YES Cake & Bakery menawarkan serangkaian produk roti, cakes, dan kue kering. Tesis ini fokus membahas masalah yang dihadapi YES Cake & Bakery dalam bidang Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Masalah utamanya adalah bahwa YES Cake & Bakery belum memiliki sistem evaluasi kinerja karyawan. Penulisan tesis ini bertujuan untuk membantu YES Cake & Bakery dalam menyusun Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai kinerja karyawannya.

This thesis discusses the business coaching process conducted at YES Cake & Bakery, a SME engaged in the food industry. YES Cake & Bakery offers a range of bakery products, cakes, and cookies. This thesis focuses on the problems faced by YES Cake & Bakery in the field of Human Resources (HR). The main problem is that YES Cake & Bakery does not yet have an employee performance evaluation system. This thesis writing aims to assist YES Cake & Bakery in preparing the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that can be used to assess the performance of its employees."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merek brand awareness pada UKM XYZ Cake Bakery, sebagai Usaha Kecil dan Menengah, melalui penerapan Integrated Marketing Communication sehingga UKM dapat memaksimalkan pemasaran offline dan juga pemasaran online. Pelaksanaan Business Coaching melalui serangkaian wawancara tidak terstruktur dengan pemiliknya untuk mengetahui proses bisnis dan kegiatan pemasarannya. Observasi juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui situasi sebenarnya aktual antara pelanggan dan perusahaan. Hasil dari wawancara dan observasi tidak terstruktur dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penjualan offline belum maksimal. Pada proses bisnis di toko, pelanggan tidak mendapat kesan khusus karena UKM tidak melakukan promosi secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu, ini akan menjadi perhatian utama dala penelitian untuk memaksimalkan promosi toko yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merek. Adapun batasan dalam penelitian ini, penelitian ini hanya dilakukan untuk promosi di dalam toko XYZ Cake and Bakery, Cakung - Jakarta Timur pada penjualan roti dan kue. Makalah ini akan menambah literatur kesadaran merek dan strategi integrated marketing communication pada Usaha Kecil-Menengah UKM dalam industri roti di Indonesia.

Purpose ndash The purpose of this research is to know the strategy to increase brand awareness for Small Medium Enterprise SME through implementing Integrated Marketing Communication IMC so the SME can maximizing offline and also online marketing.Design methodology approach ndash Business coaching methods, through a series of unstructured interview with the owner to know their business process and marketing activities. Observation also used to know the real situation between customer and the enterprise. The results from the unstructured interviews and observation were analyzed using qualitative descriptive method to know gaps between the ideal and actual conditions of the SME or company, then the results were also used to find the IMC to be implemented in order to increasing brand awareness. Findings ndash The findings shows that offline marketing was not maximal yet. In store, customers did not get special experience because SME did not do promotion maximally. Brand awareness for current situation was still at the level of brand recognition, which is the limit of brand awareness. Hence, it is going to be a major attention to maximizing promotion to increase brand awareness.Research limitations implications ndash There are also limitation of this paper, this study was only conducted to in store promotion, for self manufactured products by SME.Originality value ndash The paper will adds to the literature of brand awareness, and integrated marketing strategy in Small Medium Enterprises SMEs rsquo s business to consumer in Indonesian bakery industries.

"Laporan magang ini membahas mengenai evaluasi penerapan pengendalian internal di PT HSD untuk mengatasi ancaman pada proses pengeluaran kas kepada vendor dan reimbursement pengeluaran karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, penerapan pengendalian internal di PT HSD telah sesuai dengan Kerangka Kerja Pengendalian Internal COSO 2013 dan konsep pengendalian internal pada proses pengeluaran kas dari buku ”Accounting Information System” yang ditulis oleh Romney, Steinbart, Summers, dan Wood. Program magang telah memberikan pengalaman dan kesempatan untuk belajar banyak mengenai kemampuan teknis, interpersonal, dan cara menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja yang dijelaskan melalui refleksi diri.

This internship report discusses the evaluation of the implementation of internal controls at PT HSD to overcome threats on the cash disbursement process to vendors and employee expense reimbursements. Based on the evaluation results, the implementation of internal control at PT HSD is in accordance with the 2013 COSO Internal Control Framework and internal control on cash disbursement process theory from the book "Accounting Information System" written by Romney, Steinbart, Summers, and Wood. Internship program has provided experience and opportunities to learn a lot about technical, interpersonal skills, and how to face challenges in the world of office work which are explained in self-reflection."

This thesis discusses the business coaching conducted by the Author with Small and Medium Enterprise SME YES Cake and Bread, especially on the marketing department that has the duty and responsibility to sell YES Cake and Bakery products such as bread, cakes, and pastries. One of the goals of this thesis is to help YES Cake and Bakery rsquo s business growth through the adding distribution channel by online marketing. Bread products, cakes, and pastries are agreed to become a benchmark of the business coaching project. Data from business development results are processed using marketing mix analysis 7P , segmentation analysis, targeting, positioning, SWOT analysis, Porter rsquo s five forces analysis, value chain analysis, business model canvas analysis, and GAP analysis. The steps taken are the creation of an interactive YES Cake and Bakery website and for the development of e commerce and marketing expansion plans through social media Instagram.
