Abstrak :

Studi ini meneliti faktor secara keseluruhan yang mempengaruhi keinginan berpindah pelanggan pada penyedia layanan internet dengan menggunakan model Push-Pull Mooring. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengukuran kuantitatif kuesioner survei online pada 185 responden Indonesia dengan pengalaman menggunakan internet kabel selama setidaknya 1 bulan. Pengukuran menggunakan metode SEM untuk menganalisa data perolehan riset. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor Push tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keinginan berpindah konsumen, sedangkan faktor Pull dan Mooring memiliki pengaruh terhadap keinginan berpindah konsumen layanan internet. Sebagai moderasi, faktor Mooring memiliki dampak terhadap hubungan faktor Pull dengan keinginan berpindah, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap hubungan faktor Push dengan keinginan berpindah. Validasi faktor-faktor yang paling mempengaruhi niat switching pelanggan dapat menjadi referensi bagi penyedia layanan internet, sehingga perusahaan dapat merumuskan strategi pemasaran untuk meminimalkan niat switching pelanggan. Penelitian ini membangun model yang komprehensif terhadap niat beralih pelanggan dari penyedia layanan internet di Indonesia.


This study examines the holistic factors that influence the customers switching intention on fixed internet services provider using the Push-Pull Mooring model. Employs quantitative measurements of online survey questionnaire on 185 Indonesian respondents with experience using cable internet for at least 1 months, the measurement uses structural equation model to examine the research data. The result shows that Push factors doesnt have impact to switching intention. However, Pull and Mooring factors have an impact to switching intention. As moderating, the mooring factor has an impact to Pull and switching intention relationship but hasnt significant impact to Push and switching intention relationship. Validation the most factors influence customers switching intention can be a reference for internet service provider, so that company can formulate marketing strategy to minimize customers switching intention. This study builds comprehensive model toward customer switching intention of internet service provider in Indonesia.

Tujuan penetian ini adalah untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat seseorang untuk berpindah ke perbankan syariah di kalangan Gen Y dan Gen Z. Sejumlah laporan menunjukkan kedua generasi tersebut mendominasi populasi Indonesia dan menjadi target potensial bagi industri perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh dari Sikap (Attitude), Norma Subyektif (Subjective Norms), Kontrol Perilaku (Perceived Behavioral Control), Relijiusitas (Religiosity), dan Kepercayaan pada Hari Akhir (Afterlife Beliefs) terhadap Niat (Intention) untuk berpindah ke perbankan syariah dalam konteks Teori Perilaku Terencana (Theory of Planned Behavior). Relijiusitas dan Kepercayaan pada Hari Akhir merupakan menjadi variabel tambahan ke dalam teori terkait sejumlah laporan bahwa generasi muda Indonesia sangat menaruh perhatian terhadap agama, mementingkan agama, dan hal ini jauh di atas tren global pada umumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan melibatkan 371 responden dari kalangan Gen Y dan Gen Z yang memiliki rekening bank konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kontrol Perilaku (Perceived Behavioral Control) menjadi faktor terkuat yang mempengaruhi niat untuk berpindah ke perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu industri perbankan syariah untuk memahami karakter generasi muda Indonesia agar mampu memberikan solusi keuangan syariah yang terbaik bagi mereka ......The aim of this research is to explore the determinants that influence people’s intention to migrate to Islamic banking, especially among Gen-Y and Gen-Z in Indonesia. Reports show both generations have dominated the Indonesia’s population and become a potential market for Islamic banking industry. This research mainly focuses to examine the influence of Attitude, Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Religiosity, and Afterlife Beliefs toward Intention to migrate to Islamic banking service in the context of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Religiosity and Afterlife Beliefs are proposed as additional variables on the TPB because reports show Indonesian youths are very concern about religion and faith compared to the global trend. This research used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and involves 371 respondents from Gen-Y and Gen-Z who have conventional bank account. The result shows Perceived Behavioral Control is the strongest predictor towards Intention to migrate to Islamic banking both for Gen-Y and Gen-Z. This result is expected to help Islamic banking industry practitioners to understand about the Indonesian youth’s mindset and in turn provide them the best Islamic financial solution.

Metode graduasi ini merupakan salah satu dari beberapa metode graduasi yang berkembang saat ini. Perhitungannya dilakukan dengan mengambil sembarang harga untuk n dan z dalam menghitung harga koefisien-koefisien a. Harga koefisen ini dikalikan dengan sederetan nilai-nilai yang didapat dari hasil observasi (tingkat kematian kasar) untuk mendapatkan sederetan nilai (tingkat kematian hasil graduasi) yang lebih mulus dan mempunyai kecendrungan tertentu. Disamping itu nilai-nilai ini harus diuji dengan kriteria-kriteria kelicinan (smoothness) dan kecocokan (fit).

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengalaman orang muda Indonesia dengan aspirasi berpindah ke luar negeri. Eksplorasi ini dilakukan dengan memahami konstruksi identitas kosmopolitan mereka melalui praktik media di keseharian. Berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa orang muda juga menganggap mobilitas sebagai cara mendapatkan kebebasan dan peluang kehidupan yang lebih baik. Keterbukaan atas pengalaman budaya ini mencerminkan identitas kosmopolitan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka berpikir kosmopolitisasi Beck dan identitas Hall untuk memahami pengalaman orang muda dalam mengonstruksi identitas kosmopolitan melalui praktik keseharian. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan dengan empat informan, dan riset ini menemukan bahwa identitas kosmopolitan dikonstruksi melalui ekspresi keinginan dan kemampuan mereka dalam mempelajari dan mengadopsi nilai dan praktik budaya asing yang diperoleh dari pemanfaatan teknologi media dan interaksi langsung dengan mereka. Pengetahuan dan kemampuan tersebut dimaknai sebagai modal untuk keluar dari konteks lokal mereka. Riset ini menemukan  bahwa identitas kosmopolitan orang muda dikonstruksi dan dimaknai sebagai modal strategis untuk mewujudkan tujuan dan kebutuhan masa depan, yakni menempatkan diri di ranah budaya global untuk memperoleh kualitas hidup yang lebih baik. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa identitas kosmopolitan dikonstruksi dan dimaknai sebagai bagian dari identitas orang muda. Identitas kosmopolitan beriringan dengan dan tidak menghapuskan identitas lain, termasuk yang dalam praktiknya inkonsisten dengan identitas kosmopolitan. ......This study explores the experiences of Indonesian youth with aspirations to move abroad. This exploration is done by understanding the construction of their cosmopolitan identity through their daily media practices. Various studies have shown that young people also see mobility as a way of gaining greater freedom and opportunities. This openness to cultural experience reflects a cosmopolitan identity. This study uses Beck’s cosmopolitization and Hall’s identity frameworks to understand the experiences of young people in constructing their cosmopolitan identit’es through everyday practice. In-depth interviews were conducted with four informants, and this research found that cosmopolitan identities are constructed through the expression of their desire and ability to learn and adopt the values ​​and practices of foreign cultures obtained from the use of media technology and direct interaction. Knowledge and abilities are interpreted as capital to move beyond their local context. This research finds that the cosmopolitan identity of young people is constructed and interpreted as a strategic capital to achieve future goals and needs, namely, positioning themselves in the realm of global culture in the hope of obtaining a better quality of life. In addition, this study concludes that cosmopolitan identity is constructed and interpreted as part of young people’s identity. A cosmopolitan identity goes hand in hand with and does not abolish other identities, including those that are in practice inconsistent with cosmopolitan identities.

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aspek kritikal dalam pelayanan di rumah sakit.Kinerja rumah sakit dapat menurun karena perilaku karyawan diantaranya adalahkeinginan pindah dari pekerjaan intention to quit . Angka turnover perawat diRumah Sakit BaliM d pada pertengahan tahun 2017 yaitu 13,9 . Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan keinginan berpindah kerja intentions to quit tenaga perawat di RS BaliM d. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional menggunakan metode potong lintang melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Responden kuantitatif adalah perawat yang telah bekerja di rumah sakit minimal 6 bulan berjumlah 154 orang. Responden kualitatif yaitu perawat yang sudah berhenti kerja di tahun 2017 dan manajemen RS BaliM d. Hasil studi menunjukkan faktor yang berhubungan dengan keinginan berpindah kerja yaitu lama kerja, status kepegawaian dan pendidikan pelatihan. Manajemen RS diharapkan memberikan sosialisasi secara rutin terkait sistem jenjang karir, penggajian dan pendidikan-pelatihan kepada perawat dengan lama kerja < 1 tahun, memberikan kepastian terhadap status kepegawaian pada perawat kontrak dan merancang anggaran yang tepat sehingga seluruh perawat mendapatkan pendidikan-pelatihan. ......Human resources is a critical factor in providing hospital services. Performance ofhospital were decrease due to the behavior of their employees including intentionto quit. Nurse turnover number in BaliM d Hospital in 2017 is 13.9. This study is aiming at analyzing factors related to intention to quit of nurses in BaliMed hospital. This observational study was using cross sectional method throughquantitative and qualitative approachs. Respondents were nurses who have beenworking for 6 month or more 154 nurses. The qualitative data was accessedform who has resigned in 2017 and BaliMed management. Study revealed factorsrelated to intentions to quit were length of work, employee status and educationtraining.It is expected that hospital desiminatim program and provide adequateinformation on career path, salary and educational especially for nurses who workless than 1 year in hospital, a clear contract includes employement status of nursesand ensure finding to support training.

Budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi memiliki peran perawat penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi serta menurunkan kelalahan kerja dan niat berpindah perawat. Dengan mempertahankan budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi yang baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja, kelelahan dan niat berpindah perawat di rumah sakit. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional dengan melibatkan 177 perawat rumah sakit di Jakarta Pusat. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara proportional random sampling dan menggunakan e-form. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi motivasi adalalah budaya klan, pasar, dan komitmen organisasi. Pada kelelahan kerja faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi adalah budaya klan dan komitmen organisasi sedangkan faktor yang dominan mempengaruhi niat berpindah perawat adalah komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi masukan bagi RS untuk mempertahankan budaya saat ini dan meningkatkan komitmen organisasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja perawat serta menurunkan kelelahan dan niat berpindah perawat. ......Organizational culture and organizational commitment have an important role for nurses in increasing motivation and reducing job burnout and turnover intention. Maintaining a good organizational culture and organizational commitment can improve nurse performance. This study aims to identify the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment to work motivation, burnout and intention to move nurses in hospitals. This research design uses cross sectional by involving 177 nurses of hospitals in Central Jakarta. Data were collected by proportional random sampling and using e- form. The results showed that the most dominant factors influencing motivation were clan culture, market, and organizational commitment. In job burnout, the most dominant factors affecting are clan culture and organizational commitment, while the dominant factor affecting nurses' intention to move is organizational commitment. The results of this study provide input for hospitals to maintain the current culture and increase organizational commitment to increase nurses' work motivation and reduce burnout and nurse turnover intention.

Niat berpindah karyawan merupakan prediktor dari perilaku perpindahan karyawan yang menjadi salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia. Terdapat berbagai faktor yang dapat memengaruhi niat berpindah, salah satunya adalah keterikatan karyawan. Namun berdasarkan beberapa penelitian sebelumnya, pengaruh dari keterikatan karyawan tersebut tidak signifikan. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa keterikatan karyawan tidak secara langsung memengaruhi niat berpindah, melainkan dengan dimediasi dengan variabel lain yaitu kebahagiaan kerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterikatan karyawan terhadap niat berpindah dengan kebahagiaan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Keterikatan karyawan diukur menggunakan kuesioner UWES-17; kebahagiaan kerja diukur dengan Oxford Happiness Questionnaire; dan niat berpindah diukur dengan model Mobley et al. (1978). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 60 orang karyawan tetap di KSPPS Karisma dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi, analisis mediasi (causal step), dan analisis sobel test untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh mediasi di antara variabel-variabel. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap niat berpindah; keterikatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebahagiaan kerja; dan kebahagiaan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap niat berpindah. Hasil Sobel Test menunjukkan bahwa kebahagiaan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh keterikatan karyawan terhadap niat berpindah dalam penelitian ini. ...... Turnover intention is a predictor for employee turnover behavior, which becomes a companys challenge in managing their workforce. There are various factors that could affect turnover intention, one of them is employee engagement. However, based on previous studies, the effect is not significant. This indicates that employee engagement does not directly affect turnover intention, but mediated by another variable namely happiness at work. This study aims to examine the effect of employee engagement on turnover intention through happiness at work as a mediating variable. UWES-17 Questionnaire, Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, and turnover intention model by Mobley et al. (1978) were used to measure employee engagement, happiness at work, and turnover intention. This research used quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaire survey which is conducted on 60 permanent employees at KSPPS Karisma by total sampling method. To test the direct effect and mediating effect among the variables, this research used regression analysis, causal step analysis, and Sobel Test. Regression analysis shows that employee engagement has a negative effect towards turnover intention significantly; employee engagement has a positive effect towards happiness at work significantly; and happiness at work also has a negative effect on turnover intention significantly. The result of Sobel Test reveals that happiness at work does not mediate the relationship of employee engagement and turnover intention.

Penelitian ini menganalisis keabsahan akta jual beli dan surat di Bawah tangan berupa pinjam pakai sertipikat tentang peralihan hak sertipikat hak milik nomor 66/ Pakutandang/ Ciparay/ Bandung/ Jawa Barat, dengan Studi Kasus: Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Bandung No:404/ PDT/ G/ 2010/ PN.BDG). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan merumuskan 2 (dua) permasalahan utama, yaitu mengenai bagaimana keabsahan akta jual beli dan surat di bawah tangan yaitu berupa pinjam pakai sertipikat dan apa dampak dari tidak pahamnya akibat hukum dari penandatanganan akta jual beli tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diharapkan agar supaya kita jangan terlalu gampang meminjamkan sertipikat kepada orang lain sebagai alas untuk meminta kredit dan agar Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) lebih cermat dan teliti dalam memastikan apakah obyek jual beli tersebut telah sesuai dengan Asas Terang, Tunai dan Riil atau Nyata. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum dengan pendekatan secara yuridis normatif, mempergunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan, dan hasil penelitian bersifat analitis kualitatif, karena ditujukan untuk memberikan data yang seteliti mungkin tentang sifat-sifat hubungan hukum, keadaan atau gejala- gejala tertentu dalam suatu tindakan hukum. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa kesalahan yang berupa persetujuan dalam akta jual beli terhadap tanah dan bangunan dapat mengakibatkan hak milik atas tanah dan bangunan jadi berpindah ke orang lain.
ABSTRACT
This study analyzes the validity of the deed of sale and purchase, also the letter of lease certificate in transfer of property rights certificate number: 66/ Pakutandang/ Ciparay/ Bandung/ Jawa Barat, with case studies: Resolution of Distric Court of Bandung Numb:404/ PDT/ G/ 2010/ PN.BDG. This research is done by formulating 2 (two) main issues. First, in relation to the validity of the deed of sale and purchase, also the letter of lease certificate, and second, is the impact of the ignorance in signing such deed. The purpose of this research is we shall not easily in lending certificate to anyone else as the legal base in accepting credit?s request, in the other hand, the Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah shall be more careful in ensuring whether the object of such sale and purchase has appropriate enough with Indonesia?s legal foundation in sale and purchase transaction, namely clear, cash and real. This reasearch is legal reasearch with juridicial normative approach, which uses secondary data which is got from library study, and the result of reasearch are qualitative analyzed, because it has purpose in providing the clearest legal data, in regarding to any legal relationship, legal matters or legal phenomenon in certain legal action. This reasearch generates conclusion that the fault in form of agreement in the deed of sale and purchase of land and building will impact the transfer of ownership right of land and building.;This study analyzes the validity of the deed of sale and purchase, also the letter of lease certificate in transfer of property rights certificate number: 66/ Pakutandang/ Ciparay/ Bandung/ Jawa Barat, with case studies: Resolution of Distric Court of Bandung Numb:404/ PDT/ G/ 2010/ PN.BDG. This research is done by formulating 2 (two) main issues. First, in relation to the validity of the deed of sale and purchase, also the letter of lease certificate, and second, is the impact of the ignorance in signing such deed. The purpose of this research is we shall not easily in lending certificate to anyone else as the legal base in accepting credit?s request, in the other hand, the Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah shall be more careful in ensuring whether the object of such sale and purchase has appropriate enough with Indonesia?s legal foundation in sale and purchase transaction, namely clear, cash and real. This reasearch is legal reasearch with juridicial normative approach, which uses secondary data which is got from library study, and the result of reasearch are qualitative analyzed, because it has purpose in providing the clearest legal data, in regarding to any legal relationship, legal matters or legal phenomenon in certain legal action.
