"Terjadinya perubahan lingkungan akibat alih fungsi lahan di Kota Depok akan memengaruhi keanekaragaman hayati kelelawar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara tutupan vegetasi dengan kepadatan kelelawar di wilayah Kelurahan Baktijaya, Depok. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei hingga Juni 2021 dengan metode purposive sampling untuk menentukan lokasi. Hasil uji Anova menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan nyata rata-rata kepadatan kelelawar (p = 0,00005), terdapat perbedaan kepadatan kelelawar di transek 1 dan transek 2 serta transek 2 dan transek 3(p = 0,001, 0,002). Korelasi hubungan vegetasi dan kepadatan kelelawar (r= 0,3) menunjukkan bahwa adanya korelasi positif yang moderat. Terdapat satu spesies kelelawar pemakan buah yang berhasil ditemukan yaitu Cynopterus brachyotis M.

The occurrence of environmental changes due to land conversion in Depok City will affect the biodiversity of bats. This study aims to determine the correlation between vegetation cover and bat density in the Baktijaya Village, Depok. The research was conducted from May to June 2021 with purposive sampling method to determine the location. The results of the ANOVA test showed that there was a significant difference in the average density of bats (p = 0.000005), there were differences in the density of bats in transect 1 and transect 2 and transect 2 and transect 3 (p = 0.001, 0.002). The correlation between vegetation and bat density (r= 0.3) showed that there was a moderate positive correlation.
