Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh dari sistem online terhadap tarif komisi yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan pialang PPE kepada investor. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu menyebutkan bahwa sistem online mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tarif komisi. Dimana perusahaan pialang online umumnya menetapkan tarif komisi yang lebih murah dibandingkan perusahaan pialang konvensional. Hal ini terjadi karena sistem online mampu menurunkan biaya transaksi transaction cost . IOSCO, sebagai salah satu lembaga yang mewadahi regulasi pasar modal dunia menyebutkan bahwa biaya/tarif komisi merupakan salah satu bentuk dari biaya transaksi transaction cost yang muncul di pasar bursa. Penelitian ini menggunakan 68 perusahaan pialang PPE di Indonesia sebagai sampel penelitian, dengan periode triwulan tahun 2010-2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, sistem online mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan negatif terhadap tarif komisi. Dimana perusahaan pialang online PPE online akan menetapkan tarif yang lebih murah dibandingkan perusahaan pialang konvensional.

ABSTRACT
This study analyzes the influence of the online system on brokerage fee commissions that determined by brokerage firm to investor in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Several studies mentioned that the online system has a significant influence on the brokerage commission. The online brokerage firms typically charge brokerage commission lower than conventional firms. This occurs because the online system is able to reduce transaction cost. International Organization of Securities Comissions IOSCO , as an institution that embodies the global capital market regulation, states that brokerage commission is the transaction cost that arise in capital market. This study uses 68 brokegare firms in Indonesia as a sample, the quarterly period 2010 2015. The result of this study showed that the online system has a significant influence negatively on brokerage commission, online brokerage firm PPE online will determine brokerage commissions cheaper than conventional firms.

Berangkat dari kondisi masyarakat yang semakin kompleks didalam memenuhi kebutuhannya di bidang perumahan pada umumnya dan praktek sewa menyewa pada khususnya, telah menyebabkan hadirnya orang-orang yang bertindak sebagai perantara, yang menjembatani antara pemilik rumah dan penyewa di dalam melakukan transaksinya. Kehadiran lembaga perantara dalam bidang perumahan, yakni broker properti. dirasa membawa banyak manfaat bagi para pihak, terutama dalam hal pemasaran, proses negosiasi, dan kemudahan memperoleh informasi secara lengkap dan tepat tentang properti. Menyadari keadaan ini, maka broker properti diharapkan bekerja secara profesional di dalam menjawab tuntutan jaman dan tuntutan masyarakat yang terus berkembang. Untuk dapat meningkatkan citra profesi broker properti ini ke arah yang lebih baik sejak dini perlulah diantisipasi pengaturan terhadap kedudukan dan peran broker properti dalam suatu perjanjian yang terjadi, sehubungan dengan keter1ibatannya baik dalam membantu para pihak bernegosiasi maupun dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pemakai jasanya. Diharapkan dengan adanya ketentuan hukum yang secara khusus mengatur tentang eksistensi broker properti, dapat diciptakan suatu sistem kerjasama antar usaha property brokerage ini secara lebih terarah dan etis, sehingga dapat memberikan perlindungan hukum baik kepada masyarakat maupun broker/properti sendiri dari kemungkinan-kemungkinan yang tidak diinginkan didalam pelaksanaan transaksi properti.

Abstrak :
Laporan ini membahas mengenai analisis pelaksanaan prosedur audit terhadap akun pendapatan dari jasa broker oleh KAP DEF selaku auditor eksternal PT Yin. Ruang lingkup pembahasan prosedur audit tersebut terkait dengan pengakuan, pengukuran, pengungkapan, dan penyajian akun pendapatan dari jasa broker yang dimiliki oleh PT Yin. Analisis prosedur audit disesuaikan dengan SA yang berlaku, sedangkan analisis perlakuan akuntansi disesuaikan dengan PSAK 23 revisi tahun 2014. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan prosedur audit yang dilakukan oleh KAP DEF telah sesuai dengan seluruh standar terkait yang berlaku dan perlakuan akuntansi terhadap pendapatan dari jasa broker pada PT Yin telah sesuai dan mematuhi PSAK 23 revisi tahun 2014.

This report discusses about analysis of audit procedures on revenue from brokerage fee account by KAP DEF as external auditor of PT Yin. The scope of audit procedures related to the recognition, measurement, disclosure, and presentation of revenue from brokerage account that owned by PT Yin. Analysis of audit procedures adjusted to the applicable SA, and analysis of the accounting treatment is adjusted to PSAK 23 (2014 revised). From the result of analysis it can be concluded that the audit procedures undertaken by KAP DEF as a whole are in conformity with applicable standards and accounting treatment of revenue from brokerage fee in PT Yin have been complied with PSAK 23 (2014 revised).

Disertasi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi struktur kesenjangan informasi beserta celah-celah struktur dan dinamika peran tertius di dalam jaringan informasi pariwisata selam pada Taman Nasional Komodo, Labuan Bajo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui desain exploratory sequential mix-methods terhadap 20 (dua puluh) pemangku kepentingan industri pariwisata selam dan 62 (enam puluh dua) pemandu selam lokal. Berdasarkan hasil koding tematik dan analisis jaringan menggunakan lensa teori celah struktur, studi ini menemukan beberapa temuan menarik. Pertama, informasi-informasi sosiokultural lebih mendominasi struktur kesenjangan informasi pariwisata selam daripada informasi-informasi teknis kepariwisataan itu sendiri. Kedua, terdapat beberapa aktor yang mampu memainkan peran keperantaraan informasi melalui strategi tertius gaudens dan tertius iungens, sehingga dapat mengokupasi posisi-posisi yang signifikan di dalam celah-celah struktur jaringan informasi pariwisata selam, terutama dalam hal diskursus informasi sosiokultural. Ketiga, dari temuan beberapa tertius sebelumnya, salah seorang di antaranya begitu kompeten dalam memainkan peran dan strategi bertransformasi menjadi tertius contingens dengan piawai memainkan peran dan strategi dualitas tertius gaudens dan tertius iungens, baik secara bergantian maupun bersamaan, sebagai bentuk mekanisme adaptasinya terhadap kondisi gejolak jaringan. Studi lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep strategi keperantaraan informasi tertius contingens tersebut.

This dissertation aims to explore the structure of information gaps along with the structural holes and dynamics of tertius roles in the dive tourism information network in Komodo National Park, Labuan Bajo. The data are gathered by exploratory sequential mix-methods design of 20 (twenty) dive tourism industry stakeholders and 62 (sixty-two) local dive guides. Based on the results of thematic coding and network analysis using the lens of structural holes theory, this study found several interesting findings. First, sociocultural information dominates the structure of diving tourism information gaps rather than the tourism technical information itself. Second, there are several actors capable of playing the roles of information brokerage through the tertius gaudens and tertius iungens strategies, so they can occupy a significant position in the structural holes of dive tourism information network, especially in the case of sociocultural information discourse. Third, from the findings of several tertius before, one of them was so competent in playing tertius duality strategies, both serially or simultaneously, as a form of adaptation mechanism to the network churn conditions, thus causing her to transform into a tertius contingens. Further studies are needed to explore the information brokerage concept of tertius contingens strategy.

The main objective of this book is to provide a multidisciplinary overview of methodological approaches, architectures, platforms, and algorithms for the realization of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based Smart Urban Ecosystem (SUE). Moreover, the book details a set of real-world applications and case studies related to specific smart infrastructures and smart cities, including structural health monitoring, smart urban drainage networks, smart grids, power efficiency, healthcare, city security, and emergency management. A Smart Urban Ecosystem (SUE) is a people-centric system of systems that involves smart city environments, applications, and infrastructures. SUEs require the close integration of cyber and physical components for monitoring, understanding and controlling the urban environment. In this context, the Internet of Things (IoT) offers a valuable enabling technology, as it bridges the gap between physical things and software components, and empowers cooperation between distributed, pervasive, and heterogeneous entities.
