"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap pria serta intensi pembelian untuk produk body lotion khusus pria. Lebih jelasnya penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari variabel personal self image ageing effect physical attractiveness health concern variabel sosial budaya beliefs lifestyle reference group dan variabel pemasaran advertising shopping situation brand consciousness terhadap sikap dan intensi pembelian produk body lotion khusus pria. Pengumpulan dan pengolahan data dengan structural equation modeling SEM yang dilakukan terhadap 320 responden menemukan bahwa lima dari sepuluh variabel pengaruh signifikan dalam sikap pria terhadap body lotion variabel tersebut adalah self image ageing effect physical attractiveness shopping situation dan brand consciousness. Sedangkan variabel lainnya tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sikap konsumsi. Dalam penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sikap pria secara signifikan mempengaruhi intensi pembelian produk body lotion khusus pria. Berbagai interpretasi dari penemuan akan didiskusikan pada bagian akhir penelitian.

This research aims to investigate the attitude of males toward the consumption and purchase intention of men's body lotion. More specifically the research intends to clarify the impact of personal variables i.e self image ageing effects physical attractiveness health concern socio cultural variables i.e beliefs lifestyle reference group and marketing variables i e advertising shopping situation brand consciousness on the toward the purchase and consumption of men's body lotion From the data collection and processing with structural equation modeling SEM committed against 320 respondent found that five of the ten variables which were self image physical attractiveness ageing effect shopping situation and brand consciousness had significant influences to attitude toward consumption and purchase intention of men's body lotion However in this study it was found that others variables didn't significantly affect the attitude toward consumption. The possible interpretations of these findings are discussed in the latter part of thesis."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mencari berapa konsentrasi gliseril mono stearat dan setil alkohol yang perlu ditambahkan ke dalam 3 macam formula body lotion sehingga memenuhi syarat pH, viskositas, stabiliitas dan aplikasi. Pada formula I variabel adalah gliseril mono stearat dengan konsentrasi 4%, 5%, 6% dan 7%, formula II setil alkohol dengan konsentrasi 0,1%, 0,3%, 0.5% dan 0,7% serta pada formula III sebagai variabel adalah gliseril mono stearat dengan konsentrasi 21%, 3% dan 4%. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa body lotion formula I dengan konsentrasi glseril mono stearat 6110 dan 7% serta formula II dengan konsentrasi setil alkohol 0,1% memenuhi syarat pH, viskositas serta cukup baik stabilitasnya. Hasil pemeriksaan aplikasi pada ketiga body lotion tersebut menunjukkan body lotion formula I dengan konsentrasi gliseril mono stearat 6% dan 7% memiliki aplikasi yang lebih baik dari body lotion formula II dengan konsentrasi setil alkohol 0,1%.ABSTRACTThe main objection of this study is to find the right concentration of glyceryl mono stearat and cetyl alcohol that needed to be added into o kinds of body lotion formula in order to fulfill the constraints of pH, viscosity, stabilit y and apleation Variable in formula I is glyceryl mono stearat at concentrations 4% 5%, 6% dan 7%, while in formula II the variable is cetyl alcohol at concentration 0,1%, 0,3%, 0,5%, 0.7% and variable in formula Iii is glyceryl mono stearat at concentrations 2%, 3% and 4%. The result indicates that body lotion formula I with glyceryl mono stearat 6% dan 7% and body lotion formula II with cetyl alcohol o,1% fulfill the constraints of pH and viscosity and have good enough stability. The result of aplication evaluation that have been done for the three body lotion formula indicates that body lotion formula I with glyceryl mono stearat 6% dan 7% have better aplication than body lotion formula II with cetyl alcohol 0,1%."

"ABSTRAKManfaat daun handeuleum (Graptophyllum pictum (L.) Griff) adalah sebagaipelembab kulit (emolient) dimana komponen terpentingnya adalah lipid. Ekstrakdidapatkan dengan metode ekstraksi ultrasonik dimana yield tertinggi didapatkandengan menggunakan komposisi pelarut 100% Etanol pada waktu ekstraksi 60menit. Ekstrak yang didapatkan memiliki nilai iodine 0,42; Viskositas 25cP; pH5,99 dan densitas sebesar 0,855 gr/cm3 kandungan kimianya adalahneophytadiene, alpha tocopherol, squalene, gamma tocopherol, dodecane dantetradecane. Komposisi ekstrak dalam formulasi body lotion yaitu 4% denganviskositas 5800 cP; pH 7,87; densitas 0,9936 gr/cm3; dan total mikroba kurangdari 30 koloni/gram nilai ini sesuai dengan SNI 16-4399-1996.

Extract obtained had the iodine value of 0.42; Viscosity 25cP; pH 5.99and density of 0.855 gr/cm3 chemical content is neophytadiene, alpha tocopherol,squalene, gamma tocopherol, dodecane and tetradecane. Composition extract informulation body lotion is 4% with a viscosity of 5800 cP; pH 7.87; 0.9936gr/cm3 density, and total microbial less than 30 colonies / gram this valueaccording to SNI 16-4399-1996.;"

"Ekstrak daun kecubung EDK dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber basa lemah, pengoksidasi dan penstabil dalam green synthesis nanopartikel cerium IV oksida. Cerium III nitrat direaksikan dengan ekstrak daun kecubung pada suhu 80oC dan pengadukan selama 4 jam dan dikalsinasi pada suhu 400oC selama 2 jam. Pembentukan koloid nanopartikel cerium IV oksida dilakukan dengan mengamati pergeseran panjang gelombang 297 nm ke 252 nm. Karakterisasi nanopartikel cerium IV oksida dilakukan menggunakan TEM, SEM, XRD, spektrofluorometer dan PSA. Nanopartikel cerium IV oksida memiliki ukuran 5-10 nm dengan bentuk sphere. Pengukuran XRD menunjukkan bentuk kristal nanopartikel cerium IV oksida adalah kubik. Sifat antioksidan nanopartikel cerium IV oksida dimanfaatkan dalam body lotion dan diamati aktivitasnya terhadap senyawa radikal DPPH. DPPH diubah menjadi senyawa non-radikal dan diamati penurunan absorbansi warna ungu DPPH pada spektrofotometer UV-Vis.

Cerium IV oxide nanoparticles. Cerium III nitrate was reacted with kecubung leaf extract at 80oC and stirring for 4 hours then calcinated at 400oC for 2 hours. Colloid of cerium IV oxide was observed with UV Vis spectrophotometer and wavelength shifted from 297 nm to 252 nm. Characterization of cerium IV nanoparticles using TEM, SEM, XRD, spectrofluorometer and PSA. Size of cerium IV oxide nanoparticles in range 5 10 nm with sphere form. Characterization with XRD showed shape of cerium IV oxide nanoparticles is cubic. Antioxidant properties of cerium IV oxide can be used in body lotion using DPPH as radical compound. DPPH reacted with cerium IV oxide and changed to non radical compound. This reaction can be observed with UV Vis spectrophotometer."
