Perhitungan dan analisis dilakukan untuk mendapatkan komponen nilai kapasitas total backbone terpakai dan pengaruh investasi dari penyelenggaraan backbone terutama link Jakarta - Singapura. Setelah diperoleh total kapasitas bandwith dari beberapa penyedia akses dan teknologi yang diterapkan maka dapat diketahui nilai ekonomis dari penyelenggaraan infrastruktur backbone internasional ini melalui analisa nilai NPV, IRR dan BEP. Dari pengaruh investasi tersebut maka didapat faktor harga penyewaan backbone Jakarta - Singapura apakah semakin meningkat atau menurun.

Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pada sebuah perusahaan distribusi farmasi, dengan menggunakan activity based budgeting, yang digunakan sebagai gambaran untuk perkiraan jumlah biaya serta arus kas yang akan dikeluarkan di masa mendatang. Karena alternatif yang dihadapi bersifat jangka panjang maka pemilihan alternatif akan dilakukan dengan metode NPV, IRR, dan BEP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan NPV, IRR yang lebih baik dan BEP yang lebih tinggi jika PT X memilih persentase pendapatan sebesar 3,5 dan biaya pengiriman ditanggung oleh PT X.

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to give a proposal on how to increase profitability by giving several alternatives that can be chosen. This research is a case study on a pharmaceutical distribution company, that uses activity based budgeting, that is used to give an estimation of the total cost and cash flow in the future. Since the alternatives are long term in nature, the choice of the alternatives will be done with the NPV, IRR and BEP methods. The results of the research shows that better NPV and IRR, and also higher BEP are achieved if PT X chooses income percentages in the amount of 3,5 and pays the delivery cost."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang penentuan franchise profit sharing Lexus Indonesia yang sebaiknya diberikan kepada dealer dan yang diterima distributor dalam rangka ekspansi bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode valuasi Discounted Cash Flow dan metode Feasibility Study. Penentuan franchise profit sharing dealer dan distributor didapat dengan perhitungan proyeksi laporan keuangan selama lima tahun menggunakan asumsi skenario penjualan pessimistic, most likely, dan optimistic serta analisis biaya modal. Penentuan franchise profit sharing juga dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Break Even Point untuk mengetahui rentang negosiasi dengan kondisi BEP.

"Potensi kebutuhan listrik di Sumatera Selatan terus meningkat, disebabkan pertumbuhan penduduk dan industri. Untuk mencukupi kebutuhan listrik dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kapasitas power plant PT X. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis feasibility study penyaluran gas dengan variasi skema gas pipa, CNG atau LNG. Penentuan cost of good sold COGS masing-masing opsi dan skema penyaluran gas yang paling optimal. Penyaluran gas dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan teknis dan ekonomi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian semua alternatif skenario dapat dilaksanakan. Opsi penyaluran gas menggunakan gas pipa penghematan COGS sebesar 8,4 dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan pipa existing DJKN dan transmisi, sehingga harga gas bisa dikurangi menjadi US 7,55/MMBTU. Opsi CNG menggunakan GTM dari MS ke konsumen, harga jual US 9,01/MMBTU. Opsi penyaluran LNG menggunakan shipping, LNG hub, isotank dari LNG plant ke konsumen, harga jual US 14,16/MMBTU. LNG dan CNG dimanfaatkan sebagai bridging memenuhi target waktu penyaluran ke konsumen. Perhitungan keekonomian untuk masing-masing opsi penyaluran menunjukkan nilai NPV positif dan IRR yang melebihi target WACC 10,56 , artinya semua alternatif dapat diaplikasikan. Sesuai perhitungan COGS terlihat upstream memiliki persentasi paling besar untuk penentuan harga jual ke konsumen.

The potential for electricity demand in South Sumatra rapidly increase, due to population and industry growth. Electricity needs can be provided by increasing the capacity of PT X power plant. This research aims to analyze feasibility study of gas distribution with variation of gas pipeline, CNG or LNG. Determination cost of good sold COGS of each option and the most optimal gas distribution scheme. Gas supply is calculated using technical and economic approach.

Based on the results of research all alternative scenarios can be implemented. The gas distribution option using COGS savings gas pipe of 8.4 is carried out by utilizing existing DJKN pipeline and transmission, so that gas price can be reduced to US 7,55 MMBTU. The CNG option uses GTM from MS to the consumer, the selling price is US 9.01 MMBTU. LNG channeling options use shipping, LNG hub, isotank from LNG plant to consumer, selling price US 14,16 MMBTU. LNG and CNG are used as bridging to meet the target of the time distributed to the consumer.

The economic calculation for each scheme result a positive NPV value and an IRR exceeding the WACC target of 10.56 , meaning that all alternatives can be applied. Appropriate calculations COGS seen upstream has the largest percentage for the determination of the selling price to consumers. "

"Pada tahun 2015, PT. Phapros, Tbk memulai langkahnya memasuki lini bisnis baru yaitu Alat Kesehatan yang dimulai dengan produk Implant Arthroplasty. Hal ini dipicu oleh adanya program kemandirian kesehatan serta tingginya potensi demand dari kalangan masyarakat lansia yang merupakan salah satu target pasar produk ini. Meskipun memiliki peluang yang cukup besar, perusahaan perlu merencanakan working capital management untuk mengatur siklus operasi dan kas dari produk serta menentukan apakah perusahaan memerlukan sumber dana eksternal atau tidak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metodologi studi kasus. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah PT. Phapros, Tbk khususnya pada bidang keuangan, marketing, dan pengembangan bisnis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan menggunakan strategu low-cost provider dalam pemasarannya dan perusahaan juga membutuhkan dana eksternal sebesar Rp 4.6 miliar dalam satu tahun untuk mendanai kegiatan operasinya yang menyebabkan adanya biaya bunga sehingga meningkatkan target BEP dari 121 unit menjadi 179 unit.

At the year of 2015. PT. Phapros, Tbk starts its path to enter a new business line which is medical device started from Implant Arthroplasty. The independence of medical devices program and high demand potential from elder citizen becomes the trigger of this idea. However, the company needs to have a good working capital management to maintain the operating and cash cycle of the product as well as identify whether the company needs external short-term financing source or not. This research is a qualitative research using study case methodology. The object of this research is PT. Phapros, Tbk particularly in finance, marketing, and business development. The result of this research shows that the company using low-cost provider strategy and also needs external financing of Rp. 4.6 billion a year to finance the day-to-day operating activities which cause the appearance of interest expense so that the BEP target is increasing from 121 units to 179 units."
