation have significance influence on the managerial performance and also budget participation has significance effect on job relevant information.
