Abstrak :
Blanakan memiliki area persawahan yang luas yang berdekatan dengan pemukiman penduduk serta mendapatkan air irigasi dari sungai Blanakan. Keberadaan keong emas (Pomacea canaliculata) sebagai hewan invasif di area sawah dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pangan serta bahan pakan ternak oleh masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kandungan logam berat timbal (Pb) dan seng (Zn) pada sedimen sawah dan keong emas di sawah Blanakan, Subang Jawa Barat, serta mengetahui nilai Bioconcentration Factor (BCF) logam berat Pb dan Zn pada keong emas. Sampel sedimen sawah dan keong emas diambil dari tiga stasiun penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling dengan tiga kali pengulangan di setiap stasiun. Sampel keong emas diambil sebanyak 5 individu di setiap titik sampling dengan ukuran cangkang 4-7 cm. Preparasi sampel sedimen sawah dilakukan dengan cara pengeringan menggunakan oven, sedangkan sampel keong emas diambil bagian dalam cangkang dan dipisahkan dengan operculum keong. Preparasi lebih lanjut di Laboratorium SIG dan Laboratorium UI Chem sebelum dilakukan analisis logam Pb dengan metode ICP dan logam Zn dengan metode AAS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kandungan logam timbal dan seng pada sedimen sawah di Blanakan berkisar di rentang 4,35 – 8,14 ppm dan 10,32 – 23,51 ppm. Pada sampel keong emas terkandung logam Pb dan Zn yang berkisar di rentang 0,085 – 0,135 ppm dan 9,42 – 58,82 ppm. Berdasarkan perhitungan nilai BCF, keong emas termasuk dalam kategori dekonsentrator dalam mengakumulasi logam timbal dan kategori makro konsentrator dalam mengakumulasi logam seng. ......Blanakan has a large area of paddy fields adjacent to residential areas and gets irrigation water from the Blanakan river. The existence of golden apple snail (Pomacea canaliculata) as an invasive animal in Blanakan paddy fields is used as food and fodder by the local communities. This research aims to determine the heavy metal contents of lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn) in paddy field sediments and golden apple snail in Blanakan paddy fields, Subang, West Java, as well as the Bioconcentration Factor (BCF) value of those metals in the golden apple snails. Paddy field sediment and golden apple snail samples were taken from three research stations using purposive sampling at every station three times. Five samples of golden apple snail with a shell size of 4-7 cm were taken from each sampling point. The paddy field sediment samples were prepared by drying them using an oven, while the snail samples were taken from inside the shell and separated by the snail operculum. Further processing was carried out by the SIG Laboratory and the UI Chem Laboratory before carrying out the analysis of lead metal using the ICP method and the analysis of zinc metal using the AAS method. The results showed that the metal contents of lead and zinc in paddy field sediments in Blanakan ranged from 4.35 to 8.14 ppm and 10.32 to 23.51 ppm, respectively. The snail samples contained lead and zinc in the range of 0.085 – 0.135 ppm and 9.42 – 58.82 ppm, respectively. Based on the BCF calculations, golden apple snails are categorized as a deconcentrator for lead metal accumulation and a macro concentrator for zinc metal accumulation.

Kawasan tambak Blanakan, Subang, Jawa Barat merupakan tempat budidaya perikanan yang telah dipengaruhi oleh berbagai aktivitas antropogenik di sekitarnya. Ikan mujair merupakan salah satu komoditas budidaya di tambak Blanakan yang banyak dikonsumsi dan diperjualbelikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kandungan logam berat seng (Zn) dan timbal (Pb) pada sedimen dan ikan mujair (Oreochromis mossambicus), serta mengetahui nilai Bioconcentration Factor (BCF) logam berat seng dan timbal pada ikan mujair di tambak Blanakan, Subang, Jawa Barat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada tiga stasiun dengan titik inlet, midlet, dan outlet. Sampel sedimen diambil sebanyak 500 gram pada setiap titik dari ketiga stasiun, sedangkan ikan mujair diambil sebanyak 5 individu dari setiap stasiun. Preparasi sampel dilakukan dengan cara sampel sedimen dikeringkan ke dalam oven, sedangkan ikan mujair dibedah untuk didapatkan sampel daging. Analisis kandungan logam berat seng menggunakan metode Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS), sedangkan logam timbal menggunakan metode Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kandungan logam berat seng pada sedimen berkisar 15,21 – 43,94 ppm, sedangkan logam timbal berkisar 5,04 – 7,88 ppm. Kandungan logam berat seng pada ikan mujair berkisar 3,33 – 8,21 ppm, sedangkan logam timbal tidak terdeteksi. Nilai BCF logam seng pada ikan mujair berkisar 0,132 – 0,311 (deconcentrator). Nilai BCF logam timbal pada ikan mujair tidak dapat ditentukan. ......The Blanakan ponds area, Subang, West Java, is a place for aquaculture where various anthropogenic activities have influenced the vicinity. Mozambique tilapia is one of the aquaculture commodities at Blanakan ponds, which is widely consumed and traded. This study aims to determine the content of heavy metals zinc (Zn) and lead (Pb) in sediments and mozambique tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus), and to determine the value of the Bioconcentration Factor (BCF) of heavy metals zinc and lead in mozambique tilapia at Blanakan ponds, Subang, West Java. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method at three stations with inlet, midlet, and outlet points. Sediment samples were taken as much as 500 grams at each point from the three stations, while 5 individuals of mozambique tilapia were taken from each station. Sample preparation was carried out by drying the sediment samples in an oven, while the mozambique tilapia were dissected to obtain meat samples. Analysis of the heavy metal content of zinc used the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) method, while lead metal used the Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) method. Based on the analysis results, the heavy metal content of zinc in the sediment ranged from 15,21 – 43,94 ppm, while lead metal ranged from 5,04 – 7,88 ppm. The heavy metal content of zinc in mozambique tilapia ranged from 3,33 – 8,21 ppm, while lead metal was not detected. The BCF value of zinc metal in mozambique tilapia ranged from 0,132 – 0,311 (deconcentrator). The BCF value of lead metal in mozambique tilapia cannot be determined.

Tambak Blanakan merupakan kawasan budidaya perikanan yang berada di daerah pesisir Kabupaten Subang, Jawa Barat. Kawasan di sekitar tambak merupakan tempat padat aktivitas yang berpotensi menyebabkan kontaminasi logam berat masuk ke dalam perairan tambak. Logam berat yang masuk dapat memengaruhi organisme akuatik seperti ikan. Ikan mujair (Oreochromis mossambicus) merupakan salah satu ikan budidaya yang dikonsumsi oleh manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kandungan logam berat kadmium (Cd) dan tembaga (Cu) pada sedimen dan ikan mujair Oreochromis mossambicus, serta menentukan nilai Bioconcentration Factor (BCF) logam Cd dan Cu pada ikan mujair di tambak Blanakan, Kabupaten Subang, Jawa Barat. Penentuan lokasi pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling pada tiga stasiun dengan tiga titik, yaitu inlet, midlet, dan outlet. Sampel sedimen diambil sebanyak 500 g pada setiap titik dari ketiga stasiun dan sampel ikan mujair diambil sebanyak 5 ekor pada tiap stasiun dengan berat berkisar antara 50–150 g. Sampel sedimen dikeringkan sebanyak 200 g dan sampel bagian daging ikan mujair diambil sebanyak 100 g/stasiun sebelum dianalisis kandungan logam berat. Logam berat kadmium pada sedimen dan ikan mujair dianalisis dengan Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) dan Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP), sedangkan logam berat tembaga pada kedua sampel dianalisis dengan AAS. Hasil analisis kandungan logam tembaga pada sedimen rata-rata berkisar antara 5,54–8,31 ppm, sedangkan analisis logam tembaga pada ikan mujair rata-rata sebesar 2,05 ppm. Hasil analisis kandungan logam kadmium baik pada sedimen maupun ikan mujair tidak terdeteksi (not detected). Nilai BCF logam tembaga adalah BCF<1, menunjukkan bahwa ikan mujair di tambak Blanakan termasuk dalam kategori dekonsentrator. ......Blanakan ponds is an aquaculture area located in the coastal area of Subang Regency, West Java. The area around the pond is a dense place of activity that has the potential to cause heavy metal contamination to enter the pond waters. Heavy metals that enter can affect aquatic organisms such as fish. Mozambique tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) is one of the cultivated fish that is consumed by humans. This study aims to determine the content of heavy metals cadmium (Cd) and copper (Cu) in sediment and Mozambique tilapia Oreochromis mossambicus, as well as determine the value of the Bioconcentration Factor (BCF) of Cd and Cu metals in Mozambique tilapia in Blanakan ponds, Subang Regency, West Java. Determination of the sampling location by purposive sampling method at three stations with three points, namely inlet, midlet, and outlet. Sediment samples were taken as much as 500 g at each point from the three stations and samples of Mozambique tilapia were taken as many as 5 fish at each station with a weight ranging from 50–150 g. Sediment samples were dried as much as 200 g and samples of Mozambique tilapia meat were taken as much as 100 g/station before being analyzed for heavy metal content. Cadmium heavy metal in sediment and Mozambique tilapia was analyzed by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) and Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP), while copper heavy metal in both samples was analyzed by AAS. The results of the analysis of copper metal content in sediments averaged between 5.54–8.31 ppm, while the analysis of copper metal in Mozambique tilapia averaged 2.05 ppm. The results of the analysis of the metal content of cadmium in both sediment and Mozambique tilapia were not detected. The BCF value of the copper metal is BCF <1, indicating that the Mozambique tilapia in the Blanakan ponds are included in the deconcentrator category.

ABSTRAK
Kenaikan jumlah konsumsi ikan nila Oreochromis niloticus menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat sekarang sudah mengerti pentingnya nutrisi yang terkandung dalam ikan. Sayangnya, banyak masyarakat yang bekerja di bidang budidaya ikan tidak sadar akan bahaya yang mungkin ada apabila lokasi budidayanya berada di tempat yang tidak aman. Salah satu contohnya adalah budidaya ikan air tawar yang berlokasi di sekitar BATAN, Serpong. BATAN Serpong sekarang sedang mengembangkan Reaktor Daya Eksperimental RDE yang memiliki probabilitas untuk melepaskan radionuklida seperti 137Cs sebagai produk dari reaksi fisi. 137Cs yang dilepaskan akan masuk ke atmosfer, mengalami proses global fallout, diabsorbsi oleh tanah dan terakumulasi di air. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses bioakumulasi 137Cs oleh O.niloticus dan kajian resiko dengan menghitung Bio Concentration Factor BCF . Nilai BCF yang didapat dengan ukuran 7.00 cm, 7.70 cm, 8.70 cm, dan 9.80 cm secara berurutan adalah sebesar 20.02, 9.12, 4.45, dan 2.88. nilai BCF kemudian digunakan pada software Erica tool untuk menghitung dosis total 137Cs yang terkandung dalam makhluk hidup di ekosistem tersebut. Distribusi 137Cs juga dianalisis melalui pembedahan dan didapatkan hasil bahwa akumulasi terbesar berturut-turut berada di otot, insang, dan isi perut. Keseluruhan hasil yang didapat kemudian dikombinasikan untuk menentukan apakah biota ini berada dalam nilai ambang batas.
ABSTRACT
The rise of consumption of Nile Tilapia Oreochromis niloticus shows how people now understand the importance of the nutrients contained by fishes. However, people who work on the site of aquaculture sometimes do not realize how tangible the threats are if the site is unsafe. One of the examples is the aquaculture site located near BATAN, Serpong. BATAN Serpong is currently working on its Experimental Power Reactor ERP which has the probability to release radionuclide such as 137Cs as a fission product from nuclear reactors. 137Cs released into the atmosphere will undergo the process of global fallout, absorbed in the soil and accumulated in the water. Thus, the aim of this study was to analyze the process of bioaccumulation of 137Cs by O.niloticus and its risk assessment by calculating the bioconcentration factor BCF . The values of BCF with the size of 7.00 cm, 7.70 cm, 8.70 cm, and 9.80 cm are 20.02, 9.12, 4.45, and 2.88 respectively. These values of BCF will then be inserted to Erica Tool in order to calculate the total dose of 137Cs contained in living organisms. The distribution of 137Cs inside the body of O.niloticus was also analyzed through dissection. The result shows that highest accumulation of 137Cs was located in the muscle, the second highest was in the gills, and the lowest was in the viscera. All the results were combined to decide whether these organisms are safe to be consumed or not.

Logam berat yang mencemari sungai dapat mengontaminasi air dan hasil tangkapan pada tambak. Tambak Blanakan merupakan tempat budidaya hasil tangkapan perairan yang terletak di Kabupaten Subang, Jawa Barat dengan sumber air laut dan air tawar yaitu sungai Blanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kandungan logam berat tembaga (Cu) dan kadmium (Cd) pada sedimen dan kepiting bakau Scylla serrata, serta menentukan nilai bioconcentration factor (BCF) pada kepiting bakau di tambak Blanakan. Sampel sedimen diambil pada tiga stasiun secara purposive sampling pada tiga titik yaitu inlet, midlet, dan outlet sebanyak 500 g, sedangkan kepiting bakau diambil pada tiga stasiun sebanyak 5 ekor tiap stasiun. Sampel sedimen dipanaskan menggunakan oven selama 48 jam di suhu 60oC dan kepiting (yang sudah dipisahkan jaringan lunaknya). Analisis logam berat tembaga (Cu) pada sedimen dan kepiting bakau dilakukan menggunakan metode Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS), sedangkan logam kadmium (Cd) pada sampel sedimen dianalisis menggunakan Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP). Hasil analisis kandungan tembaga (Cu) pada sampel sedimen memiliki rata-rata sebesar 5,5367 – 8,31 ppm, sedangkan analisis tembaga (Cu) pada sampel kepiting bakau memiliki rata-rata sebesar 27,98 ppm. Hasil analisis kandungan kadmium (Cd) pada sedimen tidak terdeteksi, sedangkan kandungan kadmium (Cd) di kepiting bakau memiliki rata-rata 0,12 ppm. Nilai BCF tembaga (Cu) pada kepiting bakau adalah BCF > 2 yang menunjukkan bahwa kepiting bakau di tambak Blanakan merupakan konsentrator makro. ......Heavy metals that pollute rivers can contaminate water and catches in ponds. Blanakan pond is a place for cultivating water catches located in Subang Regency, West Java, with sources of sea water and fresh water, namely the Blanakan river. This study aims to analyze the content of heavy metals copper (Cu) and cadmium (Cd) in sediments and mud crabs Scylla serrata, and determine the value of bioconcentration factor (BCF) in mud crabs in Blanakan ponds. Sediment samples were taken at three stations by purposive sampling at three points, namely inlet, midlet, and outlet as much as 500 g, while mud crabs were taken at three stations with 5 fish per station. Sediment samples were heated using an oven for 48 hours at 60oC and crabs (which had been separated from the soft tissue). Analysis of heavy metal copper (Cu) in sediments and mud crabs was carried out using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) method, while metal cadmium (Cd) in sediment samples was analyzed using Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP). The results of the analysis of the copper (Cu) content in the sediment samples had an average of 5.5367 – 8.31 ppm, while the copper (Cu) analysis in the mud crab samples had an average of 27.98 ppm. The results of the analysis of the content of cadmium (Cd) in the sediment was not detected, while the content of cadmium (Cd) in mud crabs had an average of 0.12 ppm. The BCF value of copper (Cu) in mangrove crabs is BCF > 2 which indicates that the mangrove crabs in Blanakan ponds are macro concentrators.
